Does Aaron's check my credit?
As part of our digital approval processes, Aaron’s will check credit history and creditworthiness and rely upon customer reports and information obtained from third-parties in considering your application. We do check credit sources; however, we look at many other data points to make a final decision, and we regularly approve customers that other stores won’t, including customers with less than perfect credit or very little credit history.
How do I make my payments?
Your first payment for an online order must be made using a debit or credit card. Once the first payment is made, your local store will accept cash, checks, money orders, and all major credit cards, or you can continue to pay online. If you are interested in online payments, please go to myaccount.aarons.com and click on “Register.”
Can I pay out my lease early?
Yes. You can purchase the product at any time. If your ownership plan is longer than 6 months, you can take advantage of Aaron’s same as cash option. For those new agreements with a payment option longer than 6 months, if you payout your merchandise within the applicable same as cash period, you will pay the cash price, plus tax and applicable fees (if any). The same as cash period varies by location but is generally 120 days. For California residents the same as cash option is 90 days for all rental purchase agreements.
In addition, after the same as cash option expires, you can purchase the merchandise for more than the cash price but less than the total of remaining lease payments, as described in your lease agreement. This early purchase option amount varies by state and is explained in the lease agreement.
What is Aaron's return policy?
Once your item has been delivered, you can contact your local store to schedule a time for return or pick-up as stated in your agreement. However, you will not receive a refund. But don’t forget about our lifetime reinstatement benefit; you can restart your lease anytime you like on the same or comparable value merchandise (excludes lawn equipment). See a store associate for complete details.

I have a JGB720EEJ1ES Adora convention gas range. I've had it for several years and very dissatisfied with the finish on the grates. The black finish is slowly coming off leaving a silvery finish, is there a reason for this? Is there a slate touch up pain

Asked by: Mat726
Good afternoon Mat726, We would like to thank you for reaching out to us and for being part of the GEA family! We hate to hear the grate is starting to lose its gorgeous finish! We will see what we can find! Grates can lose their finish if they are not cleaned regularly or properly. To achieve the best clean, we recommend our grates be cleaned in the dishwasher, however after cleaning it is a good idea to apply a small amount of cooking oil to the grate then bake the grate in an oven at 350F for 10 minutes. This baking process protects the finish of the grate. We do not recommend repainting ranges or cooktops because they are a baked on porcelain enamel surface. When exposed to heat, painting such a surface will result in cracking and peeling after a period of time, the paint will not adhere to the porcelain. Small touch-ups are fine, though. To touch up the paint on the grate you will need to get a certain paint. We will post a link of this paint below! https://www.geapplianceparts.com/store/parts/spec/WR97X27706 We want your grate to look as good as the day you got it. So if you have any additional questions or anything, please let us know! Drew@GEA

Where can I get a stove protecter?

Asked by: Misty 638
Hello Misty 638, We hope you are doing well today. Thanks for getting in touch with us. We don't currently offer stove protectors from our parts store. We would also recommend to be careful when purchasing whole-stove protectors as they would have to handle the heat from the gas burners. We apologize for any inconvenience this causes. Stay safe out there. Let us know if you have other questions. Jonathon@GEA

What is the point of having the broiler at the bottom? It's rather inconvenient having it so low to the ground. Is there a broiler in the main compartment as well?

Asked by: Cookies4life
Hi Cookies4life, We hope you are doing well. Thank you so much for reaching out to us. We are more than happy to help out. This beautiful range does allow broiling in the main oven compartment; the broiler drawer is designed to allow more capacity for the oven if needed. We recommend taking a look at page 13 of the Use and Care manual for more information and instructions on broiling. Here is a link to the manual: https://products.geappliances.com/MarketingObjectRetrieval/Dispatcher?RequestType=PDF&Name=49-2000316-3.pdf We hope this helps out some. Thanks again for contacting us. does it have a catch pan in the broiler I can see the flame reflection on the floor seems odd

Asked by: buster_ bee
Hi, buster_bee We appreciate you reaching out to us and asking this awesome question. Thank you for being apart of the GE Appliances family. We've got you covered. The broiler drawer should have a pan underneath to help catch grease and it's about 1" deep. We hope this helped. Stay safe out there. Jonathon@GEA

Hi - I have recently purchased this new gas range and it seems that it boils water more slowly than my previous old gas stove - Have you heard similar complaints from others ? Is this an issue you are aware of ? is there an adjustment we need to make ?

Asked by: mazter
Hello, mazter Thank you for choosing GE Appliances for your home. We appreciate you reaching out to us. We are more than happy to help. Every new range can feel a lot different than your previous one and this is because it can use different cooking systems. However, your new range shouldn't be taking to long to boil water. We recommend getting in contact with the installer or gas company to make sure that the gas hookup was installed correctly. If all of that clears up, then contact us directly so we can get a technician to the home for diagnosis. Thanks again for being apart of the GE Appliances Family, and let us know if you need anything else. Jonathon@GEA

How do you regulate the temperature of the oven?

Asked by: lruth12
Hello Iruth12 - Thanks for reaching out to us, this is a great question! The bake mode is for baking and roasting. This mode uses heat only from the lower burner. When preparing baked goods such as cakes, cookies and pastries, always preheat the oven first. To use this mode, press the Bake pad, use the + and - pads to adjust the temperature to your desired setting, then press Start. You can change the temperature after the oven is already in use: Simply press the Bake pad again, adjust to the new temperature using the + or - pads, and press Start. If you were already baking in the oven at 350 degrees and you now need to set the temperature to 325 degrees, you may want to wait a few minutes after making the adjustment before putting the food in to allow the oven to adapt to the new temperature. We hope this helps! - Trey@GEA
