Does Aaron's check my credit?
As part of our digital approval processes, Aaron’s will check credit history and creditworthiness and rely upon customer reports and information obtained from third-parties in considering your application. We do check credit sources; however, we look at many other data points to make a final decision, and we regularly approve customers that other stores won’t, including customers with less than perfect credit or very little credit history.
How do I make my payments?
Your first payment for an online order must be made using a debit or credit card. Once the first payment is made, your local store will accept cash, checks, money orders, and all major credit cards, or you can continue to pay online. If you are interested in online payments, please go to myaccount.aarons.com and click on “Register.”
Can I pay out my lease early?
Yes. You can purchase the product at any time. If your ownership plan is longer than 6 months, you can take advantage of Aaron’s same as cash option. For those new agreements with a payment option longer than 6 months, if you payout your merchandise within the applicable same as cash period, you will pay the cash price, plus tax and applicable fees (if any). The same as cash period varies by location but is generally 120 days. For California residents the same as cash option is 90 days for all rental purchase agreements.
In addition, after the same as cash option expires, you can purchase the merchandise for more than the cash price but less than the total of remaining lease payments, as described in your lease agreement. This early purchase option amount varies by state and is explained in the lease agreement.
What is Aaron's return policy?
Once your item has been delivered, you can contact your local store to schedule a time for return or pick-up as stated in your agreement. However, you will not receive a refund. But don’t forget about our lifetime reinstatement benefit; you can restart your lease anytime you like on the same or comparable value merchandise. Lawn equipment, seasonal items, and special order merchandise are excluded from the lifetime reinstatement benefit. See a store associate for complete details.

Is there a drain kit available for the water plug underneath? If not, what is the diameter of the hole?

Hello there. Thank you for being part of our GEA family! There is no drain kit available for the water plug. Room air conditioners are not designed with a drain plug that allows the unit to drain excess water while operating. Air conditioners have a "slinger ring" around the rear fan blade. The fan is designed to pick water up off the bottom of the pan and throw it against the condenser coils. This design feature helps improve the efficiency of the unit by reducing heat on the coils, and helps remove some of the condensation and rain water from the pan. Water will collect in the base pan and may even overflow and drip outside during periods of high humidity or on rainy days. This is normal operation. This air conditioner does have a drain plug at the bottom of the pan. Under normal circumstances, this drain plug should not be removed. The drain plug allows water removal if the air conditioner is being stored for the season, or if a technician needs to remove the water. Because of that, we do not know the diameter of the hole. Is this suppose to lower the humidity? I have this installed in a 660 sf room and the humidity is at 61 % and wont go any lower. the room stays at 72 F

This may result in wider variations of room temperature and humidity. How do you turn off the wifi option once it has been turned on from the unit ? I can't connect so I just want to turn it off for now. I press the button but it just keeps flashing. Thanks

My unit is set at 67 when I go to bed, around 4:00 -5 in the a.m. the temp increases to 72 on its own. Is there some way to set the temp to not adjust or change to something else? I'm assuming it is some programming as this happens every night

Purchased a GE AHC14AZW1 window AC. We are trying to connect the WIFI. We have downloaded the APP. The first step is to press the WIFI button on the AC unit and the light will start to flash. Our light will not flash. Network not showing on my phone.

To remove the front grille on your unit, open the inlet grille by pulling downward on the tabs at the top upper corners of the inlet grille until the grille is in a 45º position.
