Does Aaron's check my credit?
As part of our digital approval processes, Aaron’s will check credit history and creditworthiness and rely upon customer reports and information obtained from third-parties in considering your application. We do check credit sources; however, we look at many other data points to make a final decision, and we regularly approve customers that other stores won’t, including customers with less than perfect credit or very little credit history.
How do I make my payments?
Your first payment for an online order must be made using a debit or credit card. Once the first payment is made, your local store will accept cash, checks, money orders, and all major credit cards, or you can continue to pay online. If you are interested in online payments, please go to myaccount.aarons.com and click on “Register.”
Can I pay out my lease early?
Yes. You can purchase the product at any time. If your ownership plan is longer than 6 months, you can take advantage of Aaron’s same as cash option. For those new agreements with a payment option longer than 6 months, if you payout your merchandise within the applicable same as cash period, you will pay the cash price, plus tax and applicable fees (if any). The same as cash period varies by location but is generally 120 days. For California residents the same as cash option is 90 days for all rental purchase agreements.
In addition, after the same as cash option expires, you can purchase the merchandise for more than the cash price but less than the total of remaining lease payments, as described in your lease agreement. This early purchase option amount varies by state and is explained in the lease agreement.
What is Aaron's return policy?
Once your item has been delivered, you can contact your local store to schedule a time for return or pick-up as stated in your agreement. However, you will not receive a refund. But don’t forget about our lifetime reinstatement benefit; you can restart your lease anytime you like on the same or comparable value merchandise. Lawn equipment, seasonal items, and special order merchandise are excluded from the lifetime reinstatement benefit. See a store associate for complete details.

Hello! I need to determine the weight load bearing dimensions of my on-order washer and dryer. Can you tell me the dimensions of the width and depth of the "feet" on the bottom of GFW850SPNRS and GFW850SPNRS Thank you!

Asked by: Deirdre S
Hello - Thanks for reaching out to us, and for your purchase of new GE Appliances. This is a great question. The feet centers on model GFW850SPNRS are 26.06" apart left-right and 24.88" front-back. The feet are 1.625" at the largest part of the hex shaped rubber piece that touches the floor. So the largest a dolly blade (for example) could be to still fit between the legs is 24.4" for the front of the machine and 23.2" for the side of the machine. We hope this helps! - Trey@GEA

Is it normal for the washer to run (continue to make noise) while not in use? It sounds like the pump is running?

Asked by: DWD63
Hello there! We appreciate you for connecting with us for your question, and we are more than happy to help. It is normal for the pump to run and the water to be draining a few minutes after a wash cycle. However, it is not normal to hear this unit exuding noises well after a wash cycle is complete. Thank you for checking with us, and we hope this information helps! - Adrian@GEA

What does tank low mean

Asked by: Connie Vosburg
Hello! Thank you for connecting with us for your question. We are more than happy to help. "Tank Low" will display when the SmartDispense tank needs to be re-filled. Typically, this first lights up when there are approximately 8 - 10 loads of detergent remaining. We appreciate you checking with us, and we hope this information helps! - Adrian@GEA

The bleach and fabric softener compartments are always full of water, even after the cycle is done. What should I do?

Asked by: Brookhaven1984
Hi there! We appreciate you connecting with us for your question. We are more than happy to help. It is normal for the bleach and fabric softener compartments to have water in them after the washing cycle is done. This water is caused by the water splashing up to wash the compartments out into the washing load so there is no residue left. Thank you for checking with us, and we hope this information helps. Please feel free to reach out to us with any additional questions you may have. Have a wonderful day! - Adrian@GEA

I will be stacking this unit in a laundry closet that is 38" deep. The vent connection will be directly behind the unit. Will i have enough space to fit this unit and the vent line?

Asked by: Banjo25
Greetings! We appreciate your interest in GE Appliances. We are happy to help. This model could fit in your desired space, as this model washer and dryer does not have to have any clearance. To enable 0” clearance on the back of the washer, you must use 90° elbow hoses. Otherwise you may require some additional clearance to avoid rubbing of the hoses against the back wall. Thank you for checking with us, and we hope this information helps. Please feel free to reach out to us with any additional questions you may have. - Adrian@GEA

What does the 2 stand for in Model GFW850SPN2RS?

Asked by: oak1951
Hello - Thanks for reaching out to us, this is a great question! Model GFW850SPNRS and GFW850SPN2RS are the same model. When the appliance is manufactured, extra letters and /or numbers are placed on the rating plate and product registration to identify manufacturing specific data when the appliance is made. Should service or parts be needed, these are used as identifiers for the specific appliance. We hope this helps! - Trey@GEA
