Does Aaron's check my credit?
As part of the online approval process, Aaron's will check creditworthiness and information from third-party reporting
companies, but no established credit history is necessary. Aaron's minimum lease requirements include a verified
source of income, residence and 3 references. Leasing online does require that you provide additional information.
How do I make my payments?
Your first payment for an online order must be made using a debit or credit card. Once the first payment is made, your
local store will accept cash, checks, money orders, and all major credit cards, or you can continue to pay online.

Can I pay out my lease early?
Absolutely! Your early purchase option is explained in the terms of your agreement. In addition, in most stores, you get our 120 days Same as Cash Option. A limited number of stores offer 60 or 90 days Same as Cash or do not offer a Same as Cash option. In California it’s 90 days Same as Cash.
What is Aaron's return policy?
You can cancel your lease anytime you want and we’ll pick up the item free of charge. There’s no refund
for any payments already made, however if you decide to resume your lease, you’ll pick up right where you left
off.

Did not hold up over 2 years. Stitching came out, cushions sunk in, recliners leaning, leather gets extremely worn out

Looks great
I bought this a year ago. It was very comfortable, looks great. I really like this set. My problem is the cushioning. I've had it replaced twice in one section and I need another one taken care of. They seem to collapse. The foot cushions have done the same.

Beautiful but USB ports faulty
One USB port has never worked. Even when they set it up. I had Aarons come out and they never came back or followed up. I’m paid in full and feel stuck. So if you just need a gorgeous sofa but not the usb functionality- go for it

Love this couch but damages easily
I bought third couch 2 months ago and it has scratches but is very comfortable. Does anyone know how I can have the scratches repaired????? Would have gave 5 stars if the scratches werent as easily made.

Had this couch for over a year now and never have had any problems with it. Super comfortable, love that there is more than one place to recline in. Very happy with this.
