Does Aaron's check my credit?
As part of our digital approval processes, Aaron’s will check credit history and creditworthiness and rely upon customer reports and information obtained from third-parties in considering your application. We do check credit sources; however, we look at many other data points to make a final decision, and we regularly approve customers that other stores won’t, including customers with less than perfect credit or very little credit history.
How do I make my payments?
Your first payment for an online order must be made using a debit or credit card. Once the first payment is made, your local store will accept cash, checks, money orders, and all major credit cards, or you can continue to pay online. If you are interested in online payments, please go to myaccount.aarons.com and click on “Register.”
Can I pay out my lease early?
Yes. You can purchase the product at any time. If your ownership plan is longer than 6 months, you can take advantage of Aaron’s same as cash option. For those new agreements with a payment option longer than 6 months, if you payout your merchandise within the applicable same as cash period, you will pay the cash price, plus tax and applicable fees (if any). The same as cash period varies by location but is generally 120 days. For California residents the same as cash option is 90 days for all rental purchase agreements.
In addition, after the same as cash option expires, you can purchase the merchandise for more than the cash price but less than the total of remaining lease payments, as described in your lease agreement. This early purchase option amount varies by state and is explained in the lease agreement.
What is Aaron's return policy?
Once your item has been delivered, you can contact your local store to schedule a time for return or pick-up as stated in your agreement. However, you will not receive a refund. But don’t forget about our lifetime reinstatement benefit; you can restart your lease anytime you like on the same or comparable value merchandise (excludes lawn equipment). See a store associate for complete details.

I bought this stove a year ago and I can't figure out or if it is possible to lift up the stove top to clean inside. I know with other stoves you can.

Asked by: Carm87
Hello - Thanks for reaching out to us. This is a great question! This model does have a lift up cooktop surface. To lower the cooktop, push the rods back and gently lower the cooktop until it rests in place. We hope this helps! - Trey@GEA

I read that the burner begins at full strength and to lower the flame you must turn clockwise. I would expect it to be the opposite.

Asked by: Loosy
Hello! Thank you for reaching out to us. We're so happy to provide some assistance with this and we hope you are doing well lately. This is a great question. The control knobs for this range start from Lo at the top and then you would turn counter-clockwise toward the bottom for Hi heat. We hope this helps. Stay safe out there. Jonathon@GEA

One reviewer said that each burner is different strength. I normally use the front right burner. Is that one full strength?

Asked by: Loosy
Hi! We hope you are doing well and staying safe. Thank you for reaching out to us, we are so happy to help out. This is an amazing question and we are happy to help out. The front right burner would be 13,000 BTU which is the hottest burner on the unit. Thank you. Stay safe and take care. Jonathon@GEA

Can this stove be lit without power to ignite the stove top burners? We lose power several times a year and we need to manually light the burners.

Asked by: napachuck
Hi napachuck, Thank you for reaching out and showing interest in GE Appliances! In the event of a power failure, the oven is inoperable and no attempt should be made to operate it. However, the surface burners may be lit with a match. Using extreme caution, hold a lit match near the ports beneath the surface burner cap, then slowly turn the knob to the LITE position. Once lit, surface burners will continue to operate manually. We hope this helps! Dom@GEA

the burner grates are very slick. will they eventually not be that way.

Asked by: Maryasan
Hi Maryasan, Thanks for reaching out! It's possible that, with use, the grates will become slightly less slippery over time. However, when stirring or re-arranging food, you will still have to hold onto the handle of the pan/pot in questions to make sure that it does not move while hot. We hope that this helps and that you're staying safe. -Michael@GEA
