Does Aaron's check my credit?
As part of our digital approval processes, Aaron’s will check credit history and creditworthiness and rely upon customer reports and information obtained from third-parties in considering your application. We do check credit sources; however, we look at many other data points to make a final decision, and we regularly approve customers that other stores won’t, including customers with less than perfect credit or very little credit history.
How do I make my payments?
Your first payment for an online order must be made using a debit or credit card. Once the first payment is made, your local store will accept cash, checks, money orders, and all major credit cards, or you can continue to pay online. If you are interested in online payments, please go to myaccount.aarons.com and click on “Register.”
Can I pay out my lease early?
Yes. You can purchase the product at any time. If your ownership plan is longer than 6 months, you can take advantage of Aaron’s same as cash option. For those new agreements with a payment option longer than 6 months, if you payout your merchandise within the applicable same as cash period, you will pay the cash price, plus tax and applicable fees (if any). The same as cash period varies by location but is generally 120 days. For California residents the same as cash option is 90 days for all rental purchase agreements.
In addition, after the same as cash option expires, you can purchase the merchandise for more than the cash price but less than the total of remaining lease payments, as described in your lease agreement. This early purchase option amount varies by state and is explained in the lease agreement.
What is Aaron's return policy?
Once your item has been delivered, you can contact your local store to schedule a time for return or pick-up as stated in your agreement. However, you will not receive a refund. But don’t forget about our lifetime reinstatement benefit; you can restart your lease anytime you like on the same or comparable value merchandise. Lawn equipment, seasonal items, and special order merchandise are excluded from the lifetime reinstatement benefit. See a store associate for complete details.

With the Model #: GNE27JGMBB, are the doors flush with the sides of the fridge when open or do they stick out beyond the sides? I've seen French Door Refrigerators open both ways. I'm trying to decide if I can open a door without hitting my wall trim.

Asked by: m247
Hello - Thanks for reaching out to us, this is a great question! The doors on this model do not open flush with the sides of the refrigerator case. You can view the width of this model with the doors closed and the doors open 90 degrees on page one of the Quick Specs: https://products.geappliances.com/MarketingObjectRetrieval/Dispatcher?RequestType=PDF&Name=GNE27JGM_JMM_JSM_C2_18.pdf. Do you make a smaller ice bucket for the inside of the French door  freezer.  I don’t use that much ice and could use more space for food.

Asked by: BabsyR
Hello - Thanks for reaching out to us, this is a great question! We do not offer an alternate ice bucket for this model refrigerator. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. - Trey@GEA

how do I get the water cold? the first 4 oz is cold then the water is room temp!

Asked by: RosyRobin
Hello - Thanks for reaching out to us, this is a great question! Bottom freezer and French door refrigerators have a water reservoir coil in the fresh food section that holds 12 - 24 oz. of water. The water is chilled and stored until it is needed. Since the reservoir is in the fresh food section, the water will not be ice-cold. The first time the dispenser is used, the chilled water lever may need to be pressed for two to three minutes to fill the reservoir for the first time. It takes approximately seven seconds to fill an eight ounce glass with water. After the 12 - 24 oz. of cold water is dispensed, any additional water dispensed will not be chilled until the water in the coil tubing has had time to chill again. We hope this helps! - Trey@GEA

If a door is open at 90 degrees, will the drawers still be able to be pulled out?

Asked by: Will Wait
Hello! We are so grateful that you're considering GE Appliances for your home! While this specific model is no longer being manufactured, we know it can be important to know if you will have full access to your refrigerator drawers on any of our French-Door Refrigerator models. We are happy to help! The interior drawers can be accessed and fully opened with the doors at 90 degrees; however, they will be prevented from being removed. Additional clearance may be needed to remove the drawers or to open the doors if the adjacent wall or cabinets are deeper than the refrigerator case depth (depth w/o doors). You can find dimensions of the refrigerator and required clearances in most model's Installation Instructions. For this model, you can find this on pages 24-25 here: products.geappliances.com/MarketingObjectRetrieval/Dispatcher?RequestType=PDF&Name=49-1000472-1.pdf We hope this helps, and again, thank you for looking to GE Appliances for your home! Have a great rest of your week-Sydney@GEA

Are there no lights in the freezer? I have never had a freezer without lights.  Also, With my old French door refrigerator the doors easily closed with just a slight push from me. It feels like I have to almost force these closed

Asked by: Zasalamom
Hi there! We're so sorry to hear that you're having issues with your GE French-door refrigerator. We know freezer lighting and easily closable doors are important to our consumers, and we strive to create the best quality refrigerators to meet all of those needs. We are always happy to answer any questions you may have about your model. If the refrigerator doors are not closing with little effort, the leveling legs need adjusting. You can find instructions for adjusting the levelling legs on page 37 of the Installation Instructions (linked below). This model does have interior freezer LED lighting on the top of both sides of the freezer. On page 19 and 22, of the Use & Care Manual you will see a diagram pointing to the location of the lighting. Use & Care Manual & Installation Instructions: products.geappliances.com/MarketingObjectRetrieval/Dispatcher?RequestType=PDF&Name=49-1000472-1.pdf If your freezer LED lights are not functioning properly the light bulb could be burned out, the light switch could be defective, or there could be an issue with the wiring. An authorized technician will need to replace them. You can schedule an appointment with a GE Appliance technician by calling 1-800-432-2737 or schedule online at www.geappliances.com/ge/service-and-support/service.htm. We hope this helps and that you continue to love having this model in your home. We are so happy you're a part of our GE Appliances family. Have a great rest of your Friday-Sydney@GEA

Have a 37” opening width wall to wall ,one side is 37 inches deep & the other is 26 inches deep. Will the door on the  deeper side open without hitting the wall

Asked by: 400 east
Good afternoon, Thank you for reaching out to us about the dimensions of this gorgeous refrigerator. We are happy to provide the necessary space requirements for you! So, if your wall is 37" deep, the refrigerator will be able to open at a 90-degree angle on that side. However, it will not be enough space for it to fully open. We recommend looking at the quick specs for some additional measurements on this model. For your convenience, we have posted the link to this manual below, https://products.geappliances.com/MarketingObjectRetrieval/Dispatcher?RequestType=PDF&Name=gss25ggh_c2.pdf We hope this helps and we appreciate having you in our wonderful GEA family. If you have any additional questions, feel free to reach out to us again. Take care! Drew@GEA
