Rated 5 out of 5 by from Unbelievable on You Tube, great picture quality First off, let's be clear. NO flat screen, Smart or otherwise, has great speakers. You MUST hook up to a good A/V system. You are buying a picture, not a sound system. My ONLY complaint about this TV is that there is no indicator LED to tell you that it is switched on. Now for the good stuff: The picture is amazing for the price and size, but as is true of all LED TVs, there is no true black as you would get in a plasma or OLED. I really appreciated the ease of setup. This thing hooked right up to my home network with a minimum of bother. There are enough settings in the video menu that you can get into real trouble if you change too many things like Gamma, Pixel performance, and so on. Having said that, I was very pleased with the photos on the opening setting screen, which gave me a good idea of what to do. The menus are very graphic and easy to navigate. Amazingly enough, the You Tube and Netflix apps actually outperformed my Roku!

Rated 4 out of 5 by from The product has a lot to offer. Very happy with the TV with the exception of the sound. Trying to figure how to attach the sound bar that I had on my other TV but apparently the Manual went out with the box. Would greatly appreciate another one. Thanks !!

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Very good for the price Like others - disappointed in the fact it dose not have the popular apps other than Netflix, like Amazon and HuLu. Its a flat screen, if you need better sound, then get a soundbar as they were design for these TV's. Cant really complain - just hope it lasts a few years, and maybe an update will come out with those left out Apps.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Sound and apps The sound is straight garbage and the apps is pointless to have on the TV

Rated 2 out of 5 by from All around POOR Connections are placed poorly with no grooves to allow the TV to sit flush on wall. Cannot update software While NETFLIX works no other apps will connect. Shows connected to home network but will not connect internet. Philips website is out of date. TV loaded with untested update and cannot revert to the previous versions.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great picture & sound I bought this in an emergency as my old 45" TV died the morning of Super Bowl. This 65" is much lighter, set up easily, and started working the minute I plugged it in.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Disappointed I purchased this TV from Aaron's so that was mistake #1 I payed more than what the TV was worth. My first impressions were great. I thought I was watching 4K until I hooked up my XBox One and it said it didn't have 4K. I thought that wasn't right it sure said it on the box. I looked up user manuals for days but nothing. Finally after about a month I was messing with the settings and found that each input was set by default to 2K and you have to set them all to 4K. I was excited finding this out. Well I've had my TV for about a year and a half and it started to mess up. While watching TV my input options would pop up on the screen and start making selections then change by themselves. When ever the options were on the screen there was no way to make them go away. The remote wouldn't respond and none of the buttons on the back of the TV would either. I would just have to wait for it to disappear. I thought after unplugging it and holding the power button to drain the juice that it would fix itself but it didnt. Did a quick search on the warranty and thought I found it had a 2 year manufacturer warranty. Called Phillips up only to find out that the 2 year warranty was offered in other countries and in the US it's only a year. Even cheap brands like TCL offer 2 year warranty. Well the rep walked me through some troubleshooting steps and couldn't help me. Instead of repairing the TV they want to refer me to a TV repair shop. I did a bunch of research for the same symptoms but nothing. Finally I took the TV apart and disconnected the power and input buttons from the rest of the circuit boards and it seems to be working fine again. This experience makes me want to never recommend to a friend or family member a Phillips TV.
