Does Aaron's check my credit?
As part of our digital approval processes, Aaron’s will check credit history and creditworthiness and rely upon customer reports and information obtained from third-parties in considering your application. We do check credit sources; however, we look at many other data points to make a final decision, and we regularly approve customers that other stores won’t, including customers with less than perfect credit or very little credit history.
How do I make my payments?
Your first payment for an online order must be made using a debit or credit card. Once the first payment is made, your local store will accept cash, checks, money orders, and all major credit cards, or you can continue to pay online. If you are interested in online payments, please go to myaccount.aarons.com and click on “Register.”
Can I pay out my lease early?
Yes. You can purchase the product at any time. If your ownership plan is longer than 6 months, you can take advantage of Aaron’s same as cash option. For those new agreements with a payment option longer than 6 months, if you payout your merchandise within the applicable same as cash period, you will pay the cash price, plus tax and applicable fees (if any). The same as cash period varies by location but is generally 120 days. For California residents the same as cash option is 90 days for all rental purchase agreements.
In addition, after the same as cash option expires, you can purchase the merchandise for more than the cash price but less than the total of remaining lease payments, as described in your lease agreement. This early purchase option amount varies by state and is explained in the lease agreement.
What is Aaron's return policy?
Once your item has been delivered, you can contact your local store to schedule a time for return or pick-up as stated in your agreement. However, you will not receive a refund. But don’t forget about our lifetime reinstatement benefit; you can restart your lease anytime you like on the same or comparable value merchandise (excludes lawn equipment). Flames too high. How do I turn down some?

Hi B J P, Thanks for reaching out to us, we're sorry to hear that the flames seem to be too high on your range. Most gas ranges and cooktops are set for natural gas at the factory. If the burner or oven flames are too high (ex. touching or above the grate) or are uneven, this could be an indication the range or cooktop was improperly converted from a natural gas setting to LP (Liquid Propane). If the unit was recently converted, contact your installer or local Gas Company to correctly convert the range or cooktop. does the broiler drawer pull out to store pans in and push back in?

Hi kwill24 - Only a clean broil pan should be stored in the broiler drawer. No other items should be stored in the broiler drawer of your gas range when not in use. The range has a drop-down broiler drawer. The rack inside slides forward (similar to upper oven) to aid in accessibility and visibility of food. Hello i have the model JGBS10DEKBB, and i am using gas and not electric. I have been trying to figure out how turn the oven on and i just cant find how it works. I saw a little hole in the bottom of the stove and try to light it but nothings works.

Burners will still work with the valve off, but the oven will not. Everytime i cook the stove gets stained which is normal but what i don't like is that it leaves these horrible spots that i can't remove. Any idea on how i can clean the spots? I've tried clorox wipes, i've tried olive oil and it doesn't work.

Hi desantos- We are happy to provide assistance. Acidic spills such as fruit juice, marinades, tomato sauce and vinegar should not be allowed to remain on the porcelain surface. Use soap and water to clean the porcelain surface. The porcelain enamel surface should be able to withstand moderate cleaning with cleansing powders. However, since there is a wide variety of cleaning products available, we recommend following the guidelines of the manufacturers of these cleaning products. For example, some non-scratch products are approved for cleaning enamel surfaces while most steel wool pads are not recommended. If the range is hot, use a dry paper towel or cloth to wipe up any acidic spills. When the surface has cooled, wash with soapy water, rinse and polish dry. Note: On gas ranges, non-abrasive cleaner works great on scorched areas around oven vent.
