Does Aaron's check my credit?
As part of our digital approval processes, Aaron’s will check credit history and creditworthiness and rely upon customer reports and information obtained from third-parties in considering your application. We do check credit sources; however, we look at many other data points to make a final decision, and we regularly approve customers that other stores won’t, including customers with less than perfect credit or very little credit history.
How do I make my payments?
Your first payment for an online order must be made using a debit or credit card. Once the first payment is made, your local store will accept cash, checks, money orders, and all major credit cards, or you can continue to pay online. If you are interested in online payments, please go to myaccount.aarons.com and click on “Register.”
Can I pay out my lease early?
Yes. You can purchase the product at any time. If your ownership plan is longer than 6 months, you can take advantage of Aaron’s same as cash option. For those new agreements with a payment option longer than 6 months, if you payout your merchandise within the applicable same as cash period, you will pay the cash price, plus tax and applicable fees (if any). The same as cash period varies by location but is generally 120 days. For California residents the same as cash option is 90 days for all rental purchase agreements.
In addition, after the same as cash option expires, you can purchase the merchandise for more than the cash price but less than the total of remaining lease payments, as described in your lease agreement. This early purchase option amount varies by state and is explained in the lease agreement.
What is Aaron's return policy?
Once your item has been delivered, you can contact your local store to schedule a time for return or pick-up as stated in your agreement. However, you will not receive a refund. But don’t forget about our lifetime reinstatement benefit; you can restart your lease anytime you like on the same or comparable value merchandise. Lawn equipment, seasonal items, and special order merchandise are excluded from the lifetime reinstatement benefit. See a store associate for complete details.

The videos and pictures show a handle on the garage ready upright. The model at our Big Box store has a handle integrated into the door. Why the discrepancy? Also can you have more than one appliance plugged into an outlet?

How long is the cord and how far can it reach to either side?

I just got my upright frost free 14 cu. freezer yesterday. There are excessive frost and ice crystals on the food, shelves and drawers. The temp was zero degree on the door panel. My freezer dial thermometer shows -3 F. Do you know why?

You must be disappointed. If the doors are opened frequently, left open, or even left slightly ajar, it would not be unusual to see a frost build-up on the shelves, packages, or walls. Try the following to resolve this issue: Remove any visible frost build-up with a dry towel. Turn the control to a warmer setting. Refer to your Owner's Manual. Check to ensure the door closes properly. Check the door gasket. If the gasket has cuts/tears/rips it needs to be replaced. Check door alignment. If the door is uneven, refer to your Installation Instructions. Make sure the refrigerator is leveled properly. The doors should close on their own. Refer to your Installation Instructions. What type of refrigerant it has?

Hello, We appreciate you taking the time to get in touch with us! This is a great question and we are more than happy to help with this. This freezer uses R-600a refrigerant. R-600a is a non-toxic refrigerant (also known as isobutane) that is produced naturally. It has much lower global warming impacts than R-134a, which contains HFCs. This is one of our favorite freezers and we are certainly happy that you are interested. This model is certified garage-ready and can handle tons of storage capacity 17.3 is plenty of space. We just received our freezer. The high temp alarm goes off every few hours several days in a row. We barely open it and a free standing thermometer we put inside says temp is below zero. What can we do to stop the annoying alarm?
