Does Aaron's check my credit?
As part of our digital approval processes, Aaron’s will check credit history and creditworthiness and rely upon customer reports and information obtained from third-parties in considering your application. We do check credit sources; however, we look at many other data points to make a final decision, and we regularly approve customers that other stores won’t, including customers with less than perfect credit or very little credit history.
How do I make my payments?
Your first payment for an online order must be made using a debit or credit card. Once the first payment is made, your local store will accept cash, checks, money orders, and all major credit cards, or you can continue to pay online. If you are interested in online payments, please go to myaccount.aarons.com and click on “Register.”
Can I pay out my lease early?
Yes. You can purchase the product at any time. If your ownership plan is longer than 6 months, you can take advantage of Aaron’s same as cash option. For those new agreements with a payment option longer than 6 months, if you payout your merchandise within the applicable same as cash period, you will pay the cash price, plus tax and applicable fees (if any). The same as cash period varies by location but is generally 120 days. For California residents the same as cash option is 90 days for all rental purchase agreements.
In addition, after the same as cash option expires, you can purchase the merchandise for more than the cash price but less than the total of remaining lease payments, as described in your lease agreement. This early purchase option amount varies by state and is explained in the lease agreement.
What is Aaron's return policy?
Once your item has been delivered, you can contact your local store to schedule a time for return or pick-up as stated in your agreement. However, you will not receive a refund. But don’t forget about our lifetime reinstatement benefit; you can restart your lease anytime you like on the same or comparable value merchandise. Lawn equipment, seasonal items, and special order merchandise are excluded from the lifetime reinstatement benefit. See a store associate for complete details.

hello my Softner is not dispensing

Asked by: leash15
Hi there, Thank you for reaching out to us, we are happy to help! We are sorry to hear that your softener is not dispensing, we understand how this can be inconvenient. A possible cause of this can be that the Wash water is too cold or detergent packet type/quantity is incorrect. We recommend the use of High Efficiency laundry packs such as Tide PODS™ or Gain Flings™. When using delicates cycle, place detergent pack in the bottom of the basket as this will help break down the pack with the gentler agitation. Select a warmer wash temperature. if possible, to improve dissolving of detergent packets. Additionally, Liquid fabric softener/conditioner should be added to the small drawer in the rear of the washer opening. Follow the liquid fabric softener/conditioner manufacturer’s recommendations for the correct amount of softener/conditioner, based on the load size. You can find more on Liquid Fabric Softener/Conditioner Dispenser on the top of page 16 in the user's manual. We have posted the link below for you convenience. https://products.geappliances.com/MarketingObjectRetrieval/Dispatcher?RequestType=PDF&Name=49-3000187-2.pdf We hope this helps, have a great day! -Garrett@GEA

I bought this washer in February and it has worked perfectly until today. I have tried to change the knob to the correct load and hit start but it will not change loads or come on. What can I do

Asked by: Acarson25
Hi there! Thank you for choosing GE Appliances for your home. We are so sorry that you are experiencing this with your washer, and we understand the inconvenience this causes. We are happy to help. We recommend resetting your washer by disconnecting power from the unit for 2-3 minutes and reconnecting. This should revert your washer back to normal operating function. If the reset does not change the status of your unit, this will require service by a qualified technician. You can schedule an appointment with a GE Appliances technician by calling 1-800-432-2737 or schedule online at the link below. Since your appliance is under a year old, you are still under warranty and this service trip will be free of charge if needed. http://www.geappliances.com/ge/service-and-support/service.htm We appreciate you checking with us, and we hope this helps! - Adrian@GEA

How do you use the deep fill? When I touch it, nothing happens.

Asked by: AMFR
Hello - Thanks for reaching out to us, this is a great question! Select the Deep Fill feature for loads where extra water is desired. The Deep Fill feature is recommended for special case loads only, not for typical use. Press and release the Deep Fill button once before starting the cycle to add 3 addition gallons of water to the wash load. Holding the Deep Fill button for 3 seconds will provide the deepest fill level possible; this will increase cycle time due to the additional time it takes to fill the washer. To cancel the option if desired, press the Deep Fill button again. We hope this helps! - Trey@GEA

What is the highest amount of water used per load? We are on a well and have limited about of water.

Asked by: Me1500dodge
Hello there! We appreciate you connecting with us. This is a great question, and we are happy to help. The Normal wash (9 gallons of water) and Rinse (7.5 gallons of water) use a total of 16.5 gallons of water. If you were to use the Prewash cycle along with the Normal + Rinse cycle, that would add an additional 9 gallons of water making a total of 25.5 gallons used (highest amount of water used per load). Thank you for checking with us, and we hope this information helps. Please feel free to reach out to us with any additional questions you may have. - Adrian@GEA

Is there any way to disable the power automatically turning on when you open the lid? It's hard to remember to turn it off if you're just putting in something to wash at a later time.

Asked by: msiesener
Hi! We are so grateful to have you as part of our GE Appliances family. We know it can be frustrating when your washer is turning on when you aren't ready for it to run a cycle, but we are always happy to provide guidance. There is not a way to disable the power automatically turning on when opening the lid. We recommend leaving the lid open until you're ready to run a cycle. The unit will not start with lid open except when the "Bulky" cycle is selected. You can also press the power button on the display to put the washer into idle mode. To take advantage of the "Delay Wash" feature, to delay the start of your wash cycle, press the Delay Wash button repeatedly to set the delay time from 1 (01H) to 9 (09H) hours and back to clear (00H) hours. If you press and hold the Delay Wash button for 3 seconds, it will immediately reset. We hope this helps, and we apologize for the inconvenience. Please reach out to us if you have further questions. Have a great week-Sydney@GEA
