Does Aaron's check my credit?
As part of our digital approval processes, Aaron’s will check credit history and creditworthiness and rely upon customer reports and information obtained from third-parties in considering your application. We do check credit sources; however, we look at many other data points to make a final decision, and we regularly approve customers that other stores won’t, including customers with less than perfect credit or very little credit history.
How do I make my payments?
Your first payment for an online order must be made using a debit or credit card. Once the first payment is made, your local store will accept cash, checks, money orders, and all major credit cards, or you can continue to pay online. If you are interested in online payments, please go to myaccount.aarons.com and click on “Register.”
Can I pay out my lease early?
Yes. You can purchase the product at any time. If your ownership plan is longer than 6 months, you can take advantage of Aaron’s same as cash option. For those new agreements with a payment option longer than 6 months, if you payout your merchandise within the applicable same as cash period, you will pay the cash price, plus tax and applicable fees (if any). The same as cash period varies by location but is generally 120 days. For California residents the same as cash option is 90 days for all rental purchase agreements.
In addition, after the same as cash option expires, you can purchase the merchandise for more than the cash price but less than the total of remaining lease payments, as described in your lease agreement. This early purchase option amount varies by state and is explained in the lease agreement.
What is Aaron's return policy?
Once your item has been delivered, you can contact your local store to schedule a time for return or pick-up as stated in your agreement. However, you will not receive a refund. But don’t forget about our lifetime reinstatement benefit; you can restart your lease anytime you like on the same or comparable value merchandise. Lawn equipment, seasonal items, and special order merchandise are excluded from the lifetime reinstatement benefit. See a store associate for complete details.

When using griddle zone first time the griddle did NOT heat evenly even though I had each left burners on same setting. Used larger of front left burner & left rear burner - both at 5. Front quesadilla got too black, rear quesadilla had not even browned ?

Asked by: Griddlegrl
Hello - Thanks for reaching out to us! We are so sorry to hear that you had trouble using the Griddle area on your range and know you must be disappointed. This may be an indication that your rear left heating element is not functioning properly. You can schedule an appointment with a GE Appliance technician by calling 1-800-432-2737 or schedule online at http://www.geappliances.com/ge/service-and-support/service.htm. Is there a range with the set term "Bridge Burner"?

Asked by: CT4me
Good afternoon, This is a great question and we are happy to provide some information about this for you! On electric ranges and cooktops with a Bridge Burner, the Bridge Burner feature expands cooking options by connecting the two left side 7" radiant heating elements to form a continuous oval shaped cooking surface. A separate heating element in between the two left side 7" elements provides equal heat distribution within the entire oval pattern. Each 7" element is 1,800 watts and with the 800 watt bridge the total wattage is 4,400 watts." Many of the models we offer today like the PB935YPFS have a feature called Griddle zone. This creates the perfect place for a griddle, grill or other large cookware with two burners that work together to create an evenly heated griddle zone right on the cooktop. It's a similar concept except it consists of two separate burners. There's no "small wattage bridge" burner in between them. We appreciate having you in our wonderful GEA family and we hope this helps and feel free to reach out to us again with any additional questions. Have a great day! Drew@GEA

The manual indicates a special menu feature but what do the symbols mean when I go there.  Also, does it always have the fast pre-heat or do I have to turn it on somewhere?

Asked by: Em96
Hello - We hope you are doing well and we're so happy you reached out to us. We're always happy to help out. The special features are used to set up certain unique functions and settings on the model, you can check out all the information on page 12 of the Use and Care manual. It also goes over each setting and how to enable/disable it. You can check that out here: https://products.geappliances.com/MarketingObjectRetrieval/Dispatcher?RequestType=PDF&Name=49-2000776-2.pdf The fast pre-heat is a part of the efficiency of this amazing oven and happens every time you preheat the oven. We hope this helped out some. Thank you for being a part of the team! Stay safe. Jonathon@GEA

Trying to use the Griddle zone. When I turn both the left Burners on it does NOT seem to heat up the bridged zone between the two burners. It just seems to turn on the two individual circle burners. Am I doing something wrong? how do I get the bridged zon

Asked by: DJ771962
Hello - Thanks for reaching out to us, this is a great question! The Bridge Zone allows you to use the left front and rear burners together to create a larger cooking area for cookware like roasting pans and griddles. The two 8" burners are situated close together, so there is no need for a middle element to "bridge" the two together. Simply set both burners to the same heat setting. When doing this the area outside of the two circular heating elements will not actually heat, but rather will be covered by extension. We hope this helps! - Trey@GEA

Is there a way to make the timer louder? I can't here it in the other room.

Asked by: Giraffebaker
Good afternoon, This is a great question and we are happy to help make your timer louder! You are able to change the volume of the timer. If you check page 12 in the owner's manual you will find how to adjust the sound under the "Sound Volume" section. You can also change the tone from either a single beep or continuous. The continuous tone will repeatedly sound every few seconds until a button is pressed. This might help if you are in different rooms. We have posted the link to this manual below for your convenience. https://products.geappliances.com/MarketingObjectRetrieval/Dispatcher?RequestType=PDF&Name=49-2000776-2.pdf We love having you in our wonderful GEA family and if you have any additional questions, feel free to connect with us again. What is the best type of griddle pan to use for this cook top?

Asked by: Giraffegirl
Hello - Thanks for reaching out to us, this is a great question! All cookware (including griddles) used with the Bridge Burner feature should have a flat bottom and be recommended by the cookware manufacturer for use on radiant smooth glass cooking surfaces. You can find compatible griddles and other compatible cookware for use on a Bridge Burner at department stores, kitchen and gourmet shops or online. We cannot provide brand names for Bridge Burner cookware that will work on your electric range. The Bridge Burner will accept a griddle size of 18" X 10" or smaller. This size of griddle will fit properly on the 17" X 8" surface created by the Bridge Burner. If a larger griddle is used it will overlap onto the trim, causing the griddle to sit unevenly. We hope this helps! - Trey@GEA
