Aaron’s “Drive into Summer” Sweepstakes

OFFICIAL RULES AND REGULATIONS

NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE OR PAYMENT WILL NOT IMPROVE CHANCES OF WINNING.

ELIGIBILITY: The Aaron's “Drive Into Summer” Sweepstakes (herein referred to as the "Sweepstakes") is open solely to legal residents of the forty-seven (47) states in the United States (excluding Minnesota, Hawaii and Wisconsin) and the District of Columbia, and who are eighteen (18) years of age or older (exceptions-must be 19 years of age or older for those that reside in the states of Alabama and Nebraska) as of the date of entry. Officers, directors, representatives and employees of Aaron’s, LLC (the "Sponsor"), and any of their respective parent companies, affiliated companies, subsidiaries, dealers, franchisees, licensees, distributors, suppliers, subsidiaries, participating retailers, advertising / promotion / judging agencies, persons engaged in the development, production or distribution of materials for this Sweepstakes, Compliance Sweepstakes Services (“the Administrator”) (collectively, the “Released Parties”) and the immediate family members (defined as spouse, parents, grandparents, children, grandchildren, siblings, - whether biological, adopted, step or in-law) of such individuals, or persons living in the same household as such individuals (whether related or not), are not eligible to participate in the Sweepstakes. This Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations. Participation constitutes entrant’s full and unconditional agreement to these Official Rules and Sponsor’s and Administrator’s decisions, which are final and binding in all matters related to the Sweepstakes. Winning a prize is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements set forth herein. Void in Minnesota, Wisconsin, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, the U.S. Virgin Islands, Guam, U.S. Military installations in foreign countries, and where prohibited, taxed or restricted by law.

HOW TO ENTER: The Sweepstakes begins at 12:00:01 a.m. Eastern Time (ET) on June 15, 2026 and ends at 11:59:59 p.m. ET on July 31, 2026 (otherwise known as the "Entry Period"). An individual will be deemed a Participant ("Participant") in the Sweepstakes if they are eligible and enter the Sweepstakes during the Entry Period via any of the following four (4) entry methods: 1) Lease Application Submission: Participants may enter by visiting https://apply.aarons.com/, and following the prompts to complete and submit a lease application. Participants must fully complete the online entry form. Participants will need to provide: full name, street address, email address, social security number (or FEIN number), and daytime phone number (with area code). Each valid lease application submitted during the Entry Period will receive one (1) entry into the Sweepstakes; or, 2) Qualifying Lease Origination: Participants that enter into a qualifying lease agreement during the Entry Period will receive one (1) Sweepstakes entry. Participants can enter into a qualifying lease agreement by visiting an Aaron's store, shopping online at Aarons.com, or contacting an Aaron's representative and completing all required lease documentation and approval requirements. The qualifying lease agreement must be for a minimum of (3) months and must remain active/in good standing during the Entry Period; or, 3) EZPay Enrollment: Participants who enroll in EZPay at lease origination will receive one (1) Sweepstakes entry. Participants will need to provide a valid checking account, debit card, or other eligible payment method and complete all required EZPay enrollment information at the time of lease origination. EZPay must remain active/in good standing during the Entry Period; or, 4) To enter by mail without submitting a lease application: Participants can enter by hand printing on a 3”x 5” card: Aaron’s “Drive Into Summer” Sweepstakes entry, your first and last name, date of birth, street address, city, state, zip code, day telephone number, and e-mail address. Each entry must have a complete return address (including Participant first and last name) on the outside of the envelope. Mail the card in a standard business-size #10 envelope to: CSS/Aaron’s “Drive Into Summer” Sweepstakes, 326 Thornell Road CBX #800, Pittsford, NY 14534. The mail-in entry will need to be postmarked between June 15, 2026 and July 31, 2026 and must be received by August 6, 2026. Each valid mail entry will receive one (1) entry into the Sweepstakes.

The official clock for the Sweepstakes is the messaging system of the Sponsor. By entering, you represent that you are the owner of (or have permission to use) the device you use to participate. You also agree that you are solely responsible for all message and data charges that you incur while using the apply.aarons.com platform to submit a lease application.

By entering the Sweepstakes, you consent for the Sponsor to obtain, use, and transfer your name, address, phone number, and other information (“Personal Information”) for the purpose of administering this Sweepstakes and such Personal Information will be kept by Sponsor for marketing purposes in accordance with its privacy policy (https://www.aarons.com/privacy-policy.html). The Personal Information that you provide in connection with the entry process will be used by Sponsor only and will not be sold or provided to another company. You are authorizing the Sponsor to send you marketing materials regarding product offerings and promotions. You may opt out of receiving future marketing/promotional materials from Sponsor by selecting the on the unsubscribe link. You will remain eligible for this Sweepstakes whether or not you opt out of receiving Sponsor marketing messages.

Limit of three (3) entry per person during the Entry Period regardless of method of entry. All required information must be completed to enter and to be eligible to win. Incomplete entries will be disqualified. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, illegible, incorrect, damaged, delayed, garbled, undelivered, misdirected, or postage-due registrations, entries or mail, which will be disqualified, or any unforeseen circumstances that may limit an individual's ability to participate in the Sweepstakes. Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to void any and all entries of an entrant that submits more than the stated maximum limit of entries by using multiple/different phone numbers, identities, or any other methods, or who Sponsor believes has attempted to tamper with, influence or impair the administration, security, fairness, or proper play of this Sweepstakes. All entries become the property of the Sponsor and will not be acknowledged or returned.

PRIZES: One (1) Grand Prize will be available to be awarded. The Grand Prize winner (“Prize Winner”) will receive the following prize package: 1) one (1) new vehicle selected by the Prize Winner, subject to Sponsor approval, with a maximum vehicle value of $42,500; and, 2) $5,000 cash award (to be awarded as a check) to offset travel to car location, taxes, and costs associated with registration. The ARV of the prize package is up to $47,500. Vehicle selection is subject to availability and Sponsor approval and must not exceed the maximum vehicle value of $42,500. If the selected vehicle has a value less than $42,500, the difference will not be awarded in cash or any other form. If the selected vehicle exceeds $42,500 in value, the Prize Winner will be solely responsible for any amount above the maximum vehicle value. The Sponsor reserves the right to determine the authorized dealership, supplier, purchase method, and all vehicle procurement logistics in its sole discretion. The vehicle options will be selected by the Sponsor in its sole discretion. The Grand Prize winner will be solely responsible for: any additional equipment, title, vehicle registration fee, dealer documentation fee, license delivery, dealer prep, freight, emissions inspection, federal, state and local taxes, insurance, gasoline, vehicle maintenance and all other fees and expenses associated with receipt and use of the prize vehicle. Any additional vehicle options will be the responsibility of the Grand Prize winner. Vehicle may not meet safety or emissions testing required in some states, provinces, territories and/or counties/municipalities. Prize Winner is responsible to check their state/province for applicable emissions requirements and must use vehicle in accordance with those regulations. Grand Prize winner must provide proof of valid insurance and a valid driver’s license to take delivery and must take delivery at the location designated by Sponsor within thirty (30) days. Grand Prize winner is responsible for his/her own travel plans and coordination to enable pick up the vehicle from the designated Sponsor location. The maximum Total Prize value is $47,500.

Prize to be awarded is not transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash. Sponsor reserves the right at its sole discretion to substitute any prize (or prize component) with another prize (or prize component) of equal or greater value. There are no substitutions unless specified by the Sponsor. Any portion of the prize not accepted by the Prize Winner will be forfeited. The Prize Winner will be solely responsible for all federal, state and/or local taxes (if any), and for any other fees or costs associated with the prize they receive. The stated “ARV” of the prize is based on available information provided to Sponsor, and any difference in ARV at the time of awarding will not be awarded. All properly claimed prizes will be awarded. The Administrator is not the supplier or guarantor of any prize. The Sponsor and Released Parties are not in any way responsible or liable for damages resulting from shipping and handling, loss, use or misuse of any prize awarded in this Sweepstakes.

WINNER SELECTION: The odds of winning depend upon the total number of eligible entries received during the Entry Period. The potential Grand Prize winner will be selected during a random drawing conducted on or about August 11, 2026, by the Administrator, an independent judging organization, whose decisions will be final and binding with respect to all aspects of the Sweepstakes. The potential Prize Winner will be notified via telephone and/or email within five (5) days after the drawing date. Prize Winner will be required, except where prohibited by law, to complete and sign an Affidavit of Eligibility and Liability/Publicity and an IRS-W9 form, and provide proof of identity (collectively, the “Prize Acceptance Release”), and return it within seven (7) days of written notification or the prize may be forfeited and an alternate potential winner selected. If a prize or prize notification is returned as unclaimed or undeliverable to a potential winner, if potential winner cannot be reached within three (3) calendar days from the first notification attempt, if potential winner fails to return requisite document within the specified time period, and/or if a potential winner is not in compliance with these Official Rules, then such person shall be disqualified and an alternate winner will be selected for the prize at issue. To claim a prize, Prize Winner will be required to provide his/her correct full-name, mailing address, date of birth, telephone number, e-mail address, Social Security number (for tax reporting), and proof of identification. Sponsor will use reasonable efforts to select an alternate winner(s) but in the event one cannot be reasonably determined, such prize will not be awarded. The Prize Acceptance Release is subject to verification by Sponsor and all potential winners are subject to verification before any prize will be awarded.

GENERAL CONDITIONS: The Sweepstakes is offered to eligible participants as specified in these official rules, but void where prohibited or restricted by law. All participants, as a condition of participation or entering in this Sweepstakes, agree to defend, indemnify, release and hold harmless Aaron’s LLC and the Administrator, its parent companies, affiliates, divisions, subsidiaries, and the officers, directors, and employees, of Sponsor and its parent companies, affiliates, divisions, and subsidiaries, and the Released Parties from and against any and all liability, loss, claims, damages, injuries or actions of any kind whatsoever, without limitation, for injuries, death, damages, or losses to persons or property, as well as any claims based on publicity rights or invasion of privacy, which may be sustained in connection with: (a) accessing the Sponsor's entry application platform/rules; (b) participating in any aspect of the Sweepstakes, including, without limitation, while preparing for, participating in and/or traveling to or from any prize or Sweepstakes-related activity; (c) the delivery, receipt, ownership, possession, use or misuse of any prize awarded; (d) viruses or any downloading or other problems with the Sweepstakes application; or (e) any typographical, production, printing, or other error in these Official Rules, advertisements, or the announcement of offering of any prize or Prize Winner. You accept and agree to be bound by these rules and the decisions of the Sponsor and Administrator relating to your participation in this Sweepstakes, selection of winner and awarding of prizes, whose decisions are final and binding in all respects. The Released Parties are not responsible for: (1) any incorrect or inaccurate information, whether caused by entrants, printing errors or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the Sweepstakes; (2) computer error, electronic or technical malfunctions or failures of any kind, including but not limited to malfunctions, interruptions, or disconnections in phone lines or network hardware or software; (3) unauthorized human intervention in any part of the entry process or the Sweepstakes; or (4) technical or human error which may occur in the administration of the Sweepstakes or the processing of entries. Acceptance of a prize constitutes permission (except where prohibited by law) for the Sponsor to use the winner’s name, photograph, likeness, statements, biographical information, voice and address (city and state) for any and all public relations, advertising and/or promotional purposes as determined by Sponsor, in all forms of media and by all manners (now and hereafter known), in perpetuity, without notice, consent, review or approval or further compensation. Sponsor makes no representations or warranties of any kind concerning the appearance, safety or performance of any prize. Prize Winner bears all liability and risk of loss or damage to his/her respective prize after it has been delivered. Sponsor will not replace any of the prize components that are lost, mutilated, or stolen. Sponsor is not responsible for events beyond the Sponsor's reasonable control that may jeopardize the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of the Sweepstakes. The Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any person who tampers with, or intentionally infects with a virus, any of the networks, servers or computers that are used in this Sweepstakes. Any attempt by any person to undermine the legitimate operation of the Sweepstakes may be a violation of criminal and civil law, and, should such an attempt be made, Sponsor reserves the right to seek damages from any such person to the fullest extent permitted by law. Sponsor reserves the right to suspend or terminate the Sweepstakes, in whole or in part, at any time, without notice, and award the prize using all non-suspect eligible entries received as of or after (if applicable) this termination or suspension date in the event that, in the sole discretion of Sponsor, the administration, security, fairness, integrity, or proper conduct of the Sweepstakes is jeopardized. The names of individuals, groups, companies, products and services mentioned herein, and any corresponding likenesses, logos and images thereof reproduced herein, have been used for identification purposes only and may be the copyrighted properties and trademarks of their respective owners. The mention of any individual, group or company, or the inclusion of a product or service as a prize, does not imply any association with or endorsement by such individual, group or company or the manufacturer or distributor of such product or service and, except as otherwise indicated, no association or endorsement is intended or should be inferred. Sponsor’s failure to enforce any term of these Official Rules shall not constitute a waiver of that provision.

DISPUTES: Except where prohibited, entrant agrees that: (1) any and all disputes, claims and causes of action arising out of or connected with this Sweepstakes or any prize awarded shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and any judicial proceeding shall take place in a federal or state court in Atlanta, Georgia; (2) any and all claims, judgments and awards shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred, including costs associated with entering this Sweepstakes, but in no event legal fees; and (3) under no circumstances may entrant obtain awards for, and entrant hereby waives all rights to claim, indirect, punitive, incidental and consequential damages and any other damages, other than for actual out-of-pocket expenses, and any and all rights to have damages multiplied or otherwise increased. All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Official Rules, or the rights and obligations of the entrant and Sponsor in connection with the Sweepstakes, shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of the State of Georgia without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules (whether of the State of Georgia or any other jurisdiction), which would cause the application of the laws of any jurisdiction other than the State of Georgia. To the extent there is a conflict between Official Rules appearing any other location and any terms of use or other agreements posted on the Sponsor's rules page, these are the Official Rules to be abided by.

WINNER LIST REQUEST: To request confirmation of the name and city/state of residence for the prize winners, please send a self-addressed, stamped business size envelope, by September 30, 2026, to: Compliance/Aaron's “Drive Into Summer” Sweepstakes Winner List, Box 469, Stonington, CT 06378. Requests that are incomplete or received after September 30, 2026 will not be acknowledged or returned.
