Does Aaron's check my credit?
As part of our digital approval processes, Aaron’s will check credit history and creditworthiness and rely upon customer reports and information obtained from third-parties in considering your application. We do check credit sources; however, we look at many other data points to make a final decision, and we regularly approve customers that other stores won’t, including customers with less than perfect credit or very little credit history.
How do I make my payments?
Your first payment for an online order must be made using a debit or credit card. Once the first payment is made, your local store will accept cash, checks, money orders, and all major credit cards, or you can continue to pay online. If you are interested in online payments, please go to myaccount.aarons.com and click on “Register.”
Can I pay out my lease early?
Yes. You can purchase the product at any time. If your ownership plan is longer than 6 months, you can take advantage of Aaron’s same as cash option. For those new agreements with a payment option longer than 6 months, if you payout your merchandise within the applicable same as cash period, you will pay the cash price, plus tax and applicable fees (if any). The same as cash period varies by location but is generally 120 days. For California residents the same as cash option is 90 days for all rental purchase agreements.
In addition, after the same as cash option expires, you can purchase the merchandise for more than the cash price but less than the total of remaining lease payments, as described in your lease agreement. This early purchase option amount varies by state and is explained in the lease agreement.
What is Aaron's return policy?
Once your item has been delivered, you can contact your local store to schedule a time for return or pick-up as stated in your agreement. However, you will not receive a refund. But don’t forget about our lifetime reinstatement benefit; you can restart your lease anytime you like on the same or comparable value merchandise (excludes lawn equipment). See a store associate for complete details.

what size connector do i need from gas line to range

Asked by: msc6
Hi there msc6, We appreciate you taking the time to check with us on this and would like to thank you for being part of our wonderful GEA family! There is no "correct" size you need to connect the gas line to the back of your range, per say. However we do recommend having a 6 foot flex connector. The flex connectors are less likely to leak or have issues due to their flexibility, unlike a rigid pipe, which is set in place. As for connection to the gas supply line, you will need a flare union adapter that is 3/4” or 1/2” NPT x 1/2” I.D. We will post the installation manual below so that you are able to see all the required information for a proper and safe installation. https://products.geappliances.com/MarketingObjectRetrieval/Dispatcher?RequestType=PDF&Name=31-10893-6.PDF If you have any additional questions or would like assistance with installation, we are always here to help! Take care and have a great day! Drew@GEA

when then stove is turned on there is a smell that when you open the door after preheating that seems to cause a very unpleasant oder. The unlit is new, only 2 months, and was installed in our new home. Any words of wisdom would be helpful.

Asked by: new home dave
Hi new home dave, Thank you for reaching out to us and choosing GE Appliances for your home. We apologize for our delay responding and understand your concern. We are happy to help. When the oven first starts, it is normal to detect an unusual odor coming from the range. This odor is caused by the combustion of gas at the burner, and it will go away within a few minutes as the oven heats up. Unburned gas also has an odor. It is completely different from the odor caused by the combustion of gas. Some people equate the odor of unburned gas to the smell of rotten eggs. It is not normal to smell unburned gas in your home, therefore, if you smell gas, you should: Open the windows, Do not touch electrical switches, Extinguish any open flame, Promptly call your gas supplier from a phone outside your home. Does this model or any other model of gas range have drip pans under the buners?

Asked by: PastorK
Hi PastorK - Thank you for reaching out to us. We truly appreciate your patience and are happy to answer this question for you! This range is designed with sealed cooktop burners which quick catch spills and drips and make cleaning quick and easy! Given this, this range does not have any accessory burner drip pans. We do offer some gas range models with cooktops that can be used with optional drip pan accessories, for example, model JGBS61RPSS. This model would offer you similar appearance, features, and fit to the JGB635REKSS and can be used with drip pans. Should you be interested, please contact GE Parts for more information by calling 1-877-959-8688 Monday - Friday: 8 a.m. - 8 p.m. ET, Saturday: 8:30 a.m. - 5 p.m. ET. If you would like additional guidance on finding the gas range that is perfect for you, please feel free to reach out to us on social media or via email using the Contact Us page linked below. https://www.geappliances.com/ge/service-and-support/contact.htm We hope that this helps.
