Does Aaron's check my credit?
As part of our digital approval processes, Aaron’s will check credit history and creditworthiness and rely upon customer reports and information obtained from third-parties in considering your application. We do check credit sources; however, we look at many other data points to make a final decision, and we regularly approve customers that other stores won’t, including customers with less than perfect credit or very little credit history.
How do I make my payments?
Your first payment for an online order must be made using a debit or credit card. Once the first payment is made, your local store will accept cash, checks, money orders, and all major credit cards, or you can continue to pay online. If you are interested in online payments, please go to myaccount.aarons.com and click on “Register.”
Can I pay out my lease early?
Yes. You can purchase the product at any time. If your ownership plan is longer than 6 months, you can take advantage of Aaron’s same as cash option. For those new agreements with a payment option longer than 6 months, if you payout your merchandise within the applicable same as cash period, you will pay the cash price, plus tax and applicable fees (if any). The same as cash period varies by location but is generally 120 days. For California residents the same as cash option is 90 days for all rental purchase agreements.
In addition, after the same as cash option expires, you can purchase the merchandise for more than the cash price but less than the total of remaining lease payments, as described in your lease agreement. This early purchase option amount varies by state and is explained in the lease agreement.
What is Aaron's return policy?
Once your item has been delivered, you can contact your local store to schedule a time for return or pick-up as stated in your agreement. However, you will not receive a refund. But don’t forget about our lifetime reinstatement benefit; you can restart your lease anytime you like on the same or comparable value merchandise (excludes lawn equipment). See a store associate for complete details.

Will this range automatically adjust oven temperatures from conventional to convection baking/roasting? Thank you.

Asked by: Newcustomer59
Hi Newcustomer59, We appreciate having you as part of the GEA family and are happy to help! On this model in order to take advantage of the convection baking/roasting feature you will need to specify on the unit. There are buttons to do this. The "Bake" button indicates conventional baking and the "Conv. Bake" and "Conv. Roast" indicate convection baking/roasting. We hope this helps! Drew@GEA

My Profile stove has a button for Chef Connect but I can't find how to use it. The stove is between 2-1/2 and 3 years old and I did not get a product booklet with it. Thank you!

Asked by: Retired Pat
Hi there Retired Pat, We are happy to help you access the Chef Connect feature. All of our manuals are online now for ease and convenience. If you have any questions or concerns in the future you can access the manual at this link: https://products.geappliances.com/MarketingObjectRetrieval/Dispatcher?RequestType=PDF&Name=49-2000776.pdf This is a step by step guide on how to use the Chef Connect feature for the first time: 1. You must have a Chef Connect enabled range. To pair your microwave for the first time, initiate the Chef Connect process on the range first. For more information, visit: Range - Chef Connect Feature. 2. Then, on the microwave, press the Chef Connect button for 3 seconds. 3. The Bluetooth Icon will start flashing and pair the range automatically. 4. Once the Bluetooth Icon remains on, the units are successfully paired. 5. After the initial setup, the default sync settings can be changed. a. Turn the dial to select Surface Light Sync ON/OFF. Press the dial to confirm, If on, it allows the microwave surface lights to turn on at HIGH level automatically when the paired range's cooktop burner turns on. If off, the microwave surface light will not automatically turn on when a cooktop burner turns on. b. Turn the dial to select Surface Light Sync ON/OFF. Press the dial to confirm, If on, it allows the microwave vent fan to turn on at LOW speed automatically when the paired range's cooktop burner turns on. If off, the vent fan will not automatically turn on when a cooktop burner turns on. c. Pairing is now complete, the Chef Connect feature is now on. 6. If there is no sync option selected during set-up, the appliances will return to stand-by mode after 5 minutes. We hope this helps! Drew@GEA

You say the stove does have a hot burner indicator, but does it have a light to indicate which burners are HOT. Very important on the smooth top when I use the flat surface as a work surface. VERY ANNOYING without individual indicators!!!

Asked by: Betsy k
Hello, Betsy k We hope you are doing well. Thank you for checking in with us. We are more than happy to clear this up. This range includes a single cooktop indicator light and not one for each specific burner. We apologize for the inconvenience. Stay safe. Let us know if you need anything else. Jonathon@GEA

Does this range come with a broiler pan or a pan for the air fryng?

Asked by: Chalrene
I just received delivery of my range today, and no it does not come with either. But I never really used the broiler pan before as I usually would use my grill for food that I would roast, but i still have my old broiler pan if needed. The air fryer instructions recommends a cooking sheet, as well as a pan with a wired rack. I will see if I need anything else as I start to use this feature.
