Does Aaron's check my credit?
As part of our digital approval processes, Aaron’s will check credit history and creditworthiness and rely upon customer reports and information obtained from third-parties in considering your application. We do check credit sources; however, we look at many other data points to make a final decision, and we regularly approve customers that other stores won’t, including customers with less than perfect credit or very little credit history.
How do I make my payments?
Your first payment for an online order must be made using a debit or credit card. Once the first payment is made, your local store will accept cash, checks, money orders, and all major credit cards, or you can continue to pay online. If you are interested in online payments, please go to myaccount.aarons.com and click on “Register.”
Can I pay out my lease early?
Yes. You can purchase the product at any time. If your ownership plan is longer than 6 months, you can take advantage of Aaron’s same as cash option. For those new agreements with a payment option longer than 6 months, if you payout your merchandise within the applicable same as cash period, you will pay the cash price, plus tax and applicable fees (if any). The same as cash period varies by location but is generally 120 days. For California residents the same as cash option is 90 days for all rental purchase agreements.
In addition, after the same as cash option expires, you can purchase the merchandise for more than the cash price but less than the total of remaining lease payments, as described in your lease agreement. This early purchase option amount varies by state and is explained in the lease agreement.
What is Aaron's return policy?
Once your item has been delivered, you can contact your local store to schedule a time for return or pick-up as stated in your agreement. However, you will not receive a refund. But don’t forget about our lifetime reinstatement benefit; you can restart your lease anytime you like on the same or comparable value merchandise. Lawn equipment, seasonal items, and special order merchandise are excluded from the lifetime reinstatement benefit. See a store associate for complete details.

Do you have to use the convection feature to use the oven on this stove? Can you cook without the convection fan on?

Asked by: Denise in MA
Greetings! We appreciate you choosing GE Appliances for your home, and we are happy to provide guidance with this range. You can use traditional baking (without the convection fan) with this oven. You will need to press the BAKE button on the control panel in order to use the traditional conventional baking option. If you wish to use convection baking, you will need to press the CONV BAKE button on the control pad. Thank you for connecting with us for your question, and we hope this information helps. Please feel free to reach out to us with any additional questions you may have. Have a wonderful day! - Adrian@GEA

When I turned on the stove burners this morning the flames were all orange instead of the normal blue. I checked all of the burners and they are all the same, even ones we don't use as often. Trying to see if this is an issue and how to resolve.

Asked by: S Leo
Hello there! Thank you for choosing GE Appliances for your home. We are so sorry that you are experiencing this with your range, and we are more than happy to help. This is not normal operating function for this model range. We recommend checking the gas connection and resetting your range. You can reset this range by disconnecting power from the unit for 2-3 minutes and reconnecting power. This reset should revert your range back to normal function. If this reset does not change the status of your range, you will need to schedule service with a certified technician. You can schedule an appointment with a GE Appliances technician by calling 1-800-432-2737 or schedule online at http://www.geappliances.com/ge/service-and-support/service.htm We appreciate you connecting with us for your question, and we hope this information helps. When does the convection fan blow? Does it go on and off when using the standard baking setting? I have heard the fans are really loud (and annoying) so I am wondering how much control I have over the fan.

Asked by: OVEN FAN question
Hello - Thanks for reaching out to us, and for your interest in GE Appliances. This is a great question! The convection fan does not start until preheat is reached. On the gas range, the convection fan will cycle off every time the unit calls for heat. It is normal for the fan to cycle on and off frequently during the convection cooking cycle. Algorithms decide when elements and fans should run to create the optimal heat distribution within the oven cavity. The convection fan will not operate when baking without convection. We hope this helps! - Trey@GEA

Air fryer guide mentions higher temp and time to cook compared to counter air fryer. Is there more info on how to properly adjust cook times and temperatures? Fries, on a mesh, raised sheet, are taking 2x as long as air fryer instructions on package.

Asked by: Nathene
Hello - Thanks for reaching out to us, this is a great question! We are sorry to hear that you are having trouble with the Air Fry mode on your range, and can understand you must be frustrated. If you’re using a recipe meant for a countertop air fryer, you may need to cook your food a little longer or at a slightly higher temperature. Dark baking or sheet pans are recommended for in-oven air fry. They absorb more heat and promote better browning and crisping. Aside from these recommendations, some experimentation may be needed to find the right combination of time and temperature. We hope this helps! - Trey@GEA

The drawer has no rails for pulling it out and in. Is this normal? Usually a drawer has guides on the drawer and rails on the side of the appliance.
