Does Aaron's check my credit?
As part of our digital approval processes, Aaron’s will check credit history and creditworthiness and rely upon customer reports and information obtained from third-parties in considering your application. We do check credit sources; however, we look at many other data points to make a final decision, and we regularly approve customers that other stores won’t, including customers with less than perfect credit or very little credit history.
How do I make my payments?
Your first payment for an online order must be made using a debit or credit card. Once the first payment is made, your local store will accept cash, checks, money orders, and all major credit cards, or you can continue to pay online. If you are interested in online payments, please go to myaccount.aarons.com and click on “Register.”
Can I pay out my lease early?
Yes. You can purchase the product at any time. If your ownership plan is longer than 6 months, you can take advantage of Aaron’s same as cash option. For those new agreements with a payment option longer than 6 months, if you payout your merchandise within the applicable same as cash period, you will pay the cash price, plus tax and applicable fees (if any). The same as cash period varies by location but is generally 120 days. For California residents the same as cash option is 90 days for all rental purchase agreements.
In addition, after the same as cash option expires, you can purchase the merchandise for more than the cash price but less than the total of remaining lease payments, as described in your lease agreement. This early purchase option amount varies by state and is explained in the lease agreement.
What is Aaron's return policy?
Once your item has been delivered, you can contact your local store to schedule a time for return or pick-up as stated in your agreement. However, you will not receive a refund. But don’t forget about our lifetime reinstatement benefit; you can restart your lease anytime you like on the same or comparable value merchandise (excludes lawn equipment). See a store associate for complete details.

What is the difference between auto dry and sensor dry?

Asked by: Lilibet
Hi Lilibet! Thanks for your question. The automatic thermostat control (ATC) system, which is used during auto dry, continuously senses the temperature of the air in the dryer drum and determines the amount of time necessary to dry a load of clothes. Sensor cycles will automatically determine fabric dryness and determine the dry time by that. We hope this helps! Emily@GEA

Good morning, Can you please tell me the rate (cfm) the exhaust fan blows?

Asked by: TD1980
Hello TD1980. This is Richard at GEA. We are glad to help. Dryer CFMs should be considered General Information only. The CFM ratings are approximate values taken from laboratory testing and should NOT be used for installation purposes. For appropriate venting information, see the individual installation instructions. The CFMs for the GTD45GASJWS are a range of 165 - 213 CFMs. Thanks much!

Just purchased - has a major flaw. Metal rods that sit over the plastic of lint trap aren't seated right, and catch/rip clothes. Kell2 in reviews states the same issue. Tech replaced entire trap today - didn't help. What can I do? Under warranty.

I just purchased this dryer, and it continues to tumble the clothes and beep after the clothes are dry even when the Extended Tumble knob is off. The manual says the dryer should stop if the knob is off, but it doesn't. What is wrong?

Asked by: kmt66
Hi kmt66- We are happy to offer assistance. The dryer also features HE Sensor Dry, our most advanced heat management system. The Sensor Dry Plus sensors are located in the front dryer wall and senses every second. Dual thermistors precisely measures temperature and helps to maintain a more even heat and temperature inside the dryer drum. The timer will advance intermittently, but will continue to advance until it turns the dryer off automatically. Total drying times will vary depending on the size of the load, the types of fabric and the amount of moisture in the clothing. If the timer is not advancing in the Automatic cycle and/or the Timed cycle, a technician is required for diagnosis. If you would like to schedule a service appointment, please contact GE Appliance Service at 1800-432-2737 or schedule an appointment online: http://www.geappliances.com/ge/service-and-support/service.htm?ICID=GEARsupportflyout-service Keep in touch!
