Does Aaron's check my credit?
As part of our digital approval processes, Aaron’s will check credit history and creditworthiness and rely upon customer reports and information obtained from third-parties in considering your application. We do check credit sources; however, we look at many other data points to make a final decision, and we regularly approve customers that other stores won’t, including customers with less than perfect credit or very little credit history.
How do I make my payments?
Your first payment for an online order must be made using a debit or credit card. Once the first payment is made, your local store will accept cash, checks, money orders, and all major credit cards, or you can continue to pay online. If you are interested in online payments, please go to myaccount.aarons.com and click on “Register.”
Can I pay out my lease early?
Yes. You can purchase the product at any time. If your ownership plan is longer than 6 months, you can take advantage of Aaron’s same as cash option. For those new agreements with a payment option longer than 6 months, if you payout your merchandise within the applicable same as cash period, you will pay the cash price, plus tax and applicable fees (if any). The same as cash period varies by location but is generally 120 days. For California residents the same as cash option is 90 days for all rental purchase agreements.
In addition, after the same as cash option expires, you can purchase the merchandise for more than the cash price but less than the total of remaining lease payments, as described in your lease agreement. This early purchase option amount varies by state and is explained in the lease agreement.
What is Aaron's return policy?
Once your item has been delivered, you can contact your local store to schedule a time for return or pick-up as stated in your agreement. However, you will not receive a refund. But don’t forget about our lifetime reinstatement benefit; you can restart your lease anytime you like on the same or comparable value merchandise (excludes lawn equipment). See a store associate for complete details.

What is the difference in freezer(s): FUF14DLRWW and FUF14DLRCWW?

Asked by: jerrym007
Hello jerrym007, Thank you for reaching out to us here at GE Appliances. We are happy to assist you with your question. There is no difference in freezer FUF14DLRWW and FUF14DLRCWW. They are the same model. Appliance nomenclature does not just tell you what type of appliance it is (ex. Dryer); it also tells you more about the appliance, like capacity, color, fuel type, style, brand, model year, etc. Please check out the link below for additional assistance. We have also included the link below for our GEA parts website for the model listed above. https://products.geappliances.com/appliance/gea-support-search-content?contentId=38454 https://www.geapplianceparts.com/store/parts/assembly/FUF14DLRCWW?ModelType=ModelType Let us know if you have any additional questions. What temperature do you recommend the upright freezer operate at?

Asked by: Me2789
Hello Me2789, Thank you for choosing GE Appliances for your home. We are happy to help with your temperature question. We recommend that the correct operating temperature of upright freezers, including smaller, compact models is -5 to +5 degrees Fahrenheit. In order to take the temperature of solid food, place a thermometer between frozen packages or in some ice cream. We hope this helps! Let us know if you need any additional assistance. Del@GEA

I keep service manuals for my appliances in electronic file form. I have downloaded the user manual, but would like to get the service manual, including wiring diagrams, for this unit. Can you make this information available?

Does this unit circulate air when operating?

Asked by: Masmalinois
I asked this question expecting GE to answer it.  I got a celebratory email from GE praising themselves for posting it.  I want to know if it circulates the air and maintains an even temperature throughout like the Frigidaire model that is also built for the garage.

Where is this made?

Asked by: TomeL
Hi TomeL, Thank you for reaching out and choosing GE Appliances. Thank you for checking with us and your interest in this awesome freezer! Our products are designed by our GE Appliance Engineers right here in the USA. While many are manufactured here in the US other appliances are made worldwide. We do not have the country of origin for this product as a whole as it is produced globally, but it will be shown on the individual model on the rating plate and on the packaging. We hope this helps! Can this freezer be used as a temporary refrigerator? Can the temperature in this unit be set for 40 degrees?

Asked by: 1956Cyclone
Hello 1956Cyclone, Thank you for reaching out to us here at GEA! We are always happy to help! The freezer is intended for freezer use only and should not be used at temps less than 32 degrees. Foods stored at higher temps will lessen the quality or spoil. Please reach out with any additional questions! Del@GEA

what is the length of the power cord, where is it located (share if looking from the front or back), and if an extension cord is needed, what gauge is required?

Asked by: ByTheNumber
Hello ByTheNumber, Thank you for reaching out to GEA about this product! We are always happy to assist you! The length of the cord is 5" long for model number FUF14DLRWW. The cord is on the rear lower right corner as you face the front of the unit. We do not recommend an extension cord with this model as it is not designed to operate with one. A 115 Volt AC, 60 Hz, 15- or 20-amp fused, grounded electrical supply is required. I hope this helps! Please feel to reach out again! Del@GEA

What are the amps

Asked by: naughty
Hi naughty, Thank you for reaching out to us and for your interest in GE Appliances. We are happy to help. All of our freezers (excluding international units) function at 115 VAC, 60 Hz and have approximately a 5 amp draw. Freezers typically draw extra current during start up (approx. 2x). The freezer should be on a dedicated circuit. This is recommended for best performance and to prevent overloading house wiring circuits. The exact amps that an individual freezer draws is on the rating plate and should be used if placing the freezer on a generator or other auxiliary power source. Chase@GEA
