    How are deliveries scheduled?

    After you sign your lease agreement in checkout, your local store will contact you to schedule your delivery. You must be present at the address provided in your lease agreement to receive your order.

    Delivery and set up is always free with Aarons

    All orders include free delivery and set up, no matter the time frame. Orders are delivered with our own trucks and delivery specialists, from your local store or fulfillment center.

    How does set up/installation work?

    Our delivery specialists will unload and set up your items. However, we don’t connect gas or water, or install air conditioners or video/camera doorbells or devices.

    Receiving your delivery

    On the day of delivery, please clear the pathway from the front door to the room where your item will be set up.

    • There should be no obstacles (throw rugs, planters, toys, etc.) along the pathway.
    • Please ensure any hallways and thresholds on the pathway are at least 1” wider than your item.
    • Have your ID ready to show our technicians. They will need it to complete the final paperwork once your item is set up.

    Track your order with MyAccount

    Delivery details are sent to the email address provided with all order confirmations. You can also track your order using Aaron's MyAccount, which is also available as an app for iOS and Android devices.

    Order cancellations

    You may cancel your order before your item arrives by contacting us at 1-888-333-3785. A refund will be applied to the card you used to make the first payment. Your order may also be cancelled by Aaron's if delivery cannot be scheduled within 30 days.

    How does Today's Payment work?

    Today’s Payment is calculated based on a monthly agreement renewal schedule and is determined by factors such as promotional offers, total monthly payment, and product selected.

    • Today’s Payment may be more or less than your normal lease payment amount and will be credited to your lease account.

    • After Today’s Payment is made, lease renewal payments will be due based on the amount and plan you select.

    • Today’s Payment will be applied to your lease account and your next renewal payment.

    • Your renewal payment date and total monthly payment will be calculated during checkout.

    Today's Payment is not a discount, an origination fee, or initiation fee. Check your Lease Agreement and EZPay Schedule (where applicable) at checkout for your next scheduled payment date and amount.

    What is Aaron's EZPay?

    EZPay is an automatic payment option with a valid debit or credit card. Enrolling in EZPay allows you to pick a flexible payment schedule that works for you.

    You will lease to own your item based on a monthly agreement and can make your payments through EZPay on a monthly basis if that's your preference. However, EZPay also allows you to divide your monthly lease payment into weekly or bi-weekly payments.

    Does it cost anything?

    No! Enrolling in EZPay is completely free.

    What happens if I cancel?

    EZPay can be cancelled at any time through MyAccount or in-store. If you cancel EZPay, your lease payment must be made according to the payment schedule stated in your lease agreement.
