Does Aaron's check my credit?
As part of our digital approval processes, Aaron’s will check credit history and creditworthiness and rely upon customer reports and information obtained from third-parties in considering your application. We do check credit sources; however, we look at many other data points to make a final decision, and we regularly approve customers that other stores won’t, including customers with less than perfect credit or very little credit history.
How do I make my payments?
Your first payment for an online order must be made using a debit or credit card. Once the first payment is made, your local store will accept cash, checks, money orders, and all major credit cards, or you can continue to pay online. If you are interested in online payments, please go to myaccount.aarons.com and click on “Register.”
Can I pay out my lease early?
Yes. You can purchase the product at any time. If your ownership plan is longer than 6 months, you can take advantage of Aaron’s same as cash option. For those new agreements with a payment option longer than 6 months, if you payout your merchandise within the applicable same as cash period, you will pay the cash price, plus tax and applicable fees (if any). The same as cash period varies by location but is generally 120 days. For California residents the same as cash option is 90 days for all rental purchase agreements.
In addition, after the same as cash option expires, you can purchase the merchandise for more than the cash price but less than the total of remaining lease payments, as described in your lease agreement. This early purchase option amount varies by state and is explained in the lease agreement.
What is Aaron's return policy?
Once your item has been delivered, you can contact your local store to schedule a time for return or pick-up as stated in your agreement. However, you will not receive a refund. But don’t forget about our lifetime reinstatement benefit; you can restart your lease anytime you like on the same or comparable value merchandise. Lawn equipment, seasonal items, and special order merchandise are excluded from the lifetime reinstatement benefit. See a store associate for complete details.

I am not able to do bulky loads.  When it comes to spin mode it says it's BALANCING and never finishes BALANCING.  I have tried to just do DRIAN AND SPIN CYCLE but again it says that is BALANCING, and then it drops more water so it soaks clothes again.  W

Hi there, Thank you for choosing GE Appliances for your home. We are happy to help. We are sorry to hear that you're experiencing this with your washer, we understand how frustrating this may be. We recommend to redistribute load in washer and run through Drain & Spin cycle. If load is wet at the end of the cycle, even out load and run a Drain & Spin cycle. If problems persist, we recommend scheduling a service appointment with a qualified technician. You can schedule a service appointment with a GE Appliances technician by calling 1-800-432-2737 or schedule online at the link below. http://www.geappliances.com/ge/service-and-support/service.htm We appreciate you checking with us, we hope this helps! -Garrett@GEA

We have been fighting the model with the agitator since purchased. We have learned not to mix types of items and don't under load but it is always "Balancing" when attempting to spin. The agitator twists sheets into an hard heavy knot. Upgrade kit?????

What is the height in the front of the machine? Overall height (height at the back of the machine with panel) is not as important as reachability into the machine.

Asked by: KiliW
Hello - Thanks for reaching out to us, this is a great question! The height at the front of the unit is 38-1/2". We hope this helps! - Trey@GEA

When the towel setting is used the tube hits against the sides as if the load is not evenly distributed and it doesn't drain.  this only happens on the spin cycle.

How do I clean any sediment that is left in washer? Is there a try or something? I can smell a bad odor, not mold, I do not know how to fix it. I tried sanitizing with oxy setting with the appliance cleaner. Thanks.

Asked by: STNich
Hello! Thank you for choosing GE Appliances for your home. We are so sorry to hear that you are experiencing this odor with your washer. We are more than happy to provide guidance. To clean and get rid of odors inside of the washer, we recommend using Tide Washing Machine Cleaner and follow the directions on the package. You may also try the following: - Set the washer to fill with hot water and select the longest wash cycle. - Add a 3/4 cup of a water softening additive which can usually be found in the laundry detergent aisle in most stores (baking soda or vinegar can be substituted). - Allow the washer to complete an entire wash and rinse cycle. If an odor lingers, repeat the entire process. Again, we are so sorry that you are experiencing this odor with your washer, we understand the inconvenience this causes. Thank you for connecting with us, and we hope this information helps! Please feel free to reach out to us with any additional questions you may have. - Adrian@GEA

Does model GTW725BSNWS have a sister washer, that comes with an impeller, rather than an agitator?
