Does Aaron's check my credit?
As part of our digital approval processes, Aaron’s will check credit history and creditworthiness and rely upon customer reports and information obtained from third-parties in considering your application. We do check credit sources; however, we look at many other data points to make a final decision, and we regularly approve customers that other stores won’t, including customers with less than perfect credit or very little credit history.
How do I make my payments?
Your first payment for an online order must be made using a debit or credit card. Once the first payment is made, your local store will accept cash, checks, money orders, and all major credit cards, or you can continue to pay online. If you are interested in online payments, please go to myaccount.aarons.com and click on “Register.”
Can I pay out my lease early?
Yes. You can purchase the product at any time. If your ownership plan is longer than 6 months, you can take advantage of Aaron’s same as cash option. For those new agreements with a payment option longer than 6 months, if you payout your merchandise within the applicable same as cash period, you will pay the cash price, plus tax and applicable fees (if any). The same as cash period varies by location but is generally 120 days. For California residents the same as cash option is 90 days for all rental purchase agreements.
In addition, after the same as cash option expires, you can purchase the merchandise for more than the cash price but less than the total of remaining lease payments, as described in your lease agreement. This early purchase option amount varies by state and is explained in the lease agreement.
What is Aaron's return policy?
Once your item has been delivered, you can contact your local store to schedule a time for return or pick-up as stated in your agreement. However, you will not receive a refund. But don’t forget about our lifetime reinstatement benefit; you can restart your lease anytime you like on the same or comparable value merchandise (excludes lawn equipment). See a store associate for complete details.

What is the distance of the stove from the back wall? Our stove sits  3-4 inches away from the wall. The installer delivery person said that was as close to the wall as he could get. Is this correct?

Asked by: Joc123
Hello Joc123 - Thanks for reaching out to us, and we apologize for our delayed response. Please see the diagram on page 1 of the Quick Specs: https://products.geappliances.com/MarketingObjectRetrieval/Dispatcher?RequestType=PDF&Name=JBS86SPSS_20.pdf. Steam clean? Is plumbing required or can you fill a tank as needed?

Asked by: wwMo
Hi wwMo, Thank you for connecting with us, this is a great range with so many awesome features! When using the steam clean feature for this oven, no plumbing is needed. To use the steam clean feature you simply wipe off the grease and soil from the inside of the oven as best as you can. Then, you will pour one cup of water inside the oven cavity and press the "Steam Clean" feature on the touch pad. We will post the Use and Care manual to this range below so you are able to check out some of the other great features if you wish! https://products.geappliances.com/MarketingObjectRetrieval/Dispatcher?RequestType=PDF&Name=49-80764-5.PDF We appreciate you taking the time to ask this question! I have cafe dual oven with the grill on tip and it now has brown stains and it is very upsetting to me. Can I fix this, can this top be replaced with another or with something else?

Asked by: JT220
Hi, JT220 Thank you so much for getting in touch with us. We are so sorry to hear about the grill stains. We are more than happy to help. I have a Presto pressure canner, it's made for use on glass cook tops, is it safe to use on my duel oven range?

Asked by: LindainNAugusta
Hi LindainNAugusta, thank you for your question. I'm happy to help. It's recommended to follow the canner manufacturer's recommendations and approved uses for that specific canner. Additionally, please observe the following points in canning: - Do not use large diameter canners or other large diameter pots for frying or boiling foods other than water. - Flat bottomed canners must be used. - When canning, use recipes and procedures from reputable sources. These are available from canning jar manufacturers and county extension offices. - Remember that canning is a process that generates large amounts of steam and heat. Use extreme caution. Dallas@GEA

My outlet is on the floor. How much clearance is there under the bottom of the range from the floor.

Asked by: Davdes66
Hi Davdes66, Thank you for reaching out to us and for your interest in GE Appliances. We apologize for our delay responding and are happy to help. The clearance under the bottom of the range on the floor is 1/4" to 1/2". All four legs on your range are adjustable. To make an adjustment in any of the legs, remove the storage drawer and look just inside the frame. Using a wrench or pliers, turn the legs clockwise to raise the leg, counter-clockwise to lower it. We hope this helps! Dom@GEA

Is there a double oven electric range that is not convection?

Asked by: cott
Hi cott, Thank you for your question and thank you for your interest in our double oven electric ranges. All of our double oven electric ranges have the convection option. They also have the traditional bake and broil settings if you would prefer to use the traditional bake and broil. This model has only the traditional bake and broil cooking modes in the upper oven. The lower oven has the convection bake and roast option as well as the traditional bake and broil modes. We hope this information is helpful. Jess@GEA

Setting the clock!! Are you kidding me? The instructions DO NOT work on this oven...it says hit 9 and 0 together and it should give you the opportunity to change the time. Nothing happens! Please make more user friendly. This is silly!!

How can I lower the oven temperature from 350 to 300 during baking?

Asked by: Panlittle
Hi Panlittle! Thank you for choosing GE Appliances for your home. We're happy to help! You can change the temperature after the oven is already in use by simply pressing the Bake pad, selecting the new temperature, and pressing Start. If you were already baking in the oven at 350 degrees and you now need to set the temperature to 300 degrees, you may want to wait a few minutes after making the adjustment before putting the food in to allow the oven to adapt to the new temperature. We hope this helps. Enjoy your new rang! - Liz@GEA

Is there really only ONE timer on this double oven stove?!?

Asked by: BDiggity
