Does Aaron's check my credit?
As part of our digital approval processes, Aaron’s will check credit history and creditworthiness and rely upon customer reports and information obtained from third-parties in considering your application. We do check credit sources; however, we look at many other data points to make a final decision, and we regularly approve customers that other stores won’t, including customers with less than perfect credit or very little credit history.
How do I make my payments?
Your first payment for an online order must be made using a debit or credit card. Once the first payment is made, your local store will accept cash, checks, money orders, and all major credit cards, or you can continue to pay online. If you are interested in online payments, please go to myaccount.aarons.com and click on “Register.”
Can I pay out my lease early?
Yes. You can purchase the product at any time. If your ownership plan is longer than 6 months, you can take advantage of Aaron’s same as cash option. For those new agreements with a payment option longer than 6 months, if you payout your merchandise within the applicable same as cash period, you will pay the cash price, plus tax and applicable fees (if any). The same as cash period varies by location but is generally 120 days. For California residents the same as cash option is 90 days for all rental purchase agreements.
In addition, after the same as cash option expires, you can purchase the merchandise for more than the cash price but less than the total of remaining lease payments, as described in your lease agreement. This early purchase option amount varies by state and is explained in the lease agreement.
What is Aaron's return policy?
Once your item has been delivered, you can contact your local store to schedule a time for return or pick-up as stated in your agreement. However, you will not receive a refund. But don’t forget about our lifetime reinstatement benefit; you can restart your lease anytime you like on the same or comparable value merchandise (excludes lawn equipment). See a store associate for complete details.

Often in the delicate cycle this washer misses the rinse cycle and only goes to spin cycle intend. Any idea why?

Asked by: Janevision
Hello - Thanks for reaching out to us, this is a great question! The delicates wash cycle sequence is: fill, gentle agitation, drain, slow spin, fill, gentle agitation to rinse, drain, and gentle spin. If your unit is sometimes showing "rinse" during a delicates cycle and sometimes skipping "rinse", this would require service by a qualified technician. You can schedule an appointment with a GE Appliance technician by calling 1-800-432-2737 or schedule online at http://www.geappliances.com/ge/service-and-support/service.htm. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. - Trey@GEA

Can you please confirm how many gallons of water are used to complete a load for each specified water level?  I realize “Precise Fill” varies, so that cannot be confirmed.  Thank you in advance.

Asked by: ShepsSRT
Hello, Thank you for connecting with us, this is a great question! The washer will adapt within the cycle and from load to load, so the actual water use will vary. The minimum and maximum water used for manual settings is between 12 and 22 gallons. We hope this helps! Have a great day. -Garrett@GEA

Will the washer function properly if I keep the lid open while dissolving my soap before I close it to wash? I like to put my clothes in after the water is in… Model #GUD27ESSMWW

Asked by: ArianneB
Hello - Thanks for reaching out to us. This is a great question! If you select "Precise Fill" as your load size we do not recommend starting the cycle before all clothes have been added to the tub, as this option senses the load size to determine the right amount of water needed. If you are using any of the other load sizes you can start filling the tub without any clothes inside and keep the lid up as the washer fills. We hope this helps! - Trey@GEA

Are you sure the dryer knob must be turned clockwise? The washer knob can go either direction, according to the manual. There are no instructions regarding the dryer knob.

Asked by: MarJul
Hello - Thanks for reaching out to us, this is a great question! The dryer timer knob will turn in both directions (clockwise and counter-clockwise) when setting the dry time. We apologize for any inconvenience and hope this helps! - Trey@GEA

Does the dryer on model GUD27ESSMWW have an end of cycle signal? I had a brand new unit installed today. The owners manual says it should chime at the end of the cycle, but it does not.
