Does Aaron's check my credit?
As part of our digital approval processes, Aaron’s will check credit history and creditworthiness and rely upon customer reports and information obtained from third-parties in considering your application. We do check credit sources; however, we look at many other data points to make a final decision, and we regularly approve customers that other stores won’t, including customers with less than perfect credit or very little credit history.
How do I make my payments?
Your first payment for an online order must be made using a debit or credit card. Once the first payment is made, your local store will accept cash, checks, money orders, and all major credit cards, or you can continue to pay online. If you are interested in online payments, please go to myaccount.aarons.com and click on “Register.”
Can I pay out my lease early?
Yes. You can purchase the product at any time. If your ownership plan is longer than 6 months, you can take advantage of Aaron’s same as cash option. For those new agreements with a payment option longer than 6 months, if you payout your merchandise within the applicable same as cash period, you will pay the cash price, plus tax and applicable fees (if any). The same as cash period varies by location but is generally 120 days. For California residents the same as cash option is 90 days for all rental purchase agreements.
In addition, after the same as cash option expires, you can purchase the merchandise for more than the cash price but less than the total of remaining lease payments, as described in your lease agreement. This early purchase option amount varies by state and is explained in the lease agreement.
What is Aaron's return policy?
Once your item has been delivered, you can contact your local store to schedule a time for return or pick-up as stated in your agreement. However, you will not receive a refund. But don’t forget about our lifetime reinstatement benefit; you can restart your lease anytime you like on the same or comparable value merchandise (excludes lawn equipment). See a store associate for complete details.

I have a brand new washer . Everything seems to be fine except the fabric softener does not dispense .   Do I need a service call already or is there something I can do here ?  Thanks

Asked by: Easyev
Hi Easyev, thanks for checking with us! We're sorry to hear your fabric softener is not dispensing. Are you selecting the Deep Rinse option when adding fabric softener? If not, it may not dispense properly. If you are already selecting Deep Rinse and the softener does not dispense from the fabric softener compartment with the door completely closed, we recommend taking advantage of your warranty by scheduling a service appointment with one of our technicians. If needed, you can schedule an appointment with a GE Appliance technician by calling 1-800-432-2737 or schedule online at http://www.geappliances.com/ge/service-and-support/service.htm We hope this helps! -Megan@GEA

Just had my dryer installed today. Such a relief to open the door and have the clothes actually be dry. So far it is working well. Was this model supposed to come with the tumble free drying rack for sneakers? I'm afraid the installers forgot to leave it.

I've noticed that after a wash cycle, water will continue to drip in the tub. My washer is about 2 years old.

Asked by: kiki43
Hi kiki43, Thank you for reaching out. We're sorry to hear that your washer continues to drip after the wash cycle. If the washer fills or drips water in to the tub even when it is not turned on, the water valve on the back of your washer may have failed. This will require service by a qualified technician. Hi Lori A Thank you for reaching out to us and choosing GE Appliances for your home. We apologize for our delay responding and to hear you are having an issue. We are happy to help. What does it mean when sensing light is on and dryer won't run?

Asked by: jack 43
Hi jack 43, thanks for checking with us! Sensor dryers take the weight and moisture of the clothes into account to help each load dry properly. Sometimes the dryer will pause to sense the amount of water in a load and determine how long to dry the clothes. If the dryer pauses for more than 2 minutes, then it is having trouble sensing. This may occur on dryers which are tilted to the rear. This tilt causes the clothes load to move to the back of the dryer drum away from the sensor rods. The dryer should be leveled front to back to correct this problem. We also recommend disconnecting the dryer form the power source for a few minutes to reset the controls. We hope this helps! -Megan@GEA

What is the difference between auto dry and sensor dry?

Asked by: Lilibet
Hi Lilibet! Thanks for your question. The automatic thermostat control (ATC) system, which is used during auto dry, continuously senses the temperature of the air in the dryer drum and determines the amount of time necessary to dry a load of clothes. Sensor cycles will automatically determine fabric dryness and determine the dry time by that. We hope this helps! Emily@GEA

Does this machine allow one to pause the fill up and change the water temperature so that I can get a temperature that is somewhere between two settings? Does this machine allow one to change the temperature mid-way for both the wash and rinse fill ups?

Asked by: suzie m
Hello Suzie m - Thank you for your question; we are glad to assist! The wash water temperature can be changed on this model while it is filling. This model does have a Warm Rinse option, and it is only a singular temperature; adjusting temperature in rinse is limited to turning the Warm Rinse option on / off. Machine not even year old. Select "bulky items". Does not fill fully. Deep fill light is on, press it and does nothing. Maybe I'm not doing something correctly?

Asked by: arbrey
Hi Arbrey - Thanks for reaching out to us and for choosing GE! Bulky Items cycle automatically provides a Deep Fill/max fill wash water level and Deep Fill rinse to wash bulky items. Deep Fill option cannot be used with this cycle to add more water. Current GE washer models meet or exceed the latest energy and water efficiency requirements. Therefore, you may notice that your washer fills with less water than your prior model did. This is normal. GE Appliances washers are designed for and are thoroughly tested using modern water levels and will provide the exceptional cleaning. We suggest viewing page 16 of the Use and Care Guide (Loading the Washer): https://products.geappliances.com/MarketingObjectRetrieval/Dispatcher?RequestType=PDF&Name=49-90586-1.pdf Also view TOP LOAD WASHER - FILL FUNCTION: https://products.geappliances.com/appliance/gea-support-search-content?contentId=36353 Keep in touch!

Can you please explain the "causal" cycle? What kind of agitation does it have (normal or slower like on the delicates) etc.

Asked by: suzie m
Hi suzie m - Casuals cycle has a shorter spin time compared to other cycles and recommended for casual clothes or lightly soiled office wear. The variable speed motor adjusts the agitation and spin speeds throughout the cycle based on the load size and the amount of torque (resistance) it gets from the load. There is no "fixed" speed for slow or fast speeds. Delicates utilizes a unique “tri-pulse” extra gentle agitate profile and a low spin speed to provide special care to delicate fabrics.
