Does Aaron's check my credit?
As part of our digital approval processes, Aaron’s will check credit history and creditworthiness and rely upon customer reports and information obtained from third-parties in considering your application. We do check credit sources; however, we look at many other data points to make a final decision, and we regularly approve customers that other stores won’t, including customers with less than perfect credit or very little credit history.
How do I make my payments?
Your first payment for an online order must be made using a debit or credit card. Once the first payment is made, your local store will accept cash, checks, money orders, and all major credit cards, or you can continue to pay online. If you are interested in online payments, please go to myaccount.aarons.com and click on “Register.”
Can I pay out my lease early?
Yes. You can purchase the product at any time. If your ownership plan is longer than 6 months, you can take advantage of Aaron’s same as cash option. For those new agreements with a payment option longer than 6 months, if you payout your merchandise within the applicable same as cash period, you will pay the cash price, plus tax and applicable fees (if any). The same as cash period varies by location but is generally 120 days. For California residents the same as cash option is 90 days for all rental purchase agreements.
In addition, after the same as cash option expires, you can purchase the merchandise for more than the cash price but less than the total of remaining lease payments, as described in your lease agreement. This early purchase option amount varies by state and is explained in the lease agreement.
What is Aaron's return policy?
Once your item has been delivered, you can contact your local store to schedule a time for return or pick-up as stated in your agreement. However, you will not receive a refund. But don’t forget about our lifetime reinstatement benefit; you can restart your lease anytime you like on the same or comparable value merchandise. Lawn equipment, seasonal items, and special order merchandise are excluded from the lifetime reinstatement benefit. See a store associate for complete details.

Hi I am trying to use the steam clean feature and am able to initiate it (ie. it says upper and is counting down from 30-Time Clean) but my oven doesn't lock as stated and it isn't really getting any "steam".

Asked by: jgbrew
Hello - Thanks for reaching out to us! We are sorry to hear that your Steam Clean feature is not functioning properly, and know you must be quite disappointed. Please disconnect power to the unit for two to three minutes. This will reset the electronic components and hopefully restore normal functioning. Should the Steam Clean feature continue to not create any steam, a qualified GE Appliances service technician will need to diagnose and repair this. You can schedule an appointment by phone at 1-800-432-2737 or online at http://www.geappliances.com/ge/service-and-support/service.htm. We hope this helps! - Trey@GEA

What is the minimum temperature the bottom oven can be set at? I’m looking for something I can set to 135 degrees.

Asked by: JohnnyQui
Hello! We are so grateful that you're considering GE Appliances for your next range! We love that this model has a warming mode that lets you serve dishes at the right time and temperature. We are always happy to help. When you are setting the oven temperature on any of our ovens, there is a minimum and maximum temperature range for bake and broil. All of our ranges and wall ovens have a Bake and/or Convection Bake/Roast temperature range of 170-550 degrees F. The Warming Mode temperature range is 175-180 degrees F. Hi broil is 550 degrees F and Low broil is 450 degrees F. On our ranges with a warming or baking drawer, the drawer temp can go as low as 140 degrees F, however, this model does not have a warming or baking drawer. So, the lowest temperature you can set for this model would be 170 degrees F. You can find this information here: products.geappliances.com/appliance/gea-support-search-content?contentId=18501 We apologize for the inconvenience and know this must be disappointing. Please reach out to us with any further questions, and again, thank you for considering GE Appliances for your home! Have a great week-Sydney@GEA

What is the internet plug in at the upper back of the stove for? This stove doesn't claim to be Wi-Fi enabled.

Asked by: Judy3276
Hello. Thank you for taking the time out to contact us. Congrats on the new stove! That plug is actually so our technicians can run diagnostic test when servicing the range. It also allows them to read error codes that show up on the range. There is more information about error codes on page 24 of the use and care manual provided here: https://products.geappliances.com/MarketingObjectRetrieval/Dispatcher?RequestType=PDF&Name=49-2000903-1.pdf, It also has some tips in removing the codes. Please feel free to reach out to us if you have any other questions or concerns. Have a wonderful day! Will@GEA

Does steam cleaning work as effeciently as self cleaning?

Asked by: Nik2
Hello - Thanks for reaching out to us, this is a great question! Many ranges and wall ovens offer a Steam Clean option (also called Light Self Clean) for easily cleaning the oven. Racks can be left in the oven when using the Steam Clean feature. The steam will loosen soil on the racks as well as the oven interior, which then can be wiped off with a soapy dishcloth. This feature is quicker, cooler and faster than the Self-Clean feature. Features of Steam Clean: 30 min “steam light clean ” cycle Uses 1 cup of water Effective on light soils Best results on door and window The Steam Clean cycle will not use temperatures that are as high as a Self Clean cycle, meaning that it will not be as effective on heavy soils. We hope this helps! - Trey@GEA

how do you get the convention fan to come on?

Asked by: MickyT
Hello - Thanks for reaching out to us, this is a great question! The convection fan can only be used in the lower oven on this model. In order to utilize this feature you will need to press either the "Conv Bake" or "Conv Roast" buttons on the right hand side of the control panel. After pressing either of these buttons you can then program your desired oven temperature and cooking time. The convection fan will typically operate during all convection cooking modes and (along with the heating elements) will shut off when the door is opened and turn back on when door is closed. During cooking modes it will run to a specified on/off cycle, dependent upon the cooking mode being selected. It is normal for the fan to cycle on and off frequently during the convection cooking cycle. Algorithms decide when elements and fans should run to create the optimal heat distribution within the oven cavity. We hope this helps! - Trey@GEA

Hello there! We are happy to hear from you and we hope all is well. We're always happy to help out and we apologize for the trouble with setting the clock. We know sometimes it can be tricky. All you have to do is hold down the Cook Time button for 3 seconds. This will switch the display to set the clock, and you can use the number pads to input the time, then press start to save the selection. We hope this makes it easier for you. When I have the temperature of the upper oven set around 200-250 degrees, can I set food containers directly on the bottom of the oven. I am looking for a way to expand the capacity of the oven just keep foods hot.

Asked by: 32Jack
Hello - Thanks for reaching out to us, and we apologize for our delayed response. This is a great question! Food containers cannot be set on the bottom of the oven at any time. Whenever the oven is in use, food must be placed on one of the oven racks for safety reasons. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. - Trey@GEA
