Does Aaron's check my credit?
As part of our digital approval processes, Aaron’s will check credit history and creditworthiness and rely upon customer reports and information obtained from third-parties in considering your application. We do check credit sources; however, we look at many other data points to make a final decision, and we regularly approve customers that other stores won’t, including customers with less than perfect credit or very little credit history.
How do I make my payments?
Your first payment for an online order must be made using a debit or credit card. Once the first payment is made, your local store will accept cash, checks, money orders, and all major credit cards, or you can continue to pay online. If you are interested in online payments, please go to myaccount.aarons.com and click on “Register.”
Can I pay out my lease early?
Yes. You can purchase the product at any time. If your ownership plan is longer than 6 months, you can take advantage of Aaron’s same as cash option. For those new agreements with a payment option longer than 6 months, if you payout your merchandise within the applicable same as cash period, you will pay the cash price, plus tax and applicable fees (if any). The same as cash period varies by location but is generally 120 days. For California residents the same as cash option is 90 days for all rental purchase agreements.
In addition, after the same as cash option expires, you can purchase the merchandise for more than the cash price but less than the total of remaining lease payments, as described in your lease agreement. This early purchase option amount varies by state and is explained in the lease agreement.
What is Aaron's return policy?
Once your item has been delivered, you can contact your local store to schedule a time for return or pick-up as stated in your agreement. However, you will not receive a refund. But don’t forget about our lifetime reinstatement benefit; you can restart your lease anytime you like on the same or comparable value merchandise (excludes lawn equipment). See a store associate for complete details.

What is the lowest temperature setting for non-convection baking? Sometimes we like to cook things low and slow and want to make sure that we can set the temp low enough. Thanks!

Asked by: Meg64
Hello! Thank you for reaching out to us at GE Appliances. This is a great question, and we are happy to assist! All of our ovens will bake at a range of 170-550 degrees F. This is the temperature range for the traditional bake, convection bake, and roast cooking modes. We hope this helps! - Brittany@GEA

It is impossible to set the clock. When we push the “pad” of set clock and hold it three seconds, two seconds, five seconds, etc., nothing happens. The number buttons do nothing.

Is the "matte black" hard to keep clean? What are recommended cleaning methods/cleansers? Excited for arrival of our range on 5/4!

Asked by: The Stevens
Hello, Thank you for reaching out to us and choosing GE Appliances for your home. For regular cleaning of our Black Slate finish we recommend using mild soap (dish soap) and water and appliance wax or polish to shine. Hope this helps! Chase@GEA

The manual has next to no info on the air fryer. Do you have a seperate guide? It seems to take a very long time to cook foods to a crisp finish, is there a reason for this? Is the air fryer suppose to cycle on and off throughout the cooking process?

Asked by: ALLahr
Hello there! Thank you kindly for taking the time to reach out to us. We hope everything is well with you and we are definitely happy to help out. For the best assistance we recommend checking out page 21 of the Use and Care manual as it's a dedicated Air Frying cooking guide. Also, it is normal to hear the fan cycle during this mode, this way foods can get that optimal crisp and cook. Here is a link to a digital version of the manual: https://products.geappliances.com/MarketingObjectRetrieval/Dispatcher?RequestType=PDF&Name=49-2000782-2.pdf We hope this helps out. Can the GE model # JGB735SPSS be used on the same circuit as a 900Watt microwave. Nothing else is on the circuit in question. The microwave receptacle is in a cabinet above the range on a dedicated circuit. I would connect a receptacle behind the oven.

Asked by: GUZ75
Good afternoon, Thank you for taking the time to check with us about the installation of this gorgeous free-standing range. We are happy to provide you with the necessary electrical requirements! When installing a gas range or oven, they do not use a ton of electricity, so it should not make that large of an impact. However, as long as the circuit meets the guidelines of the electrical requirements for this specific range, you should be just fine combining these two appliances to one circuit. Before installing this, we would recommend checking the top right of page 2 in the installation manual, to ensure your circuit meets the circuit requirements. You can find this manual with the link we have posted below. https://products.geappliances.com/MarketingObjectRetrieval/Dispatcher?RequestType=PDF&Name=31-2000744.pdf If you have any additional questions, feel free to check with us again. Thank you and have a great day! Drew@GEA

I have this stove and i really like it. we have just moved and now have propane. I have the propane orifices however, I do not have the card to tell me witch one is the broiler and bake. the manual is very vague on broiler and oven size orifice

Asked by: cook king
Hello! Thank you so much for reaching out to us with this inquiry. We're definitely more than happy to help shed some light and give you some world class assistance. When taking a look at the LP kit pamphlet using the bottom half of the guide you should see that the bake and broil orifices' must be replaced rather than converted. This range should have came with the kit inside a metal box located behind the storage drawer or right next to the regulator. If you are missing the kit, please contact us directly and we can ship it out to you. We hope this helps. Jonathon@GEA
