Does Aaron's check my credit?
As part of our digital approval processes, Aaron’s will check credit history and creditworthiness and rely upon customer reports and information obtained from third-parties in considering your application. We do check credit sources; however, we look at many other data points to make a final decision, and we regularly approve customers that other stores won’t, including customers with less than perfect credit or very little credit history.
How do I make my payments?
Your first payment for an online order must be made using a debit or credit card. Once the first payment is made, your local store will accept cash, checks, money orders, and all major credit cards, or you can continue to pay online. If you are interested in online payments, please go to myaccount.aarons.com and click on “Register.”
Can I pay out my lease early?
Yes. You can purchase the product at any time. If your ownership plan is longer than 6 months, you can take advantage of Aaron’s same as cash option. For those new agreements with a payment option longer than 6 months, if you payout your merchandise within the applicable same as cash period, you will pay the cash price, plus tax and applicable fees (if any). The same as cash period varies by location but is generally 120 days. For California residents the same as cash option is 90 days for all rental purchase agreements.
In addition, after the same as cash option expires, you can purchase the merchandise for more than the cash price but less than the total of remaining lease payments, as described in your lease agreement. This early purchase option amount varies by state and is explained in the lease agreement.
What is Aaron's return policy?
Once your item has been delivered, you can contact your local store to schedule a time for return or pick-up as stated in your agreement. However, you will not receive a refund. But don’t forget about our lifetime reinstatement benefit; you can restart your lease anytime you like on the same or comparable value merchandise (excludes lawn equipment). See a store associate for complete details.

We need to turn off the fridge for an extended time while we are away.  For the ice maker: aside from closing the water supply and turning off the power switch, is there anything else to do? Any reservoir to empty?

Asked by: JossRincon
Hello! Thank you for choosing GE Appliances for your home. We are happy to help. As long as you ensure all ice is removed from the icemaker, along with closing off the water supply and turning off the power switch, you will be totally fine. You do not have to do anything with the reservoir. Thank you for checking with us. We hope this helps. - Adrian@GEA

What is the depth of the shelves inside the refrigerator. Thank you

Asked by: cee59
Hi cee59 - It's so awesome to hear from you and thank you for this awesome question. This is definitely something we are happy to clear up. The depth of the shelves would be 18" allowing plenty of space for fresh food storage. This is an amazing model and we think you would absolutely love it. We hope this helps you out with a decision. I'm looking for 2 specs that aren't listed in the manual or on the inside plate with the model info:   1. The startup amperage (or the LRA value if anyone happens to know) 2. Is the connection for the ice maker 1/4"?

Asked by: RinconFridge
Hello RinconFridge - Thanks for reaching out to us, and we apologize for our delayed response. These are great questions! On appliances with compressors (ex. refrigerators, freezers, air conditioners, dehumidifiers), there is a brief surge of power when the compressor cycles on. This is called the "surge" or "start-up" amps, and is about 2x to 3x the running amps. For this model the start-up amps would be approximately 37.5 Amps. The icemaker comes factory installed in this refrigerator, and the water supply connects to a 1/4 inch outer diameter tubing. We hope this helps! - Trey@GEA

With the hinged side of the door against a wall, how much space is needed between the hinged side of the refrigerator and the wall to be able to completely extend the bottom drawers in the refrigerator?

Asked by: CharlieJr
Hello, CharlieJR We hope all is well with you. Thanks for checking in with us. We are more than happy to help out. In order for the bottom drawer to extend all the way out you would need to make sure to have enough space for the door to open 90 degrees. This would make the overall width of the unit 33-1/2". We recommend checking out page 20 of the Installation Instructions to get a nice visual and all the measurements together. Here is a link to the digital version for your convenience: https://products.geappliances.com/MarketingObjectRetrieval/Dispatcher?RequestType=PDF&Name=49-60805-2.PDF Let us know if you have further questions!
