Does Aaron's check my credit?
As part of our digital approval processes, Aaron’s will check credit history and creditworthiness and rely upon customer reports and information obtained from third-parties in considering your application. We do check credit sources; however, we look at many other data points to make a final decision, and we regularly approve customers that other stores won’t, including customers with less than perfect credit or very little credit history.
How do I make my payments?
Your first payment for an online order must be made using a debit or credit card. Once the first payment is made, your local store will accept cash, checks, money orders, and all major credit cards, or you can continue to pay online. If you are interested in online payments, please go to myaccount.aarons.com and click on “Register.”
Can I pay out my lease early?
Yes. You can purchase the product at any time. If your ownership plan is longer than 6 months, you can take advantage of Aaron’s same as cash option. For those new agreements with a payment option longer than 6 months, if you payout your merchandise within the applicable same as cash period, you will pay the cash price, plus tax and applicable fees (if any). The same as cash period varies by location but is generally 120 days. For California residents the same as cash option is 90 days for all rental purchase agreements.
In addition, after the same as cash option expires, you can purchase the merchandise for more than the cash price but less than the total of remaining lease payments, as described in your lease agreement. This early purchase option amount varies by state and is explained in the lease agreement.
What is Aaron's return policy?
Once your item has been delivered, you can contact your local store to schedule a time for return or pick-up as stated in your agreement. However, you will not receive a refund. But don’t forget about our lifetime reinstatement benefit; you can restart your lease anytime you like on the same or comparable value merchandise. Asked by: Joe2797

How much water is used in a bulky load with 2 rinses?

Asked by: Jimby1025
Hello, Jimby1025 We appreciate you reaching out and asking this question. We've got you covered. This washer has an average water usage of 14.95 gallons. This high efficiency washer doesn't require as much water to perform a great deep clean and rinse. The bulky cycle would fill the water level to the max and the usage wouldn't be much higher than the average, we'd say somewhere around 16 gallons for that cycle. We hope this helps! Stay safe. Thank you again for your interest. Jonathon@GEA

We recently purchased this unit and with 2 babies we do at least one load a day but the clothes keep coming out still dirty with spit up and the like & the washer doesn't seem to ever fill with water? I usually use the normal or heavy cycle.

Asked by: Munoz17
Hi Munoz17, thanks for reaching out to us. I'm sorry for the delay and that you're experiencing this. This unit washes with Adaptive Fill technology that fills the washer using sensors based on how much laundry is in the basket. I recommend ensuring the right amount of detergent is being used according to the manufacturer's directions, as well as pretreating any stains. Additionally, the Presoak option may be useful for tough stains or heavy soils. I hope this helps. Dallas@GEA

Two problems.Sometimes my washer shuts off a couple of minutes after the first two sprays of water and after the four clicks and will not fill. Then a couple of times it would go through the wash cycle and then shut off leaving my washer full of water.

Asked by: KJWebb
Hi KJWebb, Thank you for reaching out! We're sorry to hear about the issue you're experiencing with your washer not functioning properly. If the washer stops after filling, check the house circuit breaker/fuse as well as the outlet and plug. Washers should be plugged into their own separate outlet. If it is not a power supply issue, check the following in this helpful troubleshooting article here: https://products.geappliances.com/appliance/gea-support-search-content?contentId=17398 Occasionally, the timer may be advanced to the pump out portion and the washer will try to spin with a full or partial tub of water. In this case the washer will try to spin, recognize there is water still in the basket and stop and pump out, try to spin again, stop and pump out, etc. This will continue until all of the water is out. It will then complete the spin cycle (if there is any time left). If the troubleshooting does not help or the issue persists, I recommend scheduling a service appointment with an authorized GE Appliance technician who can accurately diagnose and repair your appliance. You can schedule an appointment by calling 1-800-432-2737, Mon-Fri 7 am – 10 pm ET, Sat-Sun 8 am – 6 pm ET or schedule online anytime at: http://www.geappliances.com/ge/service-and-support/service.htms We hope this helps!

Asked by: CF12
Hi CF12, We appreciate you hopping in and asking us this awesome question. We are so happy to help out and we would like to apologize about our delayed response. The difference between using the whites setting and colors settings for the washer is the water temperature and agitator cycle. I have this unit unitized stackable washer dryer. I understand it has water saving feature. But I’ve had items come out of a cycle and part of item is bone dry.  Is there a way to manually set water levels? Items not being fully submerged in water!

Asked by: Fawx12
Hello Fawx12 - We appreciate you being part of the GE Appliances family and will be happy to help with your laundry center. Model GUD24ESSMWW does not offer the ability to manually set the water level. It uses adaptive fill to sense the size of the load and add water accordingly. The unit does offer a Deep Rinse option that can add more water to the rinse portion of the cycle. If you are noticing the clothes are not coming out clean, we recommend adding less clothes to your loads.
