Does Aaron's check my credit?
As part of our digital approval processes, Aaron’s will check credit history and creditworthiness and rely upon customer reports and information obtained from third-parties in considering your application. We do check credit sources; however, we look at many other data points to make a final decision, and we regularly approve customers that other stores won’t, including customers with less than perfect credit or very little credit history.
How do I make my payments?
Your first payment for an online order must be made using a debit or credit card. Once the first payment is made, your local store will accept cash, checks, money orders, and all major credit cards, or you can continue to pay online. If you are interested in online payments, please go to myaccount.aarons.com and click on “Register.”
Can I pay out my lease early?
Yes. You can purchase the product at any time. If your ownership plan is longer than 6 months, you can take advantage of Aaron’s same as cash option. For those new agreements with a payment option longer than 6 months, if you payout your merchandise within the applicable same as cash period, you will pay the cash price, plus tax and applicable fees (if any). The same as cash period varies by location but is generally 120 days. For California residents the same as cash option is 90 days for all rental purchase agreements.
In addition, after the same as cash option expires, you can purchase the merchandise for more than the cash price but less than the total of remaining lease payments, as described in your lease agreement. This early purchase option amount varies by state and is explained in the lease agreement.
What is Aaron's return policy?
Once your item has been delivered, you can contact your local store to schedule a time for return or pick-up as stated in your agreement. However, you will not receive a refund. But don’t forget about our lifetime reinstatement benefit; you can restart your lease anytime you like on the same or comparable value merchandise (excludes lawn equipment). See a store associate for complete details.

I do not see where the oven temperature is indicated. There is no gradient on the knob in the picture, and I do not see where the actual temperature is displayed. How do you know?

Asked by: SKamins
Hi SKamins, Thank you so much for checking in and asking such a great question. We are always happy to help. This beautiful oven shows the temperature ranges on the actual control knobs. We recommend taking a look at the picture where the picture is slightly angled. Here is the part page for the knob where you can see the indications on around the knob: https://www.geapplianceparts.com/store/parts/spec/WB03X30971 We hope this helps. Thank you for your interest. How can the oven fit flush against the back wall (slide in) when the installation specifications show a 4" gap required? Does the gas feed line have to be recessed into the wall? The range will not be useful if I can't fit it flush.

Asked by: HopefullyImWrong
Hi there! We appreciate you taking the time out of your day to contact us. This is an excellent question that we're happy to help with. As long as your electrical/gas hookups are anywhere within that shaded gray area in the Quick Specs: https://products.geappliances.com/MarketingObjectRetrieval/Dispatcher?RequestType=PDF&Name=JGAS640RMSS_C2_18.pdf - you will be able to properly slide your range back and install it flush in the rear. The 4" represents the available recessed space on the back of the range. We hope this helps ease your mind! This is a beautiful range and we'd love to love you in the GEA family. - Guy@GEA

My building just replaced my 12 yr old stove that had a 10,000 BTU burner with this GE model that has a 15,000 BTU burner. The burner on my old stove seemed to burner more intense. Can the burner on my new GE be abjusted to burn stronger?

Asked by: rickyo256
Hello rickyo256, Thanks for reaching out. We're happy to answer your question. The right front burner is the only burner that has the 15,000 BTU's. We recommend reading page 7 of the owner's manual regarding proper burner use. https://products.geappliances.com/MarketingObjectRetrieval/Dispatcher?RequestType=PDF&Name=49-85251-1.pdf We hope this helps.

Two nights in a row we’re hearing a loud fan or what sounds like water running while baking. GE help number said it will do that the first time used. Then will stop. Ours has not stopped since it’s been 2 nights in a row. Is this safe?????? Very nervous.

Asked by: MLL1960
Hi MLL1960, thanks for reaching out to us. I'm happy to help. It's normal to hear the sound of a fan running during and after the oven is on. The oven cooling fan for the electronic controls is controlled by a thermostat. The cooling fan may run throughout the entire bake cycle and continue even when the oven is off. This is considered normal operation. Dallas@GEA

We just received our 24" gas range yesterday and like the product thus far. While going into the kitchen at night yesterday, we noticed that the oven cycle light glows dimly even while the oven is in the off position. Is this light operating as designed?

Asked by: bob850
We just bought one too. Our light does not glow but during baking, we hear a fan or a sound like water is running for about a minute. It’s happened two nights in a row. Only hear it twice during an hour and it last for about 49 seconds or so. Does your do that?

What is the side clearance on this range/oven? I have a space that’s exactly 24” between a wall and a counter. Will this fit? Currently the space is occupied by a 20” oven that has an unsightly few inches on each side.

Asked by: Jasonaaa
Hello Jason, thank you for your question! This range is designed to be installed in a 24" space, and thus no extra space will be necessary. For more information regarding the dimensions of this range, we recommend you check out the quick specs, linked here: https://products.geappliances.com/MarketingObjectRetrieval/Dispatcher?RequestType=PDF&Name=JGAS640RMSS_C2_18.pdf If you have any further questions, please feel free to reach out to us at: https://www.geappliances.com/ge/service-and-support/contact.htm Hope this helps!

Hello, does the electric glow bar only turn on when using the broiler feature or during regular baking as well?

Asked by: baw325
Hi baw325, Thank you for reaching out to us. We'd be happy to help! Based on our research we're finding that the glo-bar stays on during bake and broil as long as the flame is burning. When the oven reaches temperature the flame and glo-bar cycle off. (The glo bar is de-energized which causes the safety valve to close thus shutting off the supply of gas to the burner causing the flame to extinguish). We hope that this helps! Thanks so much for your question.
