Does Aaron's check my credit?
As part of our digital approval processes, Aaron’s will check credit history and creditworthiness and rely upon customer reports and information obtained from third-parties in considering your application. We do check credit sources; however, we look at many other data points to make a final decision, and we regularly approve customers that other stores won’t, including customers with less than perfect credit or very little credit history.
How do I make my payments?
Your first payment for an online order must be made using a debit or credit card. Once the first payment is made, your local store will accept cash, checks, money orders, and all major credit cards, or you can continue to pay online. If you are interested in online payments, please go to myaccount.aarons.com and click on “Register.”
Can I pay out my lease early?
Yes. You can purchase the product at any time. If your ownership plan is longer than 6 months, you can take advantage of Aaron’s same as cash option. For those new agreements with a payment option longer than 6 months, if you payout your merchandise within the applicable same as cash period, you will pay the cash price, plus tax and applicable fees (if any). The same as cash period varies by location but is generally 120 days. For California residents the same as cash option is 90 days for all rental purchase agreements.
In addition, after the same as cash option expires, you can purchase the merchandise for more than the cash price but less than the total of remaining lease payments, as described in your lease agreement. This early purchase option amount varies by state and is explained in the lease agreement.
What is Aaron's return policy?
Once your item has been delivered, you can contact your local store to schedule a time for return or pick-up as stated in your agreement. However, you will not receive a refund. But don’t forget about our lifetime reinstatement benefit; you can restart your lease anytime you like on the same or comparable value merchandise. Lawn equipment, seasonal items, and special order merchandise are excluded from the lifetime reinstatement benefit. See a store associate for complete details.

Is this unit dehumidfying while in cooling mode or does it need to be in another mode

Just installed this unit it has been running for about 24 hrs. The usage per the app is at19.5 kWh. I do not hear it click off. It’s currently on Cool & Auto. Is it normal for the AC to run constantly?

Hello - Thanks for reaching out to us, and for your purchase of a new GE Appliance! We truly appreciate your choice to do business with us. When set to Cool/Auto, the unit will cycle on and off as needed to maintain the set room temperature. If your air conditioner is running constantly and/or not cooling, check the following: The unit may be too small for the room The unit may not be cooling properly. Check the filter to see if it needs to be cleaned. Clean the filter at least every 30 days. Check the outdoor coils (on rear of unit) for dirt build up. If dirty, vacuum with soft bristle brush. The cool air coming from the unit should be at least 15F cooler than the air going into it. Verify the desired temperature is not too low; the lowest setting is 65F but for cost savings a setting of 75F is more energy efficient. When the air conditioner is first turned on, allow time for the room to cool down. Make sure windows are not open, allowing warm air back into the area that being cooled. Make sure the unit is not blocked by drapes/curtains as this will inhibit the airflow from the unit into the room. Make sure outside air is not leaking into the room by using sash sealer strips between the window and the unit. These strips work by filling in any gaps between the unit and the window frame and prevent cold air from leaking out of the room and prevent warm air from entering the room. Tried Eco Mode but the temp rises above the set temp before it kicks on again. What is the offset before the unit starts/stops in EcoMode? Ex. Set to 70° shuts off below 70° temp rises above 70° before it starts again??

The room temperature rising above the set temperature is normal operation for any air conditioner, in any mode. However, Eco mode will heighten this and the room temp will move faster, and farther as the fan does not come on periodically in this mode to help keep the room cool. What is little red light under filter

Hi there, Thank you for connecting with us here at GEA, this is a great question and we are more than happy to help! The red light is coming from the Filter Reset pad. This feature automatically notifies you that the air filter must be cleaned. The indicator light will come on after 250 hours of operation. Clean the air filter, place it back in the front panel, and press the Filter Reset pad. The light will go off. To clean the air filter, refer to page 7 of the owner's manual. Can I cut the accordion panel or remove it completely to fit my window?

Hello - Thanks for reaching out to us, this is a great question! This air conditioner must be installed with the side panels that come with it. These panels should not be cut in any way. This model requires the following window size. Min./Max. What do I do if the eco mode doesn't turn on?

Hi there! Thank you for choosing GE Appliances for your home. We are more than happy to provide guidance with the ECO mode. To turn the ECO mode on, you will need to use the MODE option. If you can not toggle the mode to ECO, you will need to reset your unit. You can reset your air conditioner by disconnecting power from the unit for 2-3 minutes and reconnecting. Does this unit work with Google Home?

I’m trying to connect this unit to the wifi, but when I push the wifi button it beeps but does not light up, flashing or not. Is there a way to reset so that it will connect?
