Does Aaron's check my credit?
As part of our digital approval processes, Aaron’s will check credit history and creditworthiness and rely upon customer reports and information obtained from third-parties in considering your application. We do check credit sources; however, we look at many other data points to make a final decision, and we regularly approve customers that other stores won’t, including customers with less than perfect credit or very little credit history.
How do I make my payments?
Your first payment for an online order must be made using a debit or credit card. Once the first payment is made, your local store will accept cash, checks, money orders, and all major credit cards, or you can continue to pay online. If you are interested in online payments, please go to myaccount.aarons.com and click on “Register.”
Can I pay out my lease early?
Yes. You can purchase the product at any time. If your ownership plan is longer than 6 months, you can take advantage of Aaron’s same as cash option. For those new agreements with a payment option longer than 6 months, if you payout your merchandise within the applicable same as cash period, you will pay the cash price, plus tax and applicable fees (if any). The same as cash period varies by location but is generally 120 days. For California residents the same as cash option is 90 days for all rental purchase agreements.
In addition, after the same as cash option expires, you can purchase the merchandise for more than the cash price but less than the total of remaining lease payments, as described in your lease agreement. This early purchase option amount varies by state and is explained in the lease agreement.
What is Aaron's return policy?
Once your item has been delivered, you can contact your local store to schedule a time for return or pick-up as stated in your agreement. However, you will not receive a refund. But don’t forget about our lifetime reinstatement benefit; you can restart your lease anytime you like on the same or comparable value merchandise (excludes lawn equipment). See a store associate for complete details.

Will the new sensi-coil burners work okay with hot water canning which requires heating a large pot of water filled with quart size fruit jars to boiling? So many people have complained about these new burners. Are they just using the wrong pots/pans?

Asked by: Martson
Absolutely! I saw the same complaints. Yes you need flat bottom pans but other than that the sensi-coil even heating has never been better. My older stove was still in operation when i replaced it and i am so glad it did. Cooking is fun again. There was also a complain about a problem cleaning it. I purchased a black one. If it is greasy, i have found no problem cleaning it with a reg. cleaner. It may require a dry last wipe to remove all prints etc. but only take me a minute. .

How do I change the baking temperature from 350 to 400 without cutting oven off and starting over

Asked by: lolita63
Hi lolita63- To change the oven temperature while baking or broiling, you do not need to turn the oven off first. While the oven is in use, press Bake or Broil (as appropriate). Change the temperature using +/- pads. Press Start. If you are raising the temperature, the unit will go into Preheat to reach the new temperature. During Preheat, the upper and lower heating elements are on high to speed preheating. You may need to remove your food until the oven reaches the new temperature. Keep in touch!

I have electric stove grease got on 2 of the burners how do i clean it

Asked by: Pacey
Hi Pacey- Heating elements do not generally require manual cleaning: soil burns off during normal usage. Any excessive grease or oil should be wiped from the surface unit after it has cool, and prior to using it again. To clean the coil surface burners on an electric range, set the unit on HIGH. Allow the soil to burn off for approximately one minute. Turn the unit OFF. Tips: Let the unit cool completely before handling. Avoid spilling any cleaning materials on the coils. Should this occur, wipe off any cleaning products with a damp paper towel before heating the unit. Do not clean plug-in surface units in the self-cleaning oven or the dishwasher. Do not immerse any electric coil surface unit in water. We hope this is helpful. Thanks for reaching out to us!

What is the recommended way of getting rid of the burnt plastic smell when the oven is on. I just attempted to burn in the oven at 550 for about an hour, but was wondering if GE had any further recommendations.

Asked by: Todd2222
Hi Todd2222- Thanks for your purchase! The small amount of smoke/odor that is emitted from a new range on its initial use is normal. This is usually caused by the tape used in the oven for shipping purposes. We suggest to use the Self-Clean option. For complete details see page 20 of the Owner's Manual at the following link: http://products.geappliances.com/MarketingObjectRetrieval/Dispatcher?RequestType=PDF&Name=49-88057-1.pdf Thanks for checking with us!
