Does Aaron's check my credit?
As part of our digital approval processes, Aaron’s will check credit history and creditworthiness and rely upon customer reports and information obtained from third-parties in considering your application. We do check credit sources; however, we look at many other data points to make a final decision, and we regularly approve customers that other stores won’t, including customers with less than perfect credit or very little credit history.
How do I make my payments?
Your first payment for an online order must be made using a debit or credit card. Once the first payment is made, your local store will accept cash, checks, money orders, and all major credit cards, or you can continue to pay online. If you are interested in online payments, please go to myaccount.aarons.com and click on “Register.”
Can I pay out my lease early?
Yes. You can purchase the product at any time. If your ownership plan is longer than 6 months, you can take advantage of Aaron’s same as cash option. For those new agreements with a payment option longer than 6 months, if you payout your merchandise within the applicable same as cash period, you will pay the cash price, plus tax and applicable fees (if any). The same as cash period varies by location but is generally 120 days. For California residents the same as cash option is 90 days for all rental purchase agreements.
In addition, after the same as cash option expires, you can purchase the merchandise for more than the cash price but less than the total of remaining lease payments, as described in your lease agreement. This early purchase option amount varies by state and is explained in the lease agreement.
What is Aaron's return policy?
Once your item has been delivered, you can contact your local store to schedule a time for return or pick-up as stated in your agreement. However, you will not receive a refund. But don’t forget about our lifetime reinstatement benefit; you can restart your lease anytime you like on the same or comparable value merchandise (excludes lawn equipment). I have a brand new washer . Everything seems to be fine except the fabric softener does not dispense .   Do I need a service call already or is there something I can do here ?  Thanks

If not, it may not dispense properly. If you are already selecting Deep Rinse and the softener does not dispense from the fabric softener compartment with the door completely closed, we recommend taking advantage of your warranty by scheduling a service appointment with one of our technicians. Just had my dryer installed today. Such a relief to open the door and have the clothes actually be dry. So far it is working well. Was this model supposed to come with the tumble free drying rack for sneakers? I'm afraid the installers forgot to leave it.

Bulky items do not wring water out completely. I use the bulky setting but they still come out dripping wet.

There could be several reasons those clothes are still coming out really wet. We recommend making sure you are selecting a spin cycle along with the Bulky option. how much water does this unit use per load?

Can I add water to a small load?

I've noticed that after a wash cycle, water will continue to drip in the tub. My washer is about 2 years old.

Need Help Says it comes with factory setups...no matter what I put it on, it will only use hot water and hot rinse. I've put it on Cold Wash and in reading the MY CYCLE settings set it up with Cold and never touched the Warm Rinse no light on NOT HAPPY

We recommend turning off the water source and remove the water connection hoses from the upper back of the washer and the water faucets. Clean both the hose screens, and the screens in the machine using a brush or a toothpick. Reconnect the hoses and turn the water back on. Check to ensure there are no leaks at the connection.
