Does Aaron's check my credit?
As part of our digital approval processes, Aaron’s will check credit history and creditworthiness and rely upon customer reports and information obtained from third-parties in considering your application. We do check credit sources; however, we look at many other data points to make a final decision, and we regularly approve customers that other stores won’t, including customers with less than perfect credit or very little credit history.
How do I make my payments?
Your first payment for an online order must be made using a debit or credit card. Once the first payment is made, your local store will accept cash, checks, money orders, and all major credit cards, or you can continue to pay online. If you are interested in online payments, please go to myaccount.aarons.com and click on “Register.”
Can I pay out my lease early?
Yes. You can purchase the product at any time. If your ownership plan is longer than 6 months, you can take advantage of Aaron’s same as cash option. For those new agreements with a payment option longer than 6 months, if you payout your merchandise within the applicable same as cash period, you will pay the cash price, plus tax and applicable fees (if any). The same as cash period varies by location but is generally 120 days. For California residents the same as cash option is 90 days for all rental purchase agreements.
In addition, after the same as cash option expires, you can purchase the merchandise for more than the cash price but less than the total of remaining lease payments, as described in your lease agreement. This early purchase option amount varies by state and is explained in the lease agreement.
What is Aaron's return policy?
Once your item has been delivered, you can contact your local store to schedule a time for return or pick-up as stated in your agreement. However, you will not receive a refund. But don’t forget about our lifetime reinstatement benefit; you can restart your lease anytime you like on the same or comparable value merchandise. Lawn equipment, seasonal items, and special order merchandise are excluded from the lifetime reinstatement benefit. See a store associate for complete details.

What’s the maximum temperature of this oven?  there appears to be only 450°, not?

Asked by: Bennyc
Hello! Thank you so much for reaching out! This is a really great question. All of our ranges and wall ovens have a minimum and maximum temperature for the bake and broil options. Bake ranging from 170-550 F. Broil ranging from HI at 550 F and LO 450 F. This specific model has the temperature settings around the knob. In the link below you are able to view the Owner's Manual with more information and diagrams. I still do not understand how do you set the oven temperature to350 or 400 you count the clicks? Your previous answer was a referral for parts but the question remains unanswered

Asked by: Ben and
Hi!, Thank you for reaching choosing GE Appliances. We're sorry to hear that your question had not been answered fully. The temperatures for the oven are on the side of the oven knob. To adjust the the oven temperature, turn the knob and the temperature will be higher than what was previously set. We hope this helps! Dom@GEA

Before using the 'surface burners' , shall I remove the round black circular item (which is on top of each burner)?

Asked by: L11J
Hi there, This is a great question and we appreciate you taking the time to check with us. We are happy to provide some information about this for you! You do not need to remove these pieces. These are actually the burner caps, which act as mini hot plates to redistribute some of the heat to the center, so you get even heating when using cookware. These are an essential part of the burner. Thank you for being part of our wonderful GEA family and if you have any additional questions, please do not hesitate to reach out to us again. Take care! I’d like to replace the oven handle with a more “professional” looking handle, something similar to what GE offers with the Cafe line of ranges. What’s the distance between the holes on the oven door that the handle is mounted to? Does GE make a handle?

Asked by: Scottrallen
Hello - Thanks for reaching out to us, and we apologize for our delayed response. This is a great question! This is the same handle we have for all of our GE and GE Profile models. Handles are not interchangeable between brands (i.e. GE and Café), nor can you use a custom handle on the range instead. There is safety and performance testing of the range with the handle it comes with, and no other handle is approved to be used. Because of this, the distance between the handle screw holes is not a measurement we publish. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. - Trey@GEA

I do not see where the oven temperature is indicated. There is no gradient on the knob in the picture, and I do not see where the actual temperature is displayed. How do you know?

Asked by: SKamins
Hi SKamins, Thank you so much for checking in and asking such a great question. We are always happy to help. This beautiful oven shows the temperature ranges on the actual control knobs. We recommend taking a look at the picture where the picture is slightly angled. Here is the part page for the knob where you can see the indications on around the knob: https://www.geapplianceparts.com/store/parts/spec/WB03X30971 We hope this helps. Thank you for your interest. How can the oven fit flush against the back wall (slide in) when the installation specifications show a 4" gap required? Does the gas feed line have to be recessed into the wall? The range will not be useful if I can't fit it flush.

Asked by: HopefullyImWrong
Hi there! We appreciate you taking the time out of your day to contact us. This is an excellent question that we're happy to help with. As long as your electrical/gas hookups are anywhere within that shaded gray area in the Quick Specs: https://products.geappliances.com/MarketingObjectRetrieval/Dispatcher?RequestType=PDF&Name=JGAS640RMSS_C2_18.pdf - you will be able to properly slide your range back and install it flush in the rear. The 4" represents the available recessed space on the back of the range. We hope this helps ease your mind! This is a beautiful range and we'd love to love you in the GEA family. - Guy@GEA
