Does Aaron's check my credit?
As part of our digital approval processes, Aaron’s will check credit history and creditworthiness and rely upon customer reports and information obtained from third-parties in considering your application. We do check credit sources; however, we look at many other data points to make a final decision, and we regularly approve customers that other stores won’t, including customers with less than perfect credit or very little credit history.
How do I make my payments?
Your first payment for an online order must be made using a debit or credit card. Once the first payment is made, your local store will accept cash, checks, money orders, and all major credit cards, or you can continue to pay online. If you are interested in online payments, please go to myaccount.aarons.com and click on “Register.”
Can I pay out my lease early?
Yes. You can purchase the product at any time. If your ownership plan is longer than 6 months, you can take advantage of Aaron’s same as cash option. For those new agreements with a payment option longer than 6 months, if you payout your merchandise within the applicable same as cash period, you will pay the cash price, plus tax and applicable fees (if any). The same as cash period varies by location but is generally 120 days. For California residents the same as cash option is 90 days for all rental purchase agreements.
In addition, after the same as cash option expires, you can purchase the merchandise for more than the cash price but less than the total of remaining lease payments, as described in your lease agreement. This early purchase option amount varies by state and is explained in the lease agreement.
What is Aaron's return policy?
Once your item has been delivered, you can contact your local store to schedule a time for return or pick-up as stated in your agreement. However, you will not receive a refund. But don’t forget about our lifetime reinstatement benefit; you can restart your lease anytime you like on the same or comparable value merchandise (excludes lawn equipment). See a store associate for complete details.

What kind of plug in is needed for this model?

Asked by: Phoenix_69
Hi, Thank you for reaching out an your interest in GE Appliances. We do not package the power cord with electric and dual fuel free-standing and slide-in ranges. Power Cords for ranges are available through local dealers or can be purchased as an accessory from GE Appliance Parts at 1-800-626-2002. We hope this helps! Dom@GEA

How hot do the burners get?

Asked by: Steak cooker
Hello Steak cooker - Thanks for reaching out to us, this is a great question! Since 2018, UL regulation requires all coil top ranges to have temperature limiting capabilities to reduce the risk of cooktop oil and grease fires. When the sensor on the burner detects a pan temperature near the limit (450 degrees F) the burner will shut off automatically until a lower, safe pan temperature is reached. At that point, heat will resume to the burner. The exact temperature of the coil heating element itself is based on the setting you select from the control dial, as well as external factors such as the pan being used. We hope this helps! - Trey@GEA

Is it there another option for the electric coils configuration? I want a large coil in the left front and a small coil in the right front.

Asked by: cbph
Hi cbph, Thank you for your question! This is the only electric coil configuration that we offer at this time. I do apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused. Steven@GEA

GE® 30" Free-Standing Electric Range Model #: JBS160DMWW - We bought this stove couple of weeks ago. "sensi-temp technology" is really frustrating us, taking longer time for dishes like rice, pasta etc. Is there any way to stop this please?

Asked by: Naga1234
I just called customer service about this. I want to cry every time I fry fries or make pasta. (I rarely fry, so I do not own a separate fryer). To me, the supposedly beneficial technology affects taste - fries are very grease-soaked and pasta is hard to get right. So . . . . I was told that there is no way to deactivate sensi-temp and that GE sells no "non-sensi temp" coils for this model. I asked about purchasing universal coils, and while she made no guarantees, she said that would likely work. I plan to get one or two "non-sensi temp" coils from a local store to try out. I am also about to write a warning review about how frustrating that feature can be.

What is the default temperature of the oven when purchased?

Asked by: konkreteman
Hi konkreteman - In the factory, the OVEN TEMP knob is set to OFF. In the OFF position, the oven thermostat is off and therefore, there is no default temperature. When the OVEN TEMP knob is turned to a temperature setting, the "targeted" temperature is close to the selected temperature with a variance range of +/- 10 degrees. Keep in touch!

We bought a new stove, but it took 25 min to reach 350. I put in a thermostat inside the oven. It read 325, but the dial was at 350. Turned the dial to 375 and after 10 min, it was at 350 inside. Is the timing correct?

Asked by: Hossman4
No, mine heats up faster than 25 minutes. You need service or replacement. That is not good for a new range.
