Does Aaron's check my credit?
As part of our digital approval processes, Aaron’s will check credit history and creditworthiness and rely upon customer reports and information obtained from third-parties in considering your application. We do check credit sources; however, we look at many other data points to make a final decision, and we regularly approve customers that other stores won’t, including customers with less than perfect credit or very little credit history.
How do I make my payments?
Your first payment for an online order must be made using a debit or credit card. Once the first payment is made, your local store will accept cash, checks, money orders, and all major credit cards, or you can continue to pay online. If you are interested in online payments, please go to myaccount.aarons.com and click on “Register.”
Can I pay out my lease early?
Yes. You can purchase the product at any time. If your ownership plan is longer than 6 months, you can take advantage of Aaron’s same as cash option. For those new agreements with a payment option longer than 6 months, if you payout your merchandise within the applicable same as cash period, you will pay the cash price, plus tax and applicable fees (if any). The same as cash period varies by location but is generally 120 days. For California residents the same as cash option is 90 days for all rental purchase agreements.
In addition, after the same as cash option expires, you can purchase the merchandise for more than the cash price but less than the total of remaining lease payments, as described in your lease agreement. This early purchase option amount varies by state and is explained in the lease agreement.
What is Aaron's return policy?
Once your item has been delivered, you can contact your local store to schedule a time for return or pick-up as stated in your agreement. However, you will not receive a refund. But don’t forget about our lifetime reinstatement benefit; you can restart your lease anytime you like on the same or comparable value merchandise. Lawn equipment, seasonal items, and special order merchandise are excluded from the lifetime reinstatement benefit. See a store associate for complete details.

Can anyone tell me the interior dimensions of this freezer?

Asked by: CJLinde
Hi there, Thank you for connecting with us, we are happy to provide guidance! The interior dimensions for this model freezer is approximately: 21.7" W x 53.5" H x 23.2" D (at top) Due to the shape of the air duct panel, the rear wall is not flat. Depth at middle is 20.5" and the bottom has a depth of 14". Approximate shelf dimensions: - 21.5" W x 17" D (above the upper FZ bin) - 21.5" W x 17" D (full) - 21.5" W x 14" D (half) - 21.5" W x 18.5" D (above the lower FZ bin) We hope this helps, have a great day! -Garrett@GEA

I am trying to find a pedestal to place my new freezer on in case of flooding in the basement. What are the dimensions of the feet for proper fitting?

Asked by: Nygirl525
Hello! Thank you for reaching out to us with your question. We are more than happy to provide guidance. We do not offer any pedestals for this model freezer. We also do not recommend setting this unit on any raised surface, as it has the possibility to tip over. If you do put this unit on an elevated surface, it could possibly void your warranty with this unit. We appreciate you checking with us. Please feel free to reach out to us with any additional questions you may have. We hope this helps! - Adrian@GEA

Is the power cord really only 5" (inches) long? I'm guessing that was supposed to be 5' (feet).

Hello - Thanks for reaching out to us! We apologize for any miscommunication and are happy to clarify. The power cord on this model is five feet long. The cord is on the rear lower right corner as you face the front of the unit. We hope this helps! - Trey@GEA

WHY WON'T THE DOOR STAY SHUT??? It's super quiet, love the inside, but we have now found it open about 8 different times. Thawed but cold food when we found it. Door lock doesn't engage enough to help. Still can be opened when locked.

Asked by: lisamuhree
Hello, We hope you have been doing well and staying safe. We are sorry to hear about the trouble with the freezer door and we are happy to provide some assistance. We recommend checking out that the freezer is completely level and that no items are poking out. If the problem is still persisting after that, then we would recommend getting a technician out for a diagnosis. You can schedule an appointment by calling 1-800-432-2737 or schedule on-line at http://www.geappliances.com/ge/service-and-support/service.htm Thanks again for letting us know. Keep in touch. FUF14DLRWN OR FUF17SMRWN Is it possible to set 31*F (31 Fahrenheit)? How much temperature degree is different from the set temperature to make it stop and work? How many degrees difference does the compressor run and stop? (+ or - from 31*F)

Asked by: Sang62
Hello - Thanks for reaching out to us, and we apologize for our delayed response. These are great questions. These models cannot be set to 31 degrees Fahrenheit. The logic in the design of the temperature control is intended to try to maintain the set temperature as closely as possible. If the temperature gets too high, the temperature alarm will sound. An exact temperature variation is not available. We hope this helps! - Trey@GEA
