As part of our digital approval processes, Aaron’s will check credit history and creditworthiness and rely upon customer reports and information obtained from third-parties in considering your application. How do I make my payments?
Your first payment for an online order must be made using a debit or credit card. Can I pay out my lease early?
Yes. You can purchase the product at any time. If your ownership plan is longer than 6 months, you can take advantage of Aaron’s same as cash option. For those new agreements with a payment option longer than 6 months, if you payout your merchandise within the applicable same as cash period, you will pay the cash price, plus tax and applicable fees (if any). The same as cash period varies by location but is generally 120 days. For California residents the same as cash option is 90 days for all rental purchase agreements.
In addition, after the same as cash option expires, you can purchase the merchandise for more than the cash price but less than the total of remaining lease payments, as described in your lease agreement. This early purchase option amount varies by state and is explained in the lease agreement.

What is Aaron's return policy?
Once your item has been delivered, you can contact your local store to schedule a time for return or pick-up as stated in your agreement. However, you will not receive a refund. On the 12/9 burner, the 9 inch burner is not working, only the large 12 inch one. What's the problem?

Without more information, we are unable to determine the exact cause, but we can offer troubleshooting tips. We recommend you try disconnecting the oven from its power source or turn its breaker off for 2-3 minutes to reset the controls. I was interested in upgrading my current Slate finish single oven range to this one. However, it is discontinued. I am looking for a knob style adjustment for range top and double oven unit in Slate. Is there a comparable model in a very similar $ range?

what GE electric ranges have a probe?

Thanks for the question. I apologize for the delayed response and am very glad to assist.
Very few of our electric ranges feature a probe in the oven. We do offer the 30" free-standing electric range model PB930SLSS which has a probe.

can I use a pressure cooker for canning on this stove top? I've heard that some glass stove tops have a sensor that will not allow for the highter temperatures of the pressure cooker. It would be for pressure canning.
Hello lastpearl - Thank you for the excellent question.
Canning is possible on all of your range cooktops. We have the following tips when canning on our appliances.
Do not use large diameter canners or other large diameter pots for frying or boiling foods other than water.
Flat bottomed canners must be used.
When canning, use recipes and procedures from reputable sources. These are available from canning jar manufacturers and county extension offices.
Remember that canning is a process that generates large amounts of steam and heat. Use extreme caution.

Why can’t I turn on just one oven light? It doesn’t make sense to have both ovens lit when you’re only using one.

Can a pot filler be used over this stove?

pushing all buttons as directed can not change oven temputers

I've never used a convection oven and I 've never heard anything good about them. How do they really work? Is there an option to not use the convection in the lower oven? Can it be just a regular oven?

I am happy to help. Bake can be pressed should you not want to use the convection bake or roast feature. Your unit offers True European convection with Precise Air:
Along with the upper and lower elements, it has a fan to circulate air in the oven cavity and a heating element around the fan.
The fan in these systems can change directions (air always blows from the back of the cavity). The reversing fan provides additional performance benefits (evenness or speed depending on the cooking mode).
The fan may operate continuously or cycle on and off depending on the oven model and/or mode. 10-second on/off cycling of the fan is considered normal.
The fan only spins in one direction.
Heating element use varies depending on the oven model and/or mode, it may be used as the primary heat source or in combination with other heaters such as the bake and broil heaters. I hope this helps. Thank you for checking with us.
