Does Aaron's check my credit?
As part of our digital approval processes, Aaron’s will check credit history and creditworthiness and rely upon customer reports and information obtained from third-parties in considering your application. We do check credit sources; however, we look at many other data points to make a final decision, and we regularly approve customers that other stores won’t, including customers with less than perfect credit or very little credit history.
How do I make my payments?
Your first payment for an online order must be made using a debit or credit card. Once the first payment is made, your local store will accept cash, checks, money orders, and all major credit cards, or you can continue to pay online. If you are interested in online payments, please go to myaccount.aarons.com and click on “Register.”
Can I pay out my lease early?
Yes. You can purchase the product at any time. If your ownership plan is longer than 6 months, you can take advantage of Aaron’s same as cash option. For those new agreements with a payment option longer than 6 months, if you payout your merchandise within the applicable same as cash period, you will pay the cash price, plus tax and applicable fees (if any). The same as cash period varies by location but is generally 120 days. For California residents the same as cash option is 90 days for all rental purchase agreements.
In addition, after the same as cash option expires, you can purchase the merchandise for more than the cash price but less than the total of remaining lease payments, as described in your lease agreement. This early purchase option amount varies by state and is explained in the lease agreement.
What is Aaron's return policy?
Once your item has been delivered, you can contact your local store to schedule a time for return or pick-up as stated in your agreement. However, you will not receive a refund. But don’t forget about our lifetime reinstatement benefit; you can restart your lease anytime you like on the same or comparable value merchandise (excludes lawn equipment). See a store associate for complete details.

How long is the speed wash cycle and where can i find decriptions of the wash cycle legnths?

Asked by: JTCA
Hello JTCA - We hope you are doing well today. Thank you so much getting in touch with us and giving us the chance to help out. We've got you covered. The speed wash cycle would last about 15 minutes and is for very lightly soiled items. As for the other cycles you can get a pretty good description of them inside the Use and Care manual on page 7. Here is the link to he manual: https://products.geappliances.com/MarketingObjectRetrieval/Dispatcher?RequestType=PDF&Name=49-90581-5.PDF We hope this helps. Thank you so much for your interest in this amazing washer/dryer combo. Jonathon@GEA

Is there a light inside the washing machine?

Asked by: LJohn
Hi LJohn, Thank you for your washer lighting question. We here at GEA are always happy to assist. There is no light inside the washer machine basket. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. There are led lights on the washer top to allow you to see the cycles the washer is in. Please let us know if you have any additional questions. How much time does it take to wash one large load on the normal cycle? I have the duets and they take 2 hours per cycle. Need to find a great washer that is time efficient.

Asked by: AShopper
Hi there AShopper, We appreciate you reaching out and for your interest in this gorgeous washer/dryer combination! The washer on this unit has a total of 11 cycles. On a normal wash cycle with the HEAVY option selected you are looking anywhere from 50-62 minutes depending on additional options selected. This is most definitely one of our more efficient washers when it comes to wash time. We would like to thank you for being part of the GEA family and if you have any additional questions, feel free to connect with us again! Drew@GEA

What is the recommended space for the unit to be installed into. Clearance? Trying to make sure there is enough room for the door to close in the laundry closet.

Asked by: jules77
Hi there jules77, We appreciate you reaching out to us and your interest in this amazing washer and dyer combination! If you are installing this unit in a closet you will need a minimum of one inch from the top of the unit to the ceiling and one inch from the front of the unit to the door. As long as the pipes for venting are not punctured or crinkled when moving the unit to your desired location, no additional space is needed at the rear of this unit! If the venting is damaged or not sealed properly, you might lose heat and it will cause problems that could involve long dry times. If you have any additional questions about venting or anything regarding this unit, feel free to reach out to us again. We are always eager to help! Drew@GEA

My current 27 inch model has an opening to vent to the side. I have no space to vent out back. This unit does not vent to side but looking at the pdf instructions on page 15 lower right side it does not appear to need additional room. Correct?

Asked by: Markww
Hi there Markww, This is a great washer and dryer combo, we will look over the installation guide for you just to make sure! After we took a look at the installation guide, you are correct. You do not need any additional room to vent from the side compared to the back. Before you install this unit we recommend checking out our additional installation help with venting. This page has a lot of helpful tips as well as a video that further helps with installation. We will post the link to this below for your convenience! https://products.geappliances.com/appliance/gea-support-search-content?contentId=21080 If you have any issues with installation or have any additional questions, we are happy to help! Does the machine have one plug for both washer and drier or does it have two, one for each?

Asked by: Kat18
Hello Kat18, Thank you for reaching out to us with this great question. We at GEA are always happy to help. This washer and dryer requires only one 3 prong plug for both the washer and dryer. You will not need two separate plugs. We hope this helps you. Enjoy your day! Del@GEA
