Does Aaron's check my credit?
As part of our digital approval processes, Aaron’s will check credit history and creditworthiness and rely upon customer reports and information obtained from third-parties in considering your application. We do check credit sources; however, we look at many other data points to make a final decision, and we regularly approve customers that other stores won’t, including customers with less than perfect credit or very little credit history.
How do I make my payments?
Your first payment for an online order must be made using a debit or credit card. Once the first payment is made, your local store will accept cash, checks, money orders, and all major credit cards, or you can continue to pay online. If you are interested in online payments, please go to myaccount.aarons.com and click on “Register.”
Can I pay out my lease early?
Yes. You can purchase the product at any time. If your ownership plan is longer than 6 months, you can take advantage of Aaron’s same as cash option. For those new agreements with a payment option longer than 6 months, if you payout your merchandise within the applicable same as cash period, you will pay the cash price, plus tax and applicable fees (if any). The same as cash period varies by location but is generally 120 days. For California residents the same as cash option is 90 days for all rental purchase agreements.
In addition, after the same as cash option expires, you can purchase the merchandise for more than the cash price but less than the total of remaining lease payments, as described in your lease agreement. This early purchase option amount varies by state and is explained in the lease agreement.
What is Aaron's return policy?
Once your item has been delivered, you can contact your local store to schedule a time for return or pick-up as stated in your agreement. However, you will not receive a refund. But don’t forget about our lifetime reinstatement benefit; you can restart your lease anytime you like on the same or comparable value merchandise (excludes lawn equipment). See a store associate for complete details.

We just purchased the JGB735SPSS. Is this considered to be a smart appliance? Does it come with Geneva installed?

Asked by: ClydeB47
Hello! We first want to congratulate you on your new purchase of this beautiful range! We are so appreciative of you choosing to do business with us. This specific model is not considered a smart appliance, it does not come with the built-in Wifi feature or Geneva voice over. If you are interested in taking a look at the smart model we would recommend, which has very similar features and dimensions as the one you have purchased, the model number is PGB935YPFS and here is the direct link to the website. https://www.geappliances.com/appliance/GE-Profile-Smart-30-Free-Standing-Self-Clean-Gas-Fingerprint-Resistant-Range-with-No-Preheat-Air-Fry-PGB935YPFS?rrec=true We really hope this helps and we are so happy to have you as a part of the GE Appliance family! -SAM@GEA

Is the griddle dishwasher safe?

Asked by: JeremyCurran
Hello! First let me thank you for being a part of our family! Excellent question by the way. The griddle should be cleaned before first use. To clean the griddle, wash with dish soap and hot water. If necessary, scrub with a non-abrasive plastic pad. Do not clean the griddle in the self-clean cycle or in the dishwasher. You can consult with the use and care manual on page 10 on how to clean it if you ever needed to be reminded again. can the door handle be removed? I only have a 26.5 inch clearance through the doorway.

Asked by: Rich453
Hi There! We appreciate you taking the time out of your day to reach out! We understand the concern of getting appliances in and out of your home safely. The door handle can be removed on this model. However, the depth without the handle measures out to 26.25 inches but gives little room for your doorway clearance. We recommend a service technician upon installation for damage prevention. To contact a service technician please reach out to 1-800-432-2737 or visit the link below to schedule service directly from out website. https://genet.geappliances.com/eService/Service/productSelection?Login=Guest We hope this helps and have a wonderful day! -SAM@GEA

How can I adjust the oven cooking temperature while it’s cooking? Do I use the special features to adjust the temp as described on pg 14 of the manual?  That’s not a permanent temperature change is it?

Asked by: Amy855
Hi there! Thank you for connecting with us. This is a great question, and we are happy to help. You adjust the temperature setting the same way you start the BAKE cycle. You will need to press BAKE, select your desired degree on the number pad, and press START. You will not need to use the Special Features option. This adjust in temperature will not be a permanent change. We appreciate you reaching out to us with your question. We hope this information helps! - Adrian@GEA

We just ordered a new GE gas range, replacing our GE performance profile gas range that no longer works. Do we need a gas line/hookup purchased separately for our new range? We would prefer not to use the old hookup - I cannot find this information online

Asked by: Eliz1208
Hello - Thanks for reaching out to us, and for your purchase of a new GE Appliance! We truly appreciate your choice to do business with us. Our gas ranges come with all the parts needed to connect to your existing gas line. Should you wish to replace the gas line in your kitchen, you will need to work with your gas supplier but this is not necessary for the installation of your new range. We hope this helps! - Trey@GEA
