Does Aaron's check my credit?
As part of our digital approval processes, Aaron’s will check credit history and creditworthiness and rely upon customer reports and information obtained from third-parties in considering your application. We do check credit sources; however, we look at many other data points to make a final decision, and we regularly approve customers that other stores won’t, including customers with less than perfect credit or very little credit history.
How do I make my payments?
Your first payment for an online order must be made using a debit or credit card. Once the first payment is made, your local store will accept cash, checks, money orders, and all major credit cards, or you can continue to pay online. If you are interested in online payments, please go to myaccount.aarons.com and click on “Register.”
Can I pay out my lease early?
Yes. You can purchase the product at any time. If your ownership plan is longer than 6 months, you can take advantage of Aaron’s same as cash option. For those new agreements with a payment option longer than 6 months, if you payout your merchandise within the applicable same as cash period, you will pay the cash price, plus tax and applicable fees (if any). The same as cash period varies by location but is generally 120 days. For California residents the same as cash option is 90 days for all rental purchase agreements.
In addition, after the same as cash option expires, you can purchase the merchandise for more than the cash price but less than the total of remaining lease payments, as described in your lease agreement. This early purchase option amount varies by state and is explained in the lease agreement.
What is Aaron's return policy?
Once your item has been delivered, you can contact your local store to schedule a time for return or pick-up as stated in your agreement. However, you will not receive a refund. But don’t forget about our lifetime reinstatement benefit; you can restart your lease anytime you like on the same or comparable value merchandise (excludes lawn equipment). See a store associate for complete details.

I am a FCS agent and I am getting calls about people using a pressure canner and they think the burners circulate their heat like many of the flat surface burners. Do these burners do that? I saw the information regarding the 450 degrees.

Asked by: FCS Agent
Hi there FCS Agent, Thanks so much for reaching out. We're happy to answer your question. The burner will cycle on and off while cooking. The frequency of that depends on how high or low they have the burner set to. Lower, the unit will cycle on less often, higher, more often. We also recommend reading this article about canning as well. https://products.geappliances.com/appliance/gea-support-search-content?contentId=16672 If you have any other questions, please feel free to reach out to us via social media or through our Contact Us page. We hope this helps. Best wishes. Mike@GEA

How do I get the Clock to stay on the stove when not in use?

Asked by: Connie L T
Hi Connie L T, We appreciate you reaching out and asking this question. We are more than happy to help. We are sorry about our late response. We suggest resetting the electronics of the oven by unplugging the power cord and plugging it back in after 30 seconds. You can also shut the power off at the breaker if that is easier for you. Once the oven is powered back on we suggest setting up the clock again. For detailed instructions on how to set up the clock you can refer to page 12 of the Use and Care manual. Here is a link to a digital version for your convenience. https://products.geappliances.com/MarketingObjectRetrieval/Dispatcher?RequestType=PDF&Name=49-88075-3.PDF We hope this helps! Jonathon@GEA

What is the best cleaning products to use on the stove top? We have a black GE electric range and when I use soap to clean and then rinse, there is still residue. And the range is so nice, I'd like it to continue to look nice. Thanks.

Our receptacle will be flush with the wall.  What is the maximum distance above finished floor to the top of the plug so that the plug will not prevent the range from installing all the way to the wall.

does the stove come with the plug in cord?

Asked by: usmcfhdsgehf
Hi usmcfhdsgehf, Thank you for your question. We're happy to help. We do not package the power cord with electric free-standing ranges. It is not possible to determine the type of facilities each consumer has available or what the local electrical codes require (ex. 3-wire vs 4-wire) Some local electrical codes require a direct electrical connection (no power cord). Other local codes may permit the use of power cords. Please consult your local electrical code to be sure. Power Cords for ranges are available through local dealers or can be purchased as an accessory from GE Appliance Parts at 1-800-626-2002. To ensure the performance and safety of the range, we do not recommend reusing an existing power cord. Hope this helps! - Jess@GEA
