Does Aaron's check my credit?
As part of our digital approval processes, Aaron’s will check credit history and creditworthiness and rely upon customer reports and information obtained from third-parties in considering your application. We do check credit sources; however, we look at many other data points to make a final decision, and we regularly approve customers that other stores won’t, including customers with less than perfect credit or very little credit history.
How do I make my payments?
Your first payment for an online order must be made using a debit or credit card. Once the first payment is made, your local store will accept cash, checks, money orders, and all major credit cards, or you can continue to pay online. If you are interested in online payments, please go to myaccount.aarons.com and click on “Register.”
Can I pay out my lease early?
Yes. You can purchase the product at any time. If your ownership plan is longer than 6 months, you can take advantage of Aaron’s same as cash option. For those new agreements with a payment option longer than 6 months, if you payout your merchandise within the applicable same as cash period, you will pay the cash price, plus tax and applicable fees (if any). The same as cash period varies by location but is generally 120 days. For California residents the same as cash option is 90 days for all rental purchase agreements.
In addition, after the same as cash option expires, you can purchase the merchandise for more than the cash price but less than the total of remaining lease payments, as described in your lease agreement. This early purchase option amount varies by state and is explained in the lease agreement.
What is Aaron's return policy?
Once your item has been delivered, you can contact your local store to schedule a time for return or pick-up as stated in your agreement. However, you will not receive a refund. But don’t forget about our lifetime reinstatement benefit; you can restart your lease anytime you like on the same or comparable value merchandise (excludes lawn equipment). See a store associate for complete details.

Can I install wheels on this freezer where the leveling feet are??

Asked by: Pete1152
Good afternoon, This is a great question and we are happy to provide some information about the leveling legs for you! We do not recommend trying to remove the leveling legs and replacing them with wheels. Because we do not offer replacement wheels for this model, it is likely wheels that you might order will not properly fit. If you have any additional questions, please do not hesitate to connect with us again. Have a great weekend! Drew@GEA

I cannot find what the correct temp setting would be.  Are there factors that contribute to the setting.

Asked by: MOMMAWG4
Hello - Thanks for reaching out to us, this is a great question! We recommend setting the freezer at a temperature of zero degrees Fahrenheit. You may want to set it slightly cooler or slightly warmer depending on the installation location as well as the items you are freezing. We hope this helps! - Trey@GEA

GE upright Freezer FUF21. I removed bottom drawer to clean it up. Now I can not slide it back in under the glass shelf. Please guide or provide a link for diagrams. Than you!

Asked by: Maple 152
Hello - Thanks for reaching out to us! We are so sorry to hear that you are having trouble reinserting the drawers in this model. You can view instructions for removing these drawers on page 7 of the owner's manual: https://products.geappliances.com/MarketingObjectRetrieval/Dispatcher?RequestType=PDF&Name=49-60763-4.pdf. Essentially you will want to reverse these instructions when trying to reinsert the drawers. Angle the drawer up as you seat the rear end of the drawer into the slides. Then you can lower the drawer down to parallel and push back into place. We hope this helps! - Trey@GEA

can a heavy duty 12 gauge, 6 foot extension cord be used to power this freezer.

Asked by: AshlandDaveS
Hello, Thank you so much for taking the time out of your day to check with us. We hope you have been doing awesome and we're always happy to help. We don't recommend powering this unit with any kind of extension cord or adapter. The freezer should always be plugged into its own electrical outlet which has a voltage rating that matches the rating plate. This is the safest way to use your awesome new freezer. Stay safe! Thank you for being a part of the GEA team. Jonathon@GEA

Can the frost free feature be turned off for longer food storage? Also will the door auto shut?

Asked by: PQQQ
Hello, Thank you so much for reaching out to us today. We hope you have been well and we are happy to help clear this up. The frost-free feature on this model wouldn't be able to be disabled as it is the built-in defrost of the freezer, this helps keep the freezer from frosting up without affecting food quality. As for the door, it is a manual configuration and wouldn't have any mechanisms to auto close. We hope this helps clear things up. Thank you so much for your interest. Stay safe out there. It says a water connection kit is required. I don't want to make ice so do I still need this kit? There is no water line near where I want to put this. Thanks!

Asked by: OhioKing
Hi!, Thank you for reaching out and choosing GE Appliances. This model wouldn't need a water line as there is no dispenser or icemaker. Thanks for checking! Dom@GEA
