Does Aaron's check my credit?
As part of our digital approval processes, Aaron’s will check credit history and creditworthiness and rely upon customer reports and information obtained from third-parties in considering your application. We do check credit sources; however, we look at many other data points to make a final decision, and we regularly approve customers that other stores won’t, including customers with less than perfect credit or very little credit history.
How do I make my payments?
Your first payment for an online order must be made using a debit or credit card. Once the first payment is made, your local store will accept cash, checks, money orders, and all major credit cards, or you can continue to pay online. If you are interested in online payments, please go to myaccount.aarons.com and click on “Register.”
Can I pay out my lease early?
Yes. You can purchase the product at any time. If your ownership plan is longer than 6 months, you can take advantage of Aaron’s same as cash option. For those new agreements with a payment option longer than 6 months, if you payout your merchandise within the applicable same as cash period, you will pay the cash price, plus tax and applicable fees (if any). The same as cash period varies by location but is generally 120 days. For California residents the same as cash option is 90 days for all rental purchase agreements.
In addition, after the same as cash option expires, you can purchase the merchandise for more than the cash price but less than the total of remaining lease payments, as described in your lease agreement. This early purchase option amount varies by state and is explained in the lease agreement.
What is Aaron's return policy?
Once your item has been delivered, you can contact your local store to schedule a time for return or pick-up as stated in your agreement. However, you will not receive a refund. But don’t forget about our lifetime reinstatement benefit; you can restart your lease anytime you like on the same or comparable value merchandise (excludes lawn equipment). See a store associate for complete details.

Which burner is the power boil?

Asked by: LoupyJ
Hi, LoupyJ Thank you so much for reaching out and asking this great question. We are more than happy to help. The power boil would be on the front left burner; this burner is capable of going up to 18,000 BTU. We hope this helps. Let us know if you have any other questions! Jonathon@GEA

Converting from electric stove to gas. How much space do I need between my vent and gas stove

Asked by: Retke23
Hi Retke23, Thank you for reaching out and your interest in GE Appliances. Most common installations require a range of 24" - 30" between the bottom of the hood and the top of the cooktop. This is high enough to prevent heat damage from the cooktop but low enough to still capture the airborne particulates and odors. Thanks for checking! Dom@GEA

What type of "self cleaning" option does this range have? Is it steam self clean? Or is it "old fashion" self clean... the kind that runs for hours and the door locks?

Asked by: micai0574
Hello micai0574, Thank you so much for reaching out to us here at GEA! We are happy to assist! This appliance is a self cleaning oven. Self Clean uses very high temperatures to clean the oven interior. For a moderately soiled oven, run a 3 hour self-clean cycle. For a heavily soiled oven, run a 5 hour self-clean cycle. We hope this helps! Enjoy your day! Del@GEA

I just got a new 660 model installed - with the adjustments for propane by a qualified gas technician. On three burners, all the flames are entirely blue. On the front right burner, six of the flames have long orange tips. How do we fix this?

Asked by: Daniel81
Hello Daniel81 - Thanks for reaching out to us, and for your purchase of a new GE Appliance! We truly appreciate your choice to do business with us. Black Matte on Grates... this is our first GE Gas Range and we have two areas on our grates where the black matte has rubbed off. Wasn’t sure if this was common and/or if we could do anything to help/prevent this issue. The other 3 are fine!

We are so sorry to hear that you are experiencing some discoloring to one of your cooktop grates, as this must be quite disappointing. Does this stove (as well as all of you gas stoves) come with a conversion kit to use propane or does it have to be purchased separately

Asked by: mr kibbe
Hi mr kibbe, Thank you for your question! This model has an LP Conversion Kit included and is generally located in the storage drawer or behind the unit. When looking at our GE Appliances Gas Ranges you will look at the Specs & Details section on the product page to determine if the LP Conversion Kit is included or not. If it's not, it will give you a part number so that you can purchase it separately. We hope this helps! Steven@GEA
