Does Aaron's check my credit?
As part of our digital approval processes, Aaron’s will check credit history and creditworthiness and rely upon customer reports and information obtained from third-parties in considering your application. We do check credit sources; however, we look at many other data points to make a final decision, and we regularly approve customers that other stores won’t, including customers with less than perfect credit or very little credit history.
How do I make my payments?
Your first payment for an online order must be made using a debit or credit card. Once the first payment is made, your local store will accept cash, checks, money orders, and all major credit cards, or you can continue to pay online. If you are interested in online payments, please go to myaccount.aarons.com and click on “Register.”
Can I pay out my lease early?
Yes. You can purchase the product at any time. If your ownership plan is longer than 6 months, you can take advantage of Aaron’s same as cash option. For those new agreements with a payment option longer than 6 months, if you payout your merchandise within the applicable same as cash period, you will pay the cash price, plus tax and applicable fees (if any). The same as cash period varies by location but is generally 120 days. For California residents the same as cash option is 90 days for all rental purchase agreements.
In addition, after the same as cash option expires, you can purchase the merchandise for more than the cash price but less than the total of remaining lease payments, as described in your lease agreement. This early purchase option amount varies by state and is explained in the lease agreement.
What is Aaron's return policy?
Once your item has been delivered, you can contact your local store to schedule a time for return or pick-up as stated in your agreement. However, you will not receive a refund. But don’t forget about our lifetime reinstatement benefit; you can restart your lease anytime you like on the same or comparable value merchandise (excludes lawn equipment). See a store associate for complete details.

Is the DRYER DOOR reversible on this W/D?

Asked by: BVWollner
Good afternoon, We want to thank you for reaching out to us and the opportunity to answer this great question! Many of our front load washers are not capable of reversing the doors due to the electronics within our locking mechanisms. The washers lock after a cycle is started and the locking mechanism is only installed on one side of the washer, so the doors are not capable of having the hinges reversed. There are a few exceptions to this, however, not with our Spacemaker models. We apologize for this inconvenience. If you have any additional questions, feel free to reach out to us again. Have a great weekend! Drew@GEA

when at the end of any wash cycle the it dose not drain and spin on its own i always have to put it manually

Asked by: JayTeeVee
Hello! Thank you for choosing GE Appliances for your home. We are so sorry you are experiencing your washer not draining and spinning automatically, we know the inconvenience this can cause. We are happy to provide guidance. We recommend disconnecting power from your unit for 2-3 minutes and reconnecting. If this does not revert back to normal operating function, this will require service by a qualified technician. You can schedule an appointment with a GE Appliances technician by calling 1-800-432-2737 or schedule online at the link below: http://www.geappliances.com/ge/service-and-support/service.htm Again, we are sorry about the inconvenience this causes. We hope this helps. - Adrian@GEA

We just got this washer/dryer combo. My wife has started out with a small load but the water level is so small it doesn't cover all the items. There seems to be no way to increase the level to cover everything

Asked by: Hursh
Hello, Thank you for choosing GE Appliances for your home. We understand your concern and are here to help! This washer uses adaptive fill. Washers use load sensing and adaptive water fill to provide just the right amount of water for best performance and low water usage. The wash basket will turn briefly and assess the weight of the load. It will also do this after the load is saturated with water to assess how absorbent the load is. With the load weight and load type it can apply the proper amount of water to wash the load. We hope this helps! Please let us know if you have any additional questions. Del@GEA

If I dont turn the washer dial to "off" the lights come on if I just lift and close the lid without putting anything in the washer. Is this normal? Do I need to turn the dial to "off" after each wash to prevent this?

Asked by: mojo21
Hello - Thanks for reaching out to us and we apologize for our delayed response. This is a great question! What you have described is in fact considered normal. You will want to keep the washer cycle dial in the "off" position when not in use to prevent this from occurring. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. - Trey@GEA

the model I ordered was gud27essmww but the unit shows gud27essm1ww. Why is there the number 1 included before the ww in the model I received? Is it different than the model that does not include the number 1 ?

Asked by: mojo21
Hi there, This is a great question and we are happy to provide some information regarding this! These are the same model. The number 1 on the model you received designates when the model was made. These numbers help us to determine when the model was manufactured in the year and have nothing to do with the product itself. The same reason you might see gud27essm2ww later on in the year. However, this has no effect on the model or any of its features. We appreciate having you in our wonderful GEA family and thank you for reaching out to us. If you have any additional questions, please feel free to connect with us again. Have a great day! Drew@GEA

Good afternoon. Could you please confirm if these stackable washer/dryers are 220 Volt?

Asked by: Malabia
Hi there Malabia, Thank you for taking the time to check with us about the power rating for this beautiful stackable washer and dryer combination. We are happy to check this for you! After we looked at the rating for this model it is not the 220V model. This model has a 30amp circuit and is rated at 240V. If you scroll down to the bottom of the of the "Specs & Details" section of the product page you can see additional ratings as well as dimensions. We hope this has helped and if you have any additional questions, please feel free to connect with us again. Have a great day! Drew@GEA
