Does Aaron's check my credit?
As part of our digital approval processes, Aaron’s will check credit history and creditworthiness and rely upon customer reports and information obtained from third-parties in considering your application. We do check credit sources; however, we look at many other data points to make a final decision, and we regularly approve customers that other stores won’t, including customers with less than perfect credit or very little credit history.
How do I make my payments?
Your first payment for an online order must be made using a debit or credit card. Once the first payment is made, your local store will accept cash, checks, money orders, and all major credit cards, or you can continue to pay online. If you are interested in online payments, please go to myaccount.aarons.com and click on “Register.”
Can I pay out my lease early?
Yes. You can purchase the product at any time. If your ownership plan is longer than 6 months, you can take advantage of Aaron’s same as cash option. For those new agreements with a payment option longer than 6 months, if you payout your merchandise within the applicable same as cash period, you will pay the cash price, plus tax and applicable fees (if any). The same as cash period varies by location but is generally 120 days. For California residents the same as cash option is 90 days for all rental purchase agreements.
In addition, after the same as cash option expires, you can purchase the merchandise for more than the cash price but less than the total of remaining lease payments, as described in your lease agreement. This early purchase option amount varies by state and is explained in the lease agreement.
What is Aaron's return policy?
Once your item has been delivered, you can contact your local store to schedule a time for return or pick-up as stated in your agreement. However, you will not receive a refund. But don’t forget about our lifetime reinstatement benefit; you can restart your lease anytime you like on the same or comparable value merchandise (excludes lawn equipment). See a store associate for complete details.

What is the recommended CFU for a vent hood over this range?

Asked by: Gasquest
Hello - Thanks for reaching out to us, this is a great question! We do not have a recommended CFM rating for the ventilation system installed over this range. We are living off-grid on solar power. How many Watt does this range actually draw in stand-by, when cooking, baking and while convection-baking? Thanks for the answers!

Asked by: Pascale
Hello - Thanks for reaching out to us, and we apologize for our delayed response. These are great questions! In standby, the range will draw less than 5 watts. During baking and broiling, the power draw will vary throughout the cycle. The ignitor draws approximately 400 watts and is on whenever either the bake or broil burner is on. How long and how often a burner is on will depend on the oven setting, number and length of door openings, and how much food is in the oven. Lastly, for convection baking and roasting, the convection fan adds up to 65 watts to the cooking wattage. We hope this helps! - Trey@GEA

Can the oven racks of this model remain inside during the self clean? And does this model have the grates that can be left inside for self clean as well?

Asked by: Nashbee
Hello, We appreciate you reaching out to us and we hope you have been doing well. Thank you for the interest and the awesome question. This is a beautiful range and we think you would love it. The grates can be cleaned one of two ways – either in the dishwasher or on the bottom of a self-clean oven. As for the racks, they can remain in the oven during the self-clean without sustaining any damage. However, we wouldn't recommend it as the heat can cause some discoloration and marking. The best option is to clean them with warm water and mild soap. We hope this helps out with a decision. Thank you again for your time. Jonathon@GEA

Should I do a 'burn in' of the oven before first use?

Asked by: gswt
Hello - Thanks for reaching out to us, this is a great question! The small amount of odor and/or smoke from the cooktop or oven on a new gas range is normal when first used. It is caused by the heating of new parts, insulating materials, or the tape used in shipping, and should dissipate after the first few uses. If you want to get rid of the odor quicker, follow the self-cleaning instructions in your Owner's Manual: https://products.geappliances.com/MarketingObjectRetrieval/Dispatcher?RequestType=PDF&Name=49-2000782-3.pdf. We hope this helps! - Trey@GEA

How do I preheat the oven for baking or roasting? How will I know the oven has reached the correct temperature? A preheated oven is especially critical for baking pastry.

Asked by: bd2300
Hello! We are so glad that you reached out to us. We are happy to clarify the preheating instructions for you! This is an amazing range with so many great features. The control panel is very user friendly and easy to operate. To preheat the oven in the baking mode, you will simply press the Bake pad, enter your desired temperature and select start. The display will begin to show the preheating cycle. Once the oven is preheated to your desired temperature, that temperature will display on the panel and there will be an audible preheat signal. This same method will be used to preheat in any desired cooking modes. We hope this helps! - Brittany@GEA

Can you tell me the difference between Convection Bake, Convection Roast and Air Fryer mode? What I'm looking for is how the oven and convection fan operate differently for each option. I know that Convection Bake adjusts the bake temperature.

Asked by: Ohio55
Hi!, Thank you for reaching out and choosing GE Appliances. Convection roast is intended for roasting whole cuts of meat on a single rack. The utilization of all three elements and direct airflow down from the top of the oven improves browning and reduces cooking time. Air Fry is a special, no-preheat, cooking mode that is designed to produce foods with a crispier exterior than traditional oven cooking. Convection Bake is intended for single rack baking when additional airflow is desired to enhance evenness. Preheating is generally recommended when using this mode. We hope this helps! Dom@GEA
