Does Aaron's check my credit?
As part of our digital approval processes, Aaron’s will check credit history and creditworthiness and rely upon customer reports and information obtained from third-parties in considering your application. We do check credit sources; however, we look at many other data points to make a final decision, and we regularly approve customers that other stores won’t, including customers with less than perfect credit or very little credit history.
How do I make my payments?
Your first payment for an online order must be made using a debit or credit card. Once the first payment is made, your local store will accept cash, checks, money orders, and all major credit cards, or you can continue to pay online. If you are interested in online payments, please go to myaccount.aarons.com and click on “Register.”
Can I pay out my lease early?
Yes. You can purchase the product at any time. If your ownership plan is longer than 6 months, you can take advantage of Aaron’s same as cash option. For those new agreements with a payment option longer than 6 months, if you payout your merchandise within the applicable same as cash period, you will pay the cash price, plus tax and applicable fees (if any). The same as cash period varies by location but is generally 120 days. For California residents the same as cash option is 90 days for all rental purchase agreements.
In addition, after the same as cash option expires, you can purchase the merchandise for more than the cash price but less than the total of remaining lease payments, as described in your lease agreement. This early purchase option amount varies by state and is explained in the lease agreement.
What is Aaron's return policy?
Once your item has been delivered, you can contact your local store to schedule a time for return or pick-up as stated in your agreement. However, you will not receive a refund. But don’t forget about our lifetime reinstatement benefit; you can restart your lease anytime you like on the same or comparable value merchandise (excludes lawn equipment). See a store associate for complete details.

How much water does each cycle use? Is it similar to other models where the light cycle has a set number of fill ups in contrast to using the regular cycle with the sensor that essentially monitors dirt which could use less water?

Asked by: SheilaShine
Hello - Thanks for reaching out to us, these are great questions! This model is EnergyStar certified to use less than 3.5 gallons per cycle when run on the “AutoSense” cycle. The Light cycle will use 2.4 gallons. The Heavy cycle will use 6.6 gallons. Water usage will vary based on turbidity (soil level). We hope this helps! - Trey@GEA

I accidentally pressed the delay button and now it won't turn off and the dishwasher won't run. Pressing the start button for 3 seconds doesn't turn off the delay nor does unplugging the dishwasher. It is not locked. Help!

Asked by: Bodfarian
Hi there! We appreciate you reaching out to us. We are so sorry you are experiencing this with your dishwasher. We are happy to provide guidance. We recommend resetting your dishwasher by disconnecting power from your unit for 2-3 minutes and reconnecting. If this reset does not change the status of the unit, this will require service by a qualified technician. You can schedule an appointment with a GE Appliances technician by calling 1-800-432-2737 or schedule online at the link below. http://www.geappliances.com/ge/service-and-support/service.htm Again, we apologize about your experience with this dishwasher. I am wondering if standard office chair "rollerblade" type wheels would work to replace the casters on the machine. I have pets and the typical caster-type wheels accumulate hair in them quite quickly. The rollerblade type wheels also glide much easier.

Asked by: xphile04
Good afternoon, We appreciate having you in our wonderful GEA family. We are happy to provide some information about replacing the castors for this machine! As far as replacing the castors for this model, you are able to so with the correct replacement. However, we do not recommend replacing them with a "rollerblade" type of wheel. We currently do not offer any additional replacements for this that will be like the wheels on an office chair. We apologize for this inconvenience. If you have any additional questions, please do not hesitate to reach out to us again. Have a great weekend! Drew@GEA

how do I know that the cycle is complete since I am unable to see the control panel?

Asked by: tre624
Personally, I just listen to the unit.  If it's completely silent for a good minute and it's been running for about the time on the display when it started, then I disconnect it and open the door. But you have a good point. The machine is defective in design insofar as one can't see the "minutes left" display window when it's running.  Was this even field tested?  I think I know the answer to that.

Are you able to hook this dishwasher to the plumbing?

Asked by: LSUM
Manufacturers used to make a type of DW they called "convertible".  These could be taken out of their case and connected directly if you remodelled your kitchen.  Nobody makes them anymore.

I just found out dishwashers require salt!? Where do I put salt in in my portable dishwasher?

Asked by: Jb05
Hi Jb05, We appreciate you reaching out and choosing GE Appliances. Citric acid crystals (sometimes called Sour Salt) are used to remove rust stains from objects placed inside the dishwasher. To remove these stains, you can treat with citric acid crystals following the steps below: Fill the detergent cup with three to four ounces of citric acid crystals and close the cup. Run the dishwasher through a normal cycle. Rinse thoroughly by running the dishwasher through another cycle without the crystals but with a full cup of detergent. Repeat the process if one treatment did not completely remove the staining. We hope this helps! Dom@GEA

I can not figure out how to turn on the dry cycle. Or if it even has one. Plz help!!

Asked by: Valerieilene
Hi Valerieilene, Thank you for reaching out and your interest in GE Appliances. We're sorry to hear about the issue with turning on the dry cycle, but we are glad to help! This dryer dishwasher drying feature is, Condensate Drying. Condensate Dry is an energy-efficient drying system on some dishwashers. With this drying system design, condensation will form on cooler surfaces in a warm humid environment. At the end of a cycle, while the dish load is still hot, the stainless steel tub walls are already cooling down and pulling condensation to form on the tub walls instead of the dishes. This provides natural air drying of the dish load. The use of a rinse agent ensures spot and film protection for dishes and assists the drying process. Thanks for checking! Dom@GEA
