Does Aaron's check my credit?
As part of our digital approval processes, Aaron’s will check credit history and creditworthiness and rely upon customer reports and information obtained from third-parties in considering your application. We do check credit sources; however, we look at many other data points to make a final decision, and we regularly approve customers that other stores won’t, including customers with less than perfect credit or very little credit history.
How do I make my payments?
Your first payment for an online order must be made using a debit or credit card. Once the first payment is made, your local store will accept cash, checks, money orders, and all major credit cards, or you can continue to pay online. If you are interested in online payments, please go to myaccount.aarons.com and click on “Register.”
Can I pay out my lease early?
Yes. You can purchase the product at any time. If your ownership plan is longer than 6 months, you can take advantage of Aaron’s same as cash option. For those new agreements with a payment option longer than 6 months, if you payout your merchandise within the applicable same as cash period, you will pay the cash price, plus tax and applicable fees (if any). The same as cash period varies by location but is generally 120 days. For California residents the same as cash option is 90 days for all rental purchase agreements.
In addition, after the same as cash option expires, you can purchase the merchandise for more than the cash price but less than the total of remaining lease payments, as described in your lease agreement. This early purchase option amount varies by state and is explained in the lease agreement.
What is Aaron's return policy?
Once your item has been delivered, you can contact your local store to schedule a time for return or pick-up as stated in your agreement. However, you will not receive a refund. But don’t forget about our lifetime reinstatement benefit; you can restart your lease anytime you like on the same or comparable value merchandise. Lawn equipment, seasonal items, and special order merchandise are excluded from the lifetime reinstatement benefit. See a store associate for complete details.

What are the DIMENSIONS of the recess depth at bottom back of the stove.  I have viewed the specs several times, and they are not included.  Thank you.

Asked by: radb
Hello - Thanks for reaching out to us, and we apologize for our delayed response. This is a great question! There isn’t a defined recess that can be measured on CAD. We determine our install layouts to leave room for the power cord and gas lines to fit behind the range. The diagram on page one of the Quick Specs shows the required area for the gas and electrical outlet locations: https://products.geappliances.com/MarketingObjectRetrieval/Dispatcher?RequestType=PDF&Name=P2B935YP_BP_20.pdf. We hope this helps! - Trey@GEA

How many kWh per year does this stove use for the electronics? Does the air fry feature run on the gas or electric?

Asked by: Seling
Hello - Thanks for reaching out to us, these are great questions! We do not have a specific kilowatts per year usage rating for the electronics. However, the energy usage would not be a lot. The Air Fry feature uses gas for heat and engages the fan which is electric. We hope this helps! - Trey@GEA

what is the NEMA 240v outlet type for the P2B935YPFS? i can't find any reference in any of the provided specs, user documents and webpages. it is hard to install if you don't know that. thanks.

Asked by: azero
Hello - Thanks for reaching out to us, this is a great question! It is up to the installer to select the NEMA plug type that matches the receptacle in the home. The only specification we provide is that it must be a UL-listed, the required amp size and the cord length. You can view our power cord options on the following link: https://products.geappliances.com/appliance/gea-support-search-content?contentId=23084. We hope this helps! - Trey@GEA

How do you clean food that has spilled down underneath the slits on the bottom of the oven floor? Can the bottom of the oven floor be removed to clean underneath?

Asked by: mehgas
Hello - Thanks for reaching out to us, these are great questions! The area you mentioned can be effectively cleaned by running a self clean cycle according to the instructions on page 23 of the owner's manual: https://products.geappliances.com/MarketingObjectRetrieval/Dispatcher?RequestType=PDF&Name=49-2000782-3.pdf. The bottom of the oven floor on this model is not consumer removeable. We hope this helps! - Trey@GEA

What does code F20 mean on a gas stove

Asked by: loglady2
Hello, Thank you for reaching out to us, we are more than happy to help! The code F20 means that there is a function error code. To resolve this, press the Cancel/Off pad. Allow the oven to cool for one hour. Put the oven back into operation. If the function code repeats, disconnect all power to the oven for at least 30 seconds and then reconnect power. If the function error code repeats again, we suggest scheduling a service appointment with a GE Appliances technician. You can do this by calling 1-800-432-2737 or schedule online at the link below. http://www.geappliances.com/ge/service-and-support/service.htm We hope this helps, have a great day! -Garrett@GEA

3 days ago a consumer posted a question here asking if this model has a temperature probe. AdrianatGEA from GE replied that it DOES have a probe. I had model PGB935YP1FS installed today and I see no temperature probe. Is 1FS different than FS?
