Delivery:  
When you lease with Aaron's, delivery and set up are free! Please contact your local store for store-specific delivery guidelines designed to keep you and our team members safe. Set-up does not include connection of gas or water, or installation of AC units or video doorbells.
Service & Repair:  
If you have a service problem, Aaron’s will dispatch a repair technician at no additional charge. Plus, a natural disaster waiver is included too, in order to protect you in the event of fires or floods. When you pay out your lease, we even provide you an additional 60-day limited extended warranty (N/A in NC or WA). Some restrictions apply.

Does Aaron's check my credit?
As part of our digital approval processes, Aaron’s will check credit history and creditworthiness and rely upon customer reports and information obtained from third-parties in considering your application. We do check credit sources; however, we look at many other data points to make a final decision, and we regularly approve customers that other stores won’t, including customers with less than perfect credit or very little credit history.
How do I make my payments?
Your first payment for an online order must be made using a debit or credit card. Once the first payment is made, your local store will accept cash, checks, money orders, and all major credit cards, or you can continue to pay online. If you are interested in online payments, please go to myaccount.aarons.com and click on “Register.”
Can I pay out my lease early?
Yes. You can purchase the product at any time. If your ownership plan is longer than 6 months, you can take advantage of Aaron’s same as cash option. For those new agreements with a payment option longer than 6 months, if you payout your merchandise within the applicable same as cash period, you will pay the cash price, plus tax and applicable fees (if any). The same as cash period varies by location but is generally 120 days. For California residents the same as cash option is 90 days for all rental purchase agreements.
In addition, after the same as cash option expires, you can purchase the merchandise for more than the cash price but less than the total of remaining lease payments, as described in your lease agreement. This early purchase option amount varies by state and is explained in the lease agreement.
What is Aaron's return policy?
Once your item has been delivered, you can contact your local store to schedule a time for return or pick-up as stated in your agreement. However, you will not receive a refund. But don’t forget about our lifetime reinstatement benefit; you can restart your lease anytime you like on the same or comparable value merchandise (excludes lawn equipment). The Dominique bedroom will surround you with traditional elegance and graceful styling. You'll instantly recognize the exceptional attention to detail and pride of workmanship throughout this bedroom set. All pieces are crafted in poplar solids and birch veneers with a rich espresso finish. The multi-step finishing process ensures a look that last throughout the life of your furniture. All cases are mitered, doweled and corner blocked to provide lasting durability and hidden drawer storage at the top of the chest and dresser add value and function. The smart design of the high nine drawer dresser provides ample storage and functional space utilization, while the felt-lined top drawers on the chest and dresser protect your delicate garments. The bed includes rolled top moldings and curved side panels that create a charming focal point in your bedroom. This masterful presentation is completed with custom satin nickel round hardware.

Woodhaven bedding only uses premium soft touch foam to provide enhanced comfort and a supersoft feel. The Queen Luxury Tight Top Mattress is constructed from 240-gram stretch knit fabric that is both luxurious and durable. The bonded insulator pads are made of shredded fabric that is heat bonded and pressed for strength while the double edge supports firm up the sides of your mattress so it retains its shape. The double edge supports also increase the sleep surface by allowing you to lay closer to the edge without rolling off the mattress. The queen mattress features 416 coils, 13-gauge wire coils, and tempered steel innersprings that provide durability without sacrificing on comfort. The mattress protector protects against bed bugs and dust mites and the high performance fibers create a 100% waterproof barrier that repels moisture and is resistant to stains. The mattress protector is machine washable and provides a clean and hygienic sleeping environment for all ages.
