Does Aaron's check my credit?
As part of our digital approval processes, Aaron’s will check credit history and creditworthiness and rely upon customer reports and information obtained from third-parties in considering your application. We do check credit sources; however, we look at many other data points to make a final decision, and we regularly approve customers that other stores won’t, including customers with less than perfect credit or very little credit history.
How do I make my payments?
Your first payment for an online order must be made using a debit or credit card. Once the first payment is made, your local store will accept cash, checks, money orders, and all major credit cards, or you can continue to pay online. If you are interested in online payments, please go to myaccount.aarons.com and click on “Register.”
Can I pay out my lease early?
Yes. You can purchase the product at any time. If your ownership plan is longer than 6 months, you can take advantage of Aaron’s same as cash option. For those new agreements with a payment option longer than 6 months, if you payout your merchandise within the applicable same as cash period, you will pay the cash price, plus tax and applicable fees (if any). The same as cash period varies by location but is generally 120 days. For California residents the same as cash option is 90 days for all rental purchase agreements.
In addition, after the same as cash option expires, you can purchase the merchandise for more than the cash price but less than the total of remaining lease payments, as described in your lease agreement. This early purchase option amount varies by state and is explained in the lease agreement.
What is Aaron's return policy?
Once your item has been delivered, you can contact your local store to schedule a time for return or pick-up as stated in your agreement. However, you will not receive a refund. But don’t forget about our lifetime reinstatement benefit; you can restart your lease anytime you like on the same or comparable value merchandise (excludes lawn equipment). See a store associate for complete details.

Does dryer ever stop during extended tumble cycle except at the end?

Asked by: Lerathome
Greetings! We appreciate you for reaching out to us with your question. We are more than happy to provide guidance. If you are using the cycle signal knob and you select the Extended Tumble option, a signal will sound at the end of the drying time and several times during the Extended Tumble cycle. This will remind you that it is time to remove the clothes. The dryer will not stop during the Extended Tumble cycle until it is done. Thank you for checking with us. We hope this helps! - Adrian@GEA

Just had my dryer installed today. Such a relief to open the door and have the clothes actually be dry. So far it is working well. Was this model supposed to come with the tumble free drying rack for sneakers? I'm afraid the installers forgot to leave it.

What does it mean when sensing light is on and dryer won't run?

Asked by: jack 43
Hi jack 43, thanks for checking with us! Sensor dryers take the weight and moisture of the clothes into account to help each load dry properly. Sometimes the dryer will pause to sense the amount of water in a load and determine how long to dry the clothes. If the dryer pauses for more than 2 minutes, then it is having trouble sensing. This may occur on dryers which are tilted to the rear. This tilt causes the clothes load to move to the back of the dryer drum away from the sensor rods. The dryer should be leveled front to back to correct this problem. We also recommend disconnecting the dryer form the power source for a few minutes to reset the controls. We hope this helps! -Megan@GEA
