Does Aaron's check my credit?
As part of our digital approval processes, Aaron’s will check credit history and creditworthiness and rely upon customer reports and information obtained from third-parties in considering your application. We do check credit sources; however, we look at many other data points to make a final decision, and we regularly approve customers that other stores won’t, including customers with less than perfect credit or very little credit history.
How do I make my payments?
Your first payment for an online order must be made using a debit or credit card. Once the first payment is made, your local store will accept cash, checks, money orders, and all major credit cards, or you can continue to pay online. If you are interested in online payments, please go to myaccount.aarons.com and click on “Register.”
Can I pay out my lease early?
Yes. You can purchase the product at any time. If your ownership plan is longer than 6 months, you can take advantage of Aaron’s same as cash option. For those new agreements with a payment option longer than 6 months, if you payout your merchandise within the applicable same as cash period, you will pay the cash price, plus tax and applicable fees (if any). The same as cash period varies by location but is generally 120 days. For California residents the same as cash option is 90 days for all rental purchase agreements.
In addition, after the same as cash option expires, you can purchase the merchandise for more than the cash price but less than the total of remaining lease payments, as described in your lease agreement. This early purchase option amount varies by state and is explained in the lease agreement.
What is Aaron's return policy?
Once your item has been delivered, you can contact your local store to schedule a time for return or pick-up as stated in your agreement. However, you will not receive a refund. But don’t forget about our lifetime reinstatement benefit; you can restart your lease anytime you like on the same or comparable value merchandise (excludes lawn equipment). See a store associate for complete details.

What is the depth of this unit from the outermost back surface of the oven to the front surface of the door NOT INCLUDING the handle and not including the electriccord? Dishwasher is at 90 degree angle to range and need clearance for that door to open.

Asked by: Barbsalz
Hello there, We are so happy to hear from you and we absolutely got you covered with this information. The actual depth without the handle and electrical cord would be 26-1/4" deep. We recommend making sure that you have the clearance to accommodate the door opening as well. We hope this helps out. Thank you so much for the awesome question. Jonathon@GEA

Another website shows a 360 degree view. In the back there is a open space in the lower 2/3 or so that makes the oven less deep in that area. How deep is that space? I am trying to see if there will be room for my gas line to fit.

Asked by: rachel94
Hello! We appreciate you for brining this to our attention. We are happy to provide clarity. The back space that you're referring to is 2" deep and varies in height depending on location. This area is the recommended area for through-the-floor connection of pipe stub and shut off valve. At the link below, you will find a helpful depiction at the top right of the page. The shaded area in the "GAS PIPE AND ELECTRICAL OUTLET LOCATIONS" is the space you are referring to. https://products.geappliances.com/MarketingObjectRetrieval/Dispatcher?RequestType=PDF&Name=PGB935YP_BP_20.pdf Thank you for checking with us. We hope this helps. Please feel free to connect with us regarding any additional questions you may have. - Adrian@GEA

The salesperson told us we needed a special pan to use the air frying feature but I don’t see that as an add on anywhere. Do we need a special pan to air fry or can we use a regular baking sheet?

Asked by: LizzieSaintPaul
Hi there, we're happy to help! Any cookware used with Air Fry mode should be broil safe. A dark, solid baking pan with low rimmed sides, such as a sheet pan, is recommended for use with Air Fry. The darker pan absorbs more heat and promotes better browning and crisping. Alternatively, a baking basket or grid can be used. If you do, make sure you put a broil-safe pan on the rack underneath it to catch any drippings. There is no need to grease your baking sheets. In fact, doing this may actually create a greasy film that bakes onto your pan. Lining your baking sheet with parchment paper works well when air frying in your oven. We hope this helps and we're wishing you the best. Guy@GEA
