Does Aaron's check my credit?
As part of our digital approval processes, Aaron’s will check credit history and creditworthiness and rely upon customer reports and information obtained from third-parties in considering your application. We do check credit sources; however, we look at many other data points to make a final decision, and we regularly approve customers that other stores won’t, including customers with less than perfect credit or very little credit history.
How do I make my payments?
Your first payment for an online order must be made using a debit or credit card. Once the first payment is made, your local store will accept cash, checks, money orders, and all major credit cards, or you can continue to pay online. If you are interested in online payments, please go to myaccount.aarons.com and click on “Register.”
Can I pay out my lease early?
Yes. You can purchase the product at any time. If your ownership plan is longer than 6 months, you can take advantage of Aaron’s same as cash option. For those new agreements with a payment option longer than 6 months, if you payout your merchandise within the applicable same as cash period, you will pay the cash price, plus tax and applicable fees (if any). The same as cash period varies by location but is generally 120 days. For California residents the same as cash option is 90 days for all rental purchase agreements.
In addition, after the same as cash option expires, you can purchase the merchandise for more than the cash price but less than the total of remaining lease payments, as described in your lease agreement. This early purchase option amount varies by state and is explained in the lease agreement.
What is Aaron's return policy?
Once your item has been delivered, you can contact your local store to schedule a time for return or pick-up as stated in your agreement. However, you will not receive a refund. But don’t forget about our lifetime reinstatement benefit; you can restart your lease anytime you like on the same or comparable value merchandise (excludes lawn equipment). See a store associate for complete details.

Hello, do I need to buy the fabric softener dispenser separately?    I only see a cover cap

Asked by: Carla5576
Hello there, Thank you for your interest in GEA, we appreciate you reaching out to us and look forward to providing guidance! This model washer does not come with a fabric softener dispenser. However, fabric softener can be used with models without a liquid fabric softener dispenser if the model has a fabric softener rinse option. The option is called Deep Rinse on your model with "Use when adding fabric softener" on the Rinse Option control. You need to manually add diluted fabric softener during the rinse cycle or use a fabric softener ball when using Deep Rinse. We hope this helps, have a great day! -Garrett@GEA

How do I completely remove the bits of rubber shredded from washing rubber-backed rugs? These rubber bits are still lingering in the washer in spite of running quite a few empty cycles (both on cold & hot water).

Asked by: Maailo
Hello - Thanks for reaching out to us! We are so sorry to hear about the mess in this washer and know you must be frustrated. We do not have any additional cleaning tips aside from what you have tried thus far. One option you may want to consider is having our service team out to remove parts from this washer that would allow you better access to clean. You can schedule an appointment with a GE Appliance technician by calling 1-800-432-2737 or schedule online at http://www.geappliances.com/ge/service-and-support/service.htm. We hope this helps! - Trey@GEA

Is there an added clearance dimension requirement for the back of the washer or is the "total depth" dimension include that?

Asked by: GG6657
Hello there! Thank you for reaching out to us. This is a great question, and we are more than happy to help. There is an added clearance dimension requirement for this model, it is not included in the total depth. The minimum clearance between washer and adjacent walls or other surfaces are as follows: 0" either side, 2" front, 3" rear. Vertical space from floor to overhead shelving, cabinets, ceiling, etc. = 60. We appreciate you checking with us. Have a great day! - Adrian@GEA

Does anyone have tips on why my washer is not filling up properly? The water is not going in the drum with the clothes starts; seemingly in between or something because when I drain/spin I see the water coming out as if it was filled. Thanks for your help

Asked by: Chloe10
Hello, Chole10, We appreciate you reaching out to us. Thank you for choosing GE Appliances for your home. We are more than happy to help. On this high-efficiency model it is normal to not see as much water as you might be used to. This is due to the HE performance not needing as much water to effectively clean clothes. Just to be on the safe side of things, we recommend taking a look at page 15 of the Use and Care manual to go over what the fill level should be. Here is a link to a digital version of the manual: https://products.geappliances.com/MarketingObjectRetrieval/Dispatcher?RequestType=PDF&Name=49-3000255.pdf We hope this helps out a little. Let us know if you have any other questions. Jonathon@GEA
