Does Aaron's check my credit?
As part of our digital approval processes, Aaron’s will check credit history and creditworthiness and rely upon customer reports and information obtained from third-parties in considering your application. We do check credit sources; however, we look at many other data points to make a final decision, and we regularly approve customers that other stores won’t, including customers with less than perfect credit or very little credit history.
How do I make my payments?
Your first payment for an online order must be made using a debit or credit card. Once the first payment is made, your local store will accept cash, checks, money orders, and all major credit cards, or you can continue to pay online. If you are interested in online payments, please go to myaccount.aarons.com and click on “Register.”
Can I pay out my lease early?
Yes. You can purchase the product at any time. If your ownership plan is longer than 6 months, you can take advantage of Aaron’s same as cash option. For those new agreements with a payment option longer than 6 months, if you payout your merchandise within the applicable same as cash period, you will pay the cash price, plus tax and applicable fees (if any). The same as cash period varies by location but is generally 120 days. For California residents the same as cash option is 90 days for all rental purchase agreements.
In addition, after the same as cash option expires, you can purchase the merchandise for more than the cash price but less than the total of remaining lease payments, as described in your lease agreement. This early purchase option amount varies by state and is explained in the lease agreement.
What is Aaron's return policy?
Once your item has been delivered, you can contact your local store to schedule a time for return or pick-up as stated in your agreement. However, you will not receive a refund. But don’t forget about our lifetime reinstatement benefit; you can restart your lease anytime you like on the same or comparable value merchandise (excludes lawn equipment). See a store associate for complete details.

What type of electric power plug do I need for this?

Asked by: L in da
Hi there L in da, This is a gorgeous slide in range and we appreciate you taking the time to reach out to us about this! The type of cord you need depends on when your home was built. If you live in a home that was built prior to 1996, the outlet for your kitchen range may still require a 3 prong cord. However, if your home was built after 1996 then you will need a 4 prong outlet cord. Here are the links to each of the 3 prong and 4 prong cord we recommend. After you find out which cord you need, you are able to order directly from this link and have it shipped to your door! https://www.geapplianceparts.com/store/parts/spec/WX09X10036 (4 prong) https://www.geapplianceparts.com/store/parts/spec/WX09X10011 (3 prong) If you have any additional questions with this model or need any assistance determining which cord to buy, we are always here to help! Thank you again and have a great day! Drew@GEA

Hi, are there any options for replacing some parts with stainless ones? Our over-range microwave stopped working and we replaced it with a black/stainless steel one. So due to this, we'd like to change the range a little to match the microwave. Thank you!

Hi, Can I replace the outer oven door with the one from the stainless steel type? If so, what exactly I need to order? Thank you!

Asked by: rozaan
Thank you for the quick response! Since you don't recommend swapping the door, are there any options to replace some parts with stainless ones? Our over-range microwave stopped working and we replaced it with one that is black with stainless steel. So due to this, we'd like to change the range a little to match the microwave. Thanks!

Does over turn off when timer goes off or does it have to turn off manually

Asked by: Pugmom2
There appears to be some confusion here. In looking at the oven manual it states, "Cook Time: Counts down cooking time and turns off the oven when the cooking time is complete. Press the Cook Time pad, use the + - pads to program a cooking time in hours and minutes, then press Start. This can only be used with Bake and Convection Bake (where available)." Perhaps the responder was referring to the "Timer" only function which will not turn the oven off.
