Does Aaron's check my credit?
As part of our digital approval processes, Aaron’s will check credit history and creditworthiness and rely upon customer reports and information obtained from third-parties in considering your application. We do check credit sources; however, we look at many other data points to make a final decision, and we regularly approve customers that other stores won’t, including customers with less than perfect credit or very little credit history.
How do I make my payments?
Your first payment for an online order must be made using a debit or credit card. Once the first payment is made, your local store will accept cash, checks, money orders, and all major credit cards, or you can continue to pay online. If you are interested in online payments, please go to myaccount.aarons.com and click on “Register.”
Can I pay out my lease early?
Yes. You can purchase the product at any time. If your ownership plan is longer than 6 months, you can take advantage of Aaron’s same as cash option. For those new agreements with a payment option longer than 6 months, if you payout your merchandise within the applicable same as cash period, you will pay the cash price, plus tax and applicable fees (if any). The same as cash period varies by location but is generally 120 days. For California residents the same as cash option is 90 days for all rental purchase agreements.
In addition, after the same as cash option expires, you can purchase the merchandise for more than the cash price but less than the total of remaining lease payments, as described in your lease agreement. This early purchase option amount varies by state and is explained in the lease agreement.
What is Aaron's return policy?
Once your item has been delivered, you can contact your local store to schedule a time for return or pick-up as stated in your agreement. However, you will not receive a refund. But don’t forget about our lifetime reinstatement benefit; you can restart your lease anytime you like on the same or comparable value merchandise. Lawn equipment, seasonal items, and special order merchandise are excluded from the lifetime reinstatement benefit. See a store associate for complete details.

Your two back 6" burners are useless. Any small pot or frying pan sends moisture, steam or splatter up on to the dial(s) directly above them and under the "overhanging" panel. Very poor design. Why oh why? See my review.

After self cleaning the oven and allowing to totally cool down i can not open oven door even after releasing the latch from locked position.

Asked by: Steve 73
Hello - Thanks for reaching out to us! We are so sorry to hear that your oven door will not unlock, and we know you must be so frustrated. If the oven door will not unlock after self-cleaning: Try the following to unlock the door: Disconnect power to range for 30 seconds. Reconnect power and see if the door will unlatch. If the door does not unlatch and you do not have food in the oven, set the oven to Self-Clean for 1-2 hours. Wait approximately 30 minutes for the oven to cool and try to unlock the door. If the door unlocks, the control has reset itself and there should not be any other problems. Do not force the latch at anytime. If the oven door still will not unlock, you may need service to remedy this. For service, please schedule an appointment with GE Appliances Factory Service: https://www.geappliances.com/ge/service-and-support/service.htm. We hope this helps! - Trey@GEA

I have a JB655YKFS and I understand about the airfry feature from the answer below, but if you select this on your range, will it just cook in the convection mode if you dont have the wifi and app?

Asked by: PACowgirl
Hello! We appreciate you reaching out to us. This is a great question, and we are happy to help. The Air Fry feature would just be inoperable without the Wi-Fi connection and compatible SmartHQ App. You would then have to choose either convection bake or traditional bake in order to cook your food. We apologize about any inconvenience this causes. Thank you for checking with us, and we hope this information helps! - Adrian@GEA

I have a JB655YKFS. How does the airfry work? I can't find directions for using it in your literature.

Asked by: jacksadie
Hello there! Thank you for connecting with us. We are more than happy to provide guidance. On smart ranges such as yours, the Air Fry mode can be added to your cooking options once you connect to your WiFi and our SmartHQ™ app and receive the free Air Fry upgrade. When connected, you can get Air Fry using the SmartHQ™ app or directly through the appliance control panel. We appreciate you checking with us, and we hope this helps! Please feel free to reach out to us with any additional questions you may have. - Adrian@GEA

When the time is on, am I able to see the temperature the oven is set to? In my old GE model I was able to do this but now when I set the temp, it doesn’t show the oven temp.

Asked by: Family cook 1234
Hello - Thanks for reaching out to us, this is a great question! We do apologize for our delayed response. If you are baking in the oven and choose to use the timer on your control panel, the oven temperature will not display until the timer is turned off. We hope this helps! - Trey@GEA
