Rated 1 out of 5 by from Sound and power button I bought this tv in Feb 2018, six months after I started having problems with the sound. When I initially turned on the tv, the sounds would 'pulse' and then mute. Once I change the channel, the sound comes back. This would happen every time I turn on the TV. Then eight months later the power button on the turn just broke off the TV. I've contacted customer service on this matter. I was told the power button breaking was my fault and for the sound problem, they have me to reset the TV. About three days after resetting the TV, the sounds now 'mutes' and comes back within seconds.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Not the 6 series of the past I bought a 6300 in 2016 and love the TV. So when I was going to get another TV I went for the same series. As soon as I got it out of the box I was disappointed. Picture quality took a noise dive from the 2016 ones. It doesn't get that bright either. When it came to watch a movie at night there was extreme light bleeding that made black and dark grounds extremely bright. You can see it everywhere and can't even watch a show. I returned it and bought a better model. Samsung shouldn't even sell this TV. It's bad for the brand, and had to recommend other cheaper TVs over samsung entry level line now.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Great Picture, Poor Sound Quality The sound quality is poor. My 9 yr old 40 inch Samsung TV that we replaced had excellent built in speakers. However, this new Samsung TV cannot even compare. I played with the different sound modes and was still disappointed. If I had heard the TV in the store, I would not have made the purchase because I expect better sound quality from a Samsung. There were many cheaper options but I bought Samsung because I expected a great TV. These expectations were not met. On the plus side, the image is far superior to my prior TV and gaming looks great. It is also lighter then my old Samsung TV and looks sleek.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from dont buy this!! i bought this tv in june, and every now and then the picture would fade out for a few seconds and go to vertical color lines that covered the whole screen so you could not see the picture. Now 4 months later, it is like that permanently. No picture, do not buy this TV!! I would like to trade it in and get store credit for the amount I bought it for.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Best bang for your buck I wanna start off by saying I'm not an expert in this field just a regular Joe. I bought this Tv during Black Friday at best buy they price was $329...i got the price lowered due to the box being damage so $279. Let me say once I turned it on it blew me away the clarity and sound is top notch. Streaming YouTube videos and the other pre-installed apps were smooth and quick. The colors were rich and vibrant. The 120 htz motion rate made for silky smooth movements on screen. The sound adds another layer of depth to give you that true home theater feel. To think this is just right out The box i didn't have to adjust anything. The remote may take a lil getting use to but you can also control things from your phone with the Samsung app. All and all Samsung did a great job with this Tv def recommend picking this one up

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Great starter 4K tv, but.... Have had several samsung products, including a tv from 2008 that still works perfectly. I have had this tv for 2 months and it is unwatchable. Picture will constantly flash, and at times show vertical colored lines. Waiting on service request

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Wish I'd done more research This TV is unfortunately not compatible with many of the products & services we bought shortly after purchasing the TV. Hulu Live TV, for example, is not supported on this device. Bluetooth headphones cannot be hooked up to the device. There are only two HDMI ports, so the Apple TV (which we still need for Airplay), cable, and sound bar cannot all be connected at the same time. Picture quality is okay, sound quality is quite bad, but is remedied with a our soundbar (not a Samsung). It's not a terrible TV, but I do wish we'd had to foresight to anticipate these needs before we purchased.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Nice entry level TV, many features Nice entry level TV. Pros: many build-in features - wifi, HDMIARC, menus with links to streaming channels. Con: too many menus, guides, etc. No composite video in, poor speaker sound quality, cheap stand. Sometimes you get what you pay for - in this case, nice picture and builtin features but poor sound quality and plastic stand..
