Rated 5 out of 5 by from Very Easy to Use.Great picture. I have had this TV for a few weeks now and the easy of use is superb. Quick access to all menu's. Menu's are extremely easy to navigate . Remote is comfortable in the hand and all buttons are very legible. TV is very lite weight. The factory legs are a bit flimsy in my opinion. Easily fixed with a swivel heavy base. Connectivity to WI-fi was simple. Picture is great with multiple options on color and brightness. Built in TV guide that works with free air TV (at least in Okla). Down facing speakers are more than adequate. The slim design makes for a very attractive display without overpowering even the smallest space. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.]

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Not Happy I bought this tv for the webos, compatibility with Alexa and Channel Plus. Webos is ok. Alexa feature doesn't work 200% of the time. I had channel plus but then it was removed..!? Now I need to update to a firmware that's not available for my model. Ask of this occurred 33 days after my purchase so now I can't even return it to the store. The TV rest itself in the middle of a movie and cleared all my settings, my apps, all updates and even my LG account info. Sometimes it doesn't even turn off/on our change channels.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from super picture Went from a 47 in LG to the 65 in LG- Thought that this was going to be way to big for my wall, have it mounted. However, once on the wall, OMG- have 12ft from the wall to my couch and could not be happier with what I look at- It did take some time to " dial " it in, esp. with my cable box settings, but once done, the picture, color and detail of the T.V. are unbelievable to look at and watch- sporting events are out of this world to watch, esp if you switch out the picture mode settings. Have not used everything it offers as of yet- I can't wait to watch a 4K movie on this T.V. as I have this hook up to a theater system ! [This review was collected as part of a promotion.]

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Love it Bought the TV set 2 weeks ago. Setup was not difficult but the install instructions are insufficient. Especially the part where you specify onscreen what type of connection you have. In my case HDMI with cable. I found it onscreen on the top right, under the X symbol, after pressing the connection setup button on the remote. I love the sharpness. I especially love the LG TV Plus app that I download to my iPhone and iPad. I can manage the TV with the app. It has a mouse cursor. Really nice. Color is great (after adjusting a bit to my taste) if you sit right in front of the TV. If you sit a bit sideways, the skin tones are pale. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.]

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Just Average TV The tv was easy to setup and took little time. What I didn't know, called Customer Support and they were very good and clear. HOWEVER, i am disappointed with the picture quality. I had a Plasma, and I think that the Plasma had a much better and clearer picture. Tried adjusting the picture bet. standard, HDR and all the other choices and still had a average picture. Was expecting a much better picture quality. Open to any suggestions. Overall , the tv was worth the price but picture I think could have been better. Any suggestions???????????? [This review was collected as part of a promotion.]

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Not perfect but very happy still The picture and features on this TV is awesome. I’m very happy in that aspect. The one thing I would very much would have liked is an improvement on the tiny pencil stand that it comes with. Very very fragile. They broke by barely moving the tv in a position I liked. I ended up buying a real TV stand for it. As long as you don’t move the TV around that stock stand works. Otherwise you are better off getting a better stand. That being the only issue I have, I am beyond happy with this TV [This review was collected as part of a promotion.]

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Nice Picture For the most part I really like this TV. The picture is great and it has 3 HDMI inputs which I need. It works with Alexa, except for powering on. The only real problem I had is that at one point HDMI Input 2 stopped recognizing any device attached to it. I tested cables and different devices but it showed no signal. After searching the internet I found a fix (basically a power off reset). This was an easy fix, but it should not be necessary. I did notice that this happened a few days after a software update, so maybe that was part of it. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.]

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Awesome-Best TV Ever I was torn between this LG or Samsung. So happy I purchased the LG. Setup was only 15 mins and I was watching tv. The apps are easy to use and can be switched around for your favs up front. Sound is Amazing, just put it on what sounds best to you. The TV has everything you could ask for. Picture is the Best. Took some adjustment but 4K is superb watching with 4k videos. Best I've seen yet. My neighbor was so impressed, she ordered one too. I highly recommend this TV. Rated 4 out of 5 by from Great TV for the Price I am liking this tv. Unfortunately the first one that shipped had a mishap enroute and screen shattered when I plugged it in. The replacement is doing fine so far. I am elderly and use ear phones to hear the tv without blaring out my husband in the same room but as yet I have been unable to find a setting that lets the tv volume and audio out to play at the same time. I have to use the satellite receiver audio to use the earphones which is also a problem as anything streaming over the internet, I have no volume on the earphones. Hope someone can tell me if this tv has the ability to use earphones and have volume on the internal speakers. Love the sharing app to watch/hear off my computer.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Perfect Bedroom TV Not too big, not too small, for our bedroom. We wished it included the "Magic Remote" like our 65" LG ThinQ, but whatever. We hooked up an HDMI ROKU Stick, and use that remote. This tv was a great price, $270.00 at Walmart, and the Square Trade 4 year warranty was much cheaper than Best Buy's. We bought the 43" for the bedroom, because of size limitations, from our wardrobe cabinet to the ceiling. GREAT picture, and sound, and works very well with streaming (reception). It's in our bedroom upstairs, while our WiFi Router is downstairs. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.]

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Unreal tv Lived up to all of my expectations. Television and movies have incredible movement quality and great picture performance. Sports are especially amazing to watch on Sunday, and there’s is no frame-rate loss when watching hockey (in terms of the puck sliding). Would absolutely recommend to anyone thinking about purchasing an LG. My only complaint is that there is no product manual and it took me a while to figure out how to set up my favorites. Great tv overall!! [This review was collected as part of a promotion.]

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Extremely pleased After 8 years of loyal service, our 32 inch Vizio ceased operating. It sat on a drawer chest and a 43 inch screen re[lacement would fit. I did some research online and had pretty well settled on a Samsung smart TV. The associate at Bestbuy was explaining features of several models to another customer, so I listened in. After comparison of a few different models I changed my thinking to the LG smart TV. Setup was easy, and the 3HDMI connections were adequate for my Satelite PVR, Cable TV, and DVD recorder. I particularly like the Content display at the bottom of the screen that is readily visible from my lazy boy chair. Excelent value for HD viewing. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.]

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Great TV I purchased this tv about a month ago. I only have a few negative comments. No manual. Very difficult to set up tv settings and also to put the legs on it. The ladies voice that is used as the manual is extremely annoying. Also everytime the tv is turned on there is an annoying dinging sound. No Pandora app and if you want to see the internet you have to buy a bluetooth key board. Other than that its a great TV. I hope last longer than a couple of years. Rated 4 out of 5 by from Great TV / terrible remote I like these TV's so much I bought 2 of them. They are ligjt with a great picture. Channel Plus isnthe best integration of cord cutting ip TV I've seen. Unfortunately the remote controls are really bad. It's like they had a bunch of old remotes leftover from non smart TV's that they needed to use up. The buttons are not ergonomically laid out, they are mostly all the same size, just a bunch of little square buttons with no backlight. Forget about using this remote in the dark as there is no way to index where your finger is. You can't use the remote without looking at it. The remote issue doesn't effect me much as I use TiVo. Otherwise a great tv. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.]

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Great Features The problem we had with this TV is that it is not compatable with the abilities of more "mature" (senior citizens) owners. We had so much trouble trying to get the set hooked up. We purchased it at Best Buy and had to hire the Geek Squad to get it properly installed. The picture is GREAT! I still don't know how to get other channels other than the netflex and amazon prime. I think there is some way we're supposed to set up the other channels. Rated 4 out of 5 by from A Good Value This TV contains virtually all of the features needed by the average household for a good price. Set up was very easy. Picture quality is very good. You'll want to add a wireless keyboard & mouse for easier navigation as navigating with the remote control included with the TV quickly becomes tedious. Only minor complaint is not being able use the built in browser to stream TV programs from some of the major network websites like CBS. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.]

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Excellent picture After my last HD TV died suddenly I had to scramble to find a suitable replacement. I already own an LG 36” in my bedroom and really liked the picture so I started by researching this brand for my big screen replacement. The price was excellent and I knew I needed to upgrade not only to 4K but also to increase screen size from the 60” to this 65”. The ease of setting this TV up, quickly connecting to all components and then watching movies just awed me. HD content, streaming video and Blu-ray movies are all far better than I imagined. It’s a smart TV so it easily connected to WiFi and streaming services such as Netflix and Amazon Prime are preloaded. I highly recommend this TV if you’re looking for a great picture without spending a lot of money. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.]

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Cheap, plastic, unstable legs, easy to break While I loved the picture and the interface, and was enjoying the TV itself, the legs on this unit would not stay attached in the provided holes causing the TV to wobble on the table I had it sitting on. While I was trying to figure out how to anchor it to the table it fell down and the the screen shattered. It was completely destroyed less than 24 hours after I bought it. It is made of cheap plastic that easily scratches and doesn't provide enough weight to keep the unit upright. The provided legs were insufficient in size and of poor fit. I will not be buying another.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from A wonderful addition to my home I have now had my LG TV for a month and I am very happy. The first thing I did was to order a Magic remote and hooked up my Fire Stick. The picture is truly outstanding and MLB.TV comes in beautifully. The size, 49 inches, is perfect for me. I have also added a sound bar to make the movies and games I watch come alive. Lately, Wimbledon and the World Cup were even better to watch than ever! Count me in as a very satisfied customer in all aspects for LG products. I have even taught myself how to cast games from my computer to my TV. Man, what a blast. Thanks to the designers of my TV and the people who built it. They have accomplished a wonderful job! Rated 4 out of 5 by from Slow start-up I've had this TV for less than a month and it has been working fine. Pictures are clear, easy set-up and quick to load Netflix and Amazon Prime. I do have a problem on start-up. I have a Direct TV box and remote, first I could not program the TV to turn on and off with the Direct TV remote and it seems to take a good minute or two before it connects to Direct TV. Is this normal or there is a way to make it faster? [This review was collected as part of a promotion.]

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Picture is great! The pricing is great for the quality. Make sure to go into the settings and turn off energy saver mode because it tones down the picture bad. It took us three days to figure that out and then we were blown away by the picture quality. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.]

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Gaming monitor Great for gaming and nextflix. To get the best image you will have to play with the tv configuration but for me "gaming mode" is the best. I bought one to test it, now I have two in gaming room and one in my bedroom. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.]

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Picture Quality Exceed Expectation I am very happy to have chosen this television because of how well rounded it is. The picture quality is superb and you can really tell the difference between 4k HDR and standard HD. The smart features make everything so much easier, such as, connecting to the internet, 3rd party streaming, and browsing. The build on the TV is incredible and I was amazed at how thin it was, thanks to the ThinQ technology. I have this TV connected to an assistant and everything couldn't be simpler. Overall, the viewing experience is more immersive and definitely more interactive.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great TV and Great Value We were very happy with our 8-year-old LG 65” Plasma TV and decided to upgrade to a 4K smart TV to enable the use of app content. We found a great deal on this LG 4K smart television. The picture is so sharp and amazing that it appears to be better than real life at times. Using the smart features is easy and adding on Apple TV gives me access to online podcasts and online features. We are retiring our 10-year-old LG to our second home. It still works great and the quality of LG products is second to none. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.]

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Fantastic TV Experience This TV exceeded my expectations. When watching TV and unwinding, I want my experience to be effortless. I want to be able to find something I’m happy to watch and quickly get to enjoying. This TV does exactly that with its fast turn on speed, extremely vivid and HD video quality (without the colors looking filtered to be brighter), and clear sound. Although my older parents had a bit of difficulty navigating the features, I was astonished at the endless amounts of things I can do. This is more than a TV, I could shop, stream, project from my phone or laptop, and many other features which are all pretty simple to navigate. And the great thing is, this TV was significantly cheaper than all the others in the market. I am VERY happy with this purchase, you won’t go wrong with selecting this TV. Rated 4 out of 5 by from Great Basic LED TV Easy setup, good picture quality and all input devices setup easily. Works well with either cable or antenna inputs. However, the documentation is lousy! I cannot figure out how to use some features or how to lower volume of LG's voice reporting. Even the LG web site does not help. Disappointed that LG would make such a good product but not help us learn how to use it effectively. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.]

Rated 3 out of 5 by from The TV is GOOD - The base is BAD I bought my 4k UHD LG TV few weeks ago and in the first day I was "building it" the base broke like a paper. Bad material for a base and a heavy TV. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.]

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Great, for the most part. The picture quality is great. The LG apps are limited. It would be nice if they offered HBO GO. When I want to watch the FOX network news the stream cuts out and I have to refresh the web page commercial break, same for the National Geographic channel. It would be nice if it would recognize my Bluetooth headphones as soon as I turn them on, instead of me having to pair again. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.]
