Does Aaron's check my credit?
As part of our digital approval processes, Aaron’s will check credit history and creditworthiness and rely upon customer reports and information obtained from third-parties in considering your application. We do check credit sources; however, we look at many other data points to make a final decision, and we regularly approve customers that other stores won’t, including customers with less than perfect credit or very little credit history.
How do I make my payments?
Your first payment for an online order must be made using a debit or credit card. Once the first payment is made, your local store will accept cash, checks, money orders, and all major credit cards, or you can continue to pay online. If you are interested in online payments, please go to myaccount.aarons.com and click on “Register.”
Can I pay out my lease early?
Yes. You can purchase the product at any time. If your ownership plan is longer than 6 months, you can take advantage of Aaron’s same as cash option. For those new agreements with a payment option longer than 6 months, if you payout your merchandise within the applicable same as cash period, you will pay the cash price, plus tax and applicable fees (if any). The same as cash period varies by location but is generally 120 days. For California residents the same as cash option is 90 days for all rental purchase agreements.
In addition, after the same as cash option expires, you can purchase the merchandise for more than the cash price but less than the total of remaining lease payments, as described in your lease agreement. This early purchase option amount varies by state and is explained in the lease agreement.
What is Aaron's return policy?
Once your item has been delivered, you can contact your local store to schedule a time for return or pick-up as stated in your agreement. However, you will not receive a refund. But don’t forget about our lifetime reinstatement benefit; you can restart your lease anytime you like on the same or comparable value merchandise (excludes lawn equipment). I’m moving and bringing this refrigerator with me. Will it harm the refrigerator to lay it down during transportation?

Acceptable freezer temperature is -10°F to -20°F. I bought this model 14 months ago and it now cycles to 9 degrees and sometimes higher at least one every 24 hours. Do I need a service call?

We are happy to help you out to the best of our ability. The most common step is making sure that the freezer door is closed and sealed fully as to not allow hot air in. Wanting to clean the bottom shelf, how do I take the glass out something seeped through but the glass won’t come out.

Are there replacement shelves that go almost all the way back?  There is no obstruction.  These shelves stop with a large cap between the shelf and the back. Items as large as tubs of cottage cheese fall through and get stuck halfway down.  Any  rplcmts?

Based on page 5 of your Owner's Manual, we found the following: When placed correctly on the shelf supports, the shelf will stop before coming completely out of the refrigerator and will not tilt when you place food on it or remove food from it. Just in case, we'd check to make sure that these shelves were not inserted backwards. The shelves that come with the unit should not allow for this large of a gap near the back of the unit if they are installed correctly. How can I change the temperature  of the the freezer?

Hi fridgebuyer69 - Thanks for choosing GE! For colder freezer, turn the knob clockwise toward. The fresh food control regulates how long the compressor runs, and in effect, how cold both compartments can become.
