Does Aaron's check my credit?
As part of our digital approval processes, Aaron’s will check credit history and creditworthiness and rely upon customer reports and information obtained from third-parties in considering your application. We do check credit sources; however, we look at many other data points to make a final decision, and we regularly approve customers that other stores won’t, including customers with less than perfect credit or very little credit history.
How do I make my payments?
Your first payment for an online order must be made using a debit or credit card. Once the first payment is made, your local store will accept cash, checks, money orders, and all major credit cards, or you can continue to pay online. If you are interested in online payments, please go to myaccount.aarons.com and click on “Register.”
Can I pay out my lease early?
Yes. You can purchase the product at any time. If your ownership plan is longer than 6 months, you can take advantage of Aaron’s same as cash option. For those new agreements with a payment option longer than 6 months, if you payout your merchandise within the applicable same as cash period, you will pay the cash price, plus tax and applicable fees (if any). The same as cash period varies by location but is generally 120 days. For California residents the same as cash option is 90 days for all rental purchase agreements.
In addition, after the same as cash option expires, you can purchase the merchandise for more than the cash price but less than the total of remaining lease payments, as described in your lease agreement. This early purchase option amount varies by state and is explained in the lease agreement.
What is Aaron's return policy?
Once your item has been delivered, you can contact your local store to schedule a time for return or pick-up as stated in your agreement. However, you will not receive a refund. But don’t forget about our lifetime reinstatement benefit; you can restart your lease anytime you like on the same or comparable value merchandise (excludes lawn equipment). See a store associate for complete details.

Our range suddenly started displaying a Bad Line error. We checked the voltage of the circuit breaker, power outlet, and even the power cable on the back of the range and they all read 220 which should be enough. What else could be the problem?

What is the clearance under the handle? We have a drawer that opens across the oven, and need at least 27 5/8" from the floor to open the drawer. Seems most ovens have a handle right at that height.

Asked by: ianzabel
Hello - Thanks for reaching out to us, and we apologize for our delayed response. This is a great question and we are happy to help. The distance from the bottom of the handle to the floor is approximately 33-1/8" at highest leveling position and 32" at the lowest position. We hope this helps! - Trey@GEA

In The GE Electric Range Model #JB645RKSS what does Auto Oven Shut Off with Override mean? The JB625RKSS also has it listed in the specs.

Asked by: MSRP
Hello - Thanks for reaching out to us, this is a great question! Many ovens and ranges with touch pad clock controls will automatically shut off after 12 hours. The benefit of this is the peace-of-mind and energy savings if the oven is accidentally left on. When the feature was first introduced, some models had the automatic oven shut-off and others did not. An "Override" feature was also introduced later. This allows the 12 hour shut-off to be deactivated so that the oven can be used for longer than 12 hours at a time. With the Override portion of this feature, you can turn this 12 hour auto shut off feature on or off. Page 12 of the owner's manual talks more about this as there are options, along with Sabbath Mode, that are "12 SHdn" and "no SHdn" that you can choose from: https://products.geappliances.com/MarketingObjectRetrieval/Dispatcher?RequestType=PDF&Name=49-2000902.pdf. White range. What is the oven handle made of? Is any part of it plastic? Any little openings in the handle design that would catch debris?

Hello there! Thank you for your interest in GE Appliances. We are more than happy to provide guidance. The oven handle is made of metal, not plastic. Our handles do not have crevices to catch food debris. We appreciate you checking with us. Please feel free to reach out to us with any additional questions you may have. With a cold stove top , can I put hot pans out of the oven onto the cold stove top?

Asked by: Stickman445
Hello, We hope you are doing well and staying safe. Thank you so much for reaching out and asking this great question for us. We are so happy to clear this up. We definitely wouldn't recommend putting hot baking trays or pans on the glass stovetop if necessary. This is to help prevent scratching and other kinds of cosmetic damage to the range. Thanks again for reaching out. Stay safe out there. Jonathon@GEA
