Does Aaron's check my credit?
As part of our digital approval processes, Aaron’s will check credit history and creditworthiness and rely upon customer reports and information obtained from third-parties in considering your application. We do check credit sources; however, we look at many other data points to make a final decision, and we regularly approve customers that other stores won’t, including customers with less than perfect credit or very little credit history.
How do I make my payments?
Your first payment for an online order must be made using a debit or credit card. Once the first payment is made, your local store will accept cash, checks, money orders, and all major credit cards, or you can continue to pay online. If you are interested in online payments, please go to myaccount.aarons.com and click on “Register.”
Can I pay out my lease early?
Yes. You can purchase the product at any time. If your ownership plan is longer than 6 months, you can take advantage of Aaron’s same as cash option. For those new agreements with a payment option longer than 6 months, if you payout your merchandise within the applicable same as cash period, you will pay the cash price, plus tax and applicable fees (if any). The same as cash period varies by location but is generally 120 days. For California residents the same as cash option is 90 days for all rental purchase agreements.
In addition, after the same as cash option expires, you can purchase the merchandise for more than the cash price but less than the total of remaining lease payments, as described in your lease agreement. This early purchase option amount varies by state and is explained in the lease agreement.
What is Aaron's return policy?
Once your item has been delivered, you can contact your local store to schedule a time for return or pick-up as stated in your agreement. However, you will not receive a refund. But don’t forget about our lifetime reinstatement benefit; you can restart your lease anytime you like on the same or comparable value merchandise (excludes lawn equipment). See a store associate for complete details.

Hello GE, When we are using our oven it doesn't seem to be efficiently due to all the heat coming out of the vent located on the underside of the control panel above the burners. wondering if there a way we can close partially close the vent? Thanks

Asked by: MBeach
Hello, Thank you for connecting, this is a great question! The heat coming out of the vent on your gas range is completely normal. We do not recommend partially closing the vent, as this could cause safety issues and potentially damage the unit. The vent area should be cleaned regularly, below we will attach a link on how to perform a cleaning. https://products.geappliances.com/appliance/gea-support-search-content?contentId=17386 We hope this helps, feel free to reach out if you have any further questions! -Garrett@GEA

Asked by: JennTX
Good afternoon, This is a great question and we are happy to provide some information about the broiling pan and rack for this model! Starting Jan 1, 2007, broiler pans, grids, and roasting racks are not shipped with our cooking products. However, you can purchase these separately and there are two options, Large and XL. For your convenience, we have posted the links to both of these models below. https://www.geapplianceparts.com/store/parts/spec/WB48X10057 https://www.geapplianceparts.com/store/parts/spec/WB48X10056 We hope this helps and we appreciate having you in our wonderful GEA family. I don’t know how to cook in the oven….  I have to turn a burner on to light the oven when I set to preheat - is that normal?  Also once it is preheated I will set the cook time then press start. As the oven is cooking it turns itself off at random times.

Asked by: Ew811
Hello - Thanks for reaching out to us! We are so sorry to hear about the issues you are experiencing with this range and know you must be frustrated. The oven should not turn off on its own. Due to the complexity of the appliance and its components, a qualified GE Appliances service technician will need to diagnose and repair this. You can schedule an appointment by phone at 1-800-432-2737 or online at http://www.geappliances.com/ge/service-and-support/service.htm.. We hope this helps! - Trey@GEA

Is there a way to have the oven door turn on automatically when the door opens and is it possible to show the preheat temp instead of “preh”?

Asked by: Jon53120
Hello - Thanks for reaching out to us, these are great questions! This model is designed so that the oven light can only be turned on or off using the "oven light" pad on the control panel. The opening of the oven door will not trigger the oven light to come on. In addition, there is not a way for the display to show the oven temperature during preheat. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. - Trey@GEA
