Does Aaron's check my credit?
As part of our digital approval processes, Aaron’s will check credit history and creditworthiness and rely upon customer reports and information obtained from third-parties in considering your application. We do check credit sources; however, we look at many other data points to make a final decision, and we regularly approve customers that other stores won’t, including customers with less than perfect credit or very little credit history.
How do I make my payments?
Your first payment for an online order must be made using a debit or credit card. Once the first payment is made, your local store will accept cash, checks, money orders, and all major credit cards, or you can continue to pay online. If you are interested in online payments, please go to myaccount.aarons.com and click on “Register.”
Can I pay out my lease early?
Yes. You can purchase the product at any time. If your ownership plan is longer than 6 months, you can take advantage of Aaron’s same as cash option. For those new agreements with a payment option longer than 6 months, if you payout your merchandise within the applicable same as cash period, you will pay the cash price, plus tax and applicable fees (if any). The same as cash period varies by location but is generally 120 days. For California residents the same as cash option is 90 days for all rental purchase agreements.
In addition, after the same as cash option expires, you can purchase the merchandise for more than the cash price but less than the total of remaining lease payments, as described in your lease agreement. This early purchase option amount varies by state and is explained in the lease agreement.
What is Aaron's return policy?
Once your item has been delivered, you can contact your local store to schedule a time for return or pick-up as stated in your agreement. However, you will not receive a refund. But don’t forget about our lifetime reinstatement benefit; you can restart your lease anytime you like on the same or comparable value merchandise. Lawn equipment, seasonal items, and special order merchandise are excluded from the lifetime reinstatement benefit. See a store associate for complete details.

Video on how to start my GE oven for the first time

Asked by: 22Alistheman
Hello - Thanks for reaching out to us! Unfortunately we do not have a video available that shows how to start the oven on this model for the first time. We would recommend reviewing the instructions for the different oven cooking options in your owner's manual: https://products.geappliances.com/MarketingObjectRetrieval/Dispatcher?RequestType=PDF&Name=49-2000316-3.pdf. We hope this helps! - Trey@GEA

Can I adjust distance from burner cap to grate or cookware so that flame reaches the bottom of cookware? It is taking longer to cook and heat is escaping as cookware handles and exterior gets too hot. Gap between flame and cookware is like 1.5''.

The distance from the burner cap to the grate cannot be adjusted. We do apologize about any inconvenience this causes. We appreciate you connecting with us for your question. Is there a fuse for oven igniter? Lost power during a recent storm and power line came down and broke common lead, aka ground wire. Since then oven won't work. No gas smell, ignitor does even click. And I cannot get into Owners Manual on line.

Asked by: BeyondFrustrated
Hello - Thanks for reaching out to us! We are so sorry to hear that your oven is not functioning properly since the power outage, and we know this must be very frustrating. Due to the complexity of the appliance and its components, a qualified GE Appliances service technician will need to diagnose and repair this. How can I make The electric ignition spark on my range stop? it keeps clicking until I unplug it from the outlet

Asked by: Anonymous
Hi there! Thank you for choosing GE Appliances for your home! We know operating a new appliance can be confusing, but we are always happy to provide guidance. To light a surface burner, select the corresponding control knob for that burner. Push the control knob in and turn it to the LITE position. You will hear a clicking noise-the sound of the electric spark igniting the burner. Sparking will continue as long as the knob is turned to LITE. Once the gas is ignited, turn the knob to adjust flame size. You can find this information on page 7 of the Use & Care Manual. You can find troubleshooting for the burners not lighting on page 25 of the Use & Care Manual here: products.geappliances.com/MarketingObjectRetrieval/Dispatcher?RequestType=PDF&Name=49-2000316-3.pdf If there is still no ignition, visit this link for additional troubleshooting: products.geappliances.com/appliance/gea-support-search-content?contentId=17827 If these tips do not help, we recommend service. You can schedule an appointment with a GE Appliance technician by calling 1-800-432-2737 or schedule online at www.geappliances.com/ge/service-and-support/service.htm. We hope this helps. Thank you for being a part of our GE Appliances family, and have a great rest of your day-Sydney@GEA

What is the LP propane conversion kit, my JGBS66FEKDS gas range was delivered with the PM15X103 gas range installation Kit - but I think I also need to buy a propane conversion kit as well because the gas range will be hooked up to LP not natural gas.

Asked by: VAGE
Hello there! We appreciate you choosing GE Appliances for your home. We are more than happy to provide guidance. The LP conversion kit should have been included with the packaging of your range. If you did not receive a LP conversion kit with your range, please contact us at 1-800-386-1215 for further assistance. Thank you for connecting with us. We hope this information helps. How do I set my oven timer for longer than 10 minutes. It goes to10 minutes and then restarts at 0?

Asked by: Sailorboy
Hi there! Thank you so much for choosing GE Appliances for your home. We know sometimes using the controls can be confusing, but we are always here to help! The oven timer works as a countdown timer. To set, press the "Timer" pad and the + and - pads to program the time in hours and minutes. Press the "Start" pad. The oven will continue to operate when the timer is complete. To turn the timer off, press the "Timer" pad. We recommend checking out page 10 of the Use & Care Manual (linked below) for a diagram of where this control is located (#8 for non-convection models), and page 11 for a description of how to use each control. Use & Care Manual: products.geappliances.com/MarketingObjectRetrieval/Dispatcher?RequestType=PDF&Name=49-2000316-3.pdf You can find additional tips for setting and using the timer on your range here: products.geappliances.com/appliance/gea-support-search-content?contentId=34420 We hope this helps and that you continue to cook up delicious recipes with your GE range. Have a great day-Sydney@GEA
